Brad did an exceptional job. Very quick and courteous. He solved the problem right away and then took the time to make sure the issue would not return. He even cleaned up the mess I had made before he got there. Definitely not the cheapest, but they came out quickly and resolved our issue professionally.

Terry came out promptly after my initial call to Roto Rooter and was very polite and answered all of my questions to help me understand my situation. He was able to give me a very well explained estimate today. I just unfortunately did not have the funds at this moment to move forward with work. But I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who needs a responsive and reliable plumber!

Travis did a great job. He arrived well within the time frame, he diagnosed the problem, and then gave a clear explanation of how to fix it. He was very upfront about the pricing and what needed to be done. He was personable, approachable, and easy to work with. Very friendly and caring. I appreciate his expertise and hard work. After he finished with the emergency in the bathroom, he installed a new kitchen sink. The job took all day and involved back-up help and several trips to Home Depot. Travis stuck with it and worked hard. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Thank you, Travis.

We had our garbage disposal go out suddenly and start leaking. We called on Saturday at around Noon, and our tech, Terry came out ASAP. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and went to get a new disposal for us. He installed it fast! He was extremely nice and very personable. I'd highly recommend and would use them for future services. While we hope we won’t need a plumber anytime soon, we know exactly who we are calling if we do. Highly recommended.

The technicians that finally showed up saved the rating.

Their offsite call center is among the worst. They quoted me a tech would arrive in 2 hours at 9am on Thursday. I called again at 1pm and they couldn’t tell me anything other than they were behind due to high volume of calls which I understood because of the rain storm. The problem arose when I called again at 7pm and she told me the tech assigned to me was off at 6pm and no one was coming. I had to call for that info. That should have been a phone call to me.

Robert finally arrived at noon the following day and quickly addressed the problem. Quoted me a price that was pretty high based on reviews I’ve read from other companies. I was fine with paying because he was there and had the parts ready and we’re expected to get rain again soon. Robert and his partner did a great and timely job.
