I just had Efrain at Real Texas Plumbing come out for some plumbing issues, and they were great! They showed up right on time and got the job done quickly. Plus, the prices were super reasonable. If you need a good plumber, I definitely recommend giving them a call!

My experience was like many of the customer reviews, I read on your website. I went to the Round Rock, Texas location, after going to three other locations in RR. Christian greeted me and asked, how he could assist me, I was desperate. He took the time to search the system and reassure me we would find something. We’ll he “saved the day!” Awesome team members in that location.

A little hard to navigate to, but very helpful staff, and wide selection of plumbing parts in store.

I'm just a retail counter customer, but they were exceptionally helpful in looking for a replacement part.

Google maps takes you to the wrong place.. basically across a ditch and barbwire fence in-between. Customer service is good and they have better prices than big box stores

7/15/2020 worst experience ever, Kevin is the guy I have to deal with, he show me 0 customer service skills, I had little knowledge about plumbing and I was asking him for some recommendations based on his experience as an attendant of a plumbing supply company but instead he was rude and giving me the " I don't know I'm not a plumber I just work at the counter " thing, he was acting like I was bothering him or something, he's coworker didn't even try to help me, he was just listening how his buddy was treating me and do nothing about it, like he didn't care either.
So if you need to buy some plumbing supplies for a project, do yourself a favor and don't go there unless you are a Pro or a certified plumber and have the knowledge to know what part do you need for a project or at least talk to someone else, I can't say the rest of the employees are like him or his coworker but who knows, I just talk about my own experience, I end up shopping at Home depot and the guy there was very helpful.

Terrible customer service.
I came in to buy some copper fittings and when i asked about the price for a 1/2 copper slip tee the guy in the counter looked at me like i was crazy and just replied saying “ I don’t know” like i was asking him the equation to solve world hunger or something. Don’t get why people are so rude. Please find some employees that actually care about what they’re doing, and don’t have such a bad attitude towards customers, 2 other people walked in and got the same horrible service.
