Thank you Roto Rooter for quick and timely help . Zonun was exceptional in his work , he fixed the sewage backup issue and also fixed our leaky flush tank system (no charge for this extra service) , he was very polite and deligent in his work . He made sure to wipe the surrounding area after he was done fixing the toilet in its place . He sure went above and beyond to make sure that job is done well .

Zonun and Jeff were great. Zonun showed up, asked me about my problem and told me with confidence that he could handle it. We walked the yard. He grabbed his tools and went to work. With the help of Jeff they knocked out the problem in about an hour. I couldn't have asked for two better guys on a rainy day like today. Despite the weather, they kept smiles in their faces while working.

Zoning, one of the techs, came out promptly, within the window quoted, and on the same day I called. He was professional courteous, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and provided tips to prevent future issues. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

Unfortunately, I am having to give a low rating because I feel like some sketchy business practices are going on here. I had a clogged toilet and tried everything I could at home to get it unclogged, but to no avail I ended up calling roto rooters. The tech that came out did very little inspecting and quoted $925 to unclog my drains. I stated I couldn’t afford that and he went down to $700, then $500, and then we settled on $300. He completed the job in about an hour. From what I can tell the problem is fixed, but when he wrote the receipt he stated he could not guarantee fix because of the large discounted price I was given. We called and the manager confirmed we were given a large discount and they do not guarantee fixes when discounts are given. I am a little upset by this because to me that speaks about the integrity and fidelity of this company because I was unwilling to fork over almost $1000 they’re unwilling to ensure their work was done with fidelity. If I would have known they were not going to the job guaranteed to fix the problem for $300, I would have never went with this company.

Roto Rooter arrived in less than 2 hours. Reyes and his partner were great. They pulled a mass of tree roots out of my sewer line. They were thorough and professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I was expecting the price to be insane since it is a company that advertises and they came so quickly but it wasn’t as bad as I expected for the work they did. I would have them out again if I need to.

My kitchen sink drain was completely clogged, like, full stop. I scheduled an online appointment, and they actually called and asked if they could come sooner than scheduled, which was fine with me. The tech got here and I briefed him of the problem. He advised me of how much it would be, and I about fell over. Jesus christ, plumbers are expensive. But, hey, what are you gonna do? You need it done and you can't do it yourself, right? I tried... So, accepting that there wasn't much of an option, I agreed and he got straight to work. It didn't take too long, but he got it done, and then hit me with the bill. So, overall, yeah they fixed the issue, and I guess it was worth it. I mean, I can't just not do dishes, right? I guess I'm signing up for more overtime at work to pay for this. Thanks roto rooter... I guess...

He did a fantastic job I would recommend this company to anyone and he gave me a significant discount I couldn’t be any happier with the work. He arrived my quickly and fixed everything. Better than any other plumber I’ve had come in and fix something,

Zach came out to check on some standing water in our yard and solved the entire problem in about two minutes by simply turning a valve. Two. Minutes. Problem gone.

What really stood out, though, was his integrity and intelligence. He explained what was happening, gave us thoughtful ideas for future improvements, and did all of this knowing full well he could’ve upsold us—and very intentionally did not. That kind of honesty is rare.

He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. We trust him completely and will absolutely call Zach first for anything like this in the future. If you’re lucky enough to get him, you’re in very good hands.

Travis and Chase provided excellent service from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. The quality of their work was top-notch, and the experience was smooth and stress-free. I would confidently recommend their team to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.

Zonun came out quick. He was professional, explained the problem, what he needed to do to fix it, and had everything resolved within an hour. Overall a good first impression for me and I would consider calling Roto-Rooter again.

Carlos was quick, professional and honest. He told us exactly what the issue was thoroughly explained how he was going to fix us and made sure that we got a fair price. This was all happening on a Saturday afternoon. It could’ve been quite a disaster with a burst pipe, but Carlos made it stress-free and easy. I am a Roto router fan for sure!!

This morning, my dog decided to rip a drain pipe off our house.. I think he thought it was a toy. Roto-Rooter had someone out to my house within a few hours even with all the snow we had over the weekend in Charlotte. Our tech Zonun was awesome! He was very thorough and made sure the pipe was back on in no time. He was so kind and even shoveled my sidewalk. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you Zonun!

Late on Christmas evening, my wife and I discovered that 3 of our sinks were not draining properly. We used a plunger and a 25 ft drain snake on each until around 5 am, but were unable to clear the blockage.

We were very fortunate to have Van with Roto-Rooter come out at 8:30 am the same morning! We called another company that we had previously dealt with, but they didn't have availability until January 2nd.

Van was fantastic! He introduced himself and performed a thorough assessment by inspecting each sink and our plumbing down in the crawlspace. He was able to unblock the clog, which ended up being about 68 ft deep in our main line, in no time.

Additionally, we spoke to him about another plumbing issue that we had in our crawlspace. (just looking for his opinion on how it should be fixed properly) We discovered a pvc pipe connected to a steam shower generator that had been draining onto our insulation and wood in the crawlspace. The very same day, he was able to very cleanly connect that pipe to our main line a few feet away!

Van was kind and very professional. I could tell very quickly that he had a lot of experience and was good at his craft. I'll definitely be reaching out to Roto-Rooter in the future for my plumbing needs and requesting Van specifically!

I love in a 60 plus year home. Rotor rooter called back and said some one can come out today. I was concerned about the weather.Charlotte was under a severe winter storm. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed water valves replaced. Zonun was absolutely amazing. He had to run to Lowe's a couple of times. He was so efficient and professional. He charged me exactly what he qoated me for the job. I couldn't believe how hard he worked and I just thought it was going to cost more. But it didn't. I am so pleased with the prompt service Roto-Rooter provided today, especially with it being a Sunday! The technician, Zonun, was very professional and polite. He quickly and efficiently repaired two broken water pipes in the crawl space. They are following up with equipment to dry out the wet space and replacing insulation. Definitely 5 star service.

Scamming company!!
We called this roto rooters to fix a broken garbage disposal. The technician came and told us that the only issue was a clogged pipe and that it simply needed to be cleaned. After he cleaned the pipe, the disposal sounded broken — it had a much higher-pitched , abnormal noise.
We specifically asked whether that was normal and if anything else needed to be done. The technician assured us that it was completely normal. He then charged us $600 for the service.
Two days after his "repair," the garbage disposal stopped working entirely.
When we contacted the company again, they refused to properly address the issue. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful.
The same technician returned and told us we would need to pay even more to fix the issue, even though the original problem had clearly not been resolved — and was, in fact, made worse.
They were not willing to stand behind their work or complete the inb they had already been paid for.
Absolutely disappointed with the service and professionalism.

With the recent winter event and snow, we found ourselves in need of help with a leaking supply line related to the outside spigot. I called around looking for a company that offered emergency service as we didn’t have a go to plumber. Roto-Rooter was able to schedule an emergency appointment the same day (within 4 hours). Communication was excellent, Eric D (field supervisor) arrived in about 2 hours and Zonijn (technician) about 30 mins later. Very straight forward process, very thorough with the inspection and repair and cleaned up really well afterwards. Can’t speak highly enough of the team, the process and the quality of the work (and that they were able to get us back up and running in about 4 hours from the time of my initial call). We now have our go-to plumber for future needs. Thanks RR - really appreciate your help and follow up. 5 stars all the way around.

Grayson was awesome. He made two trips to the hardware store to get the tools needed to replace our wonky valve. Friendly and professional throughout. Fixed the problem the next morning for us.

Ryan arrived on time and was very friendly. He worked tirelessly until he was able to unclog our drain. Very happy with him and Roto Rooter!
