Great guys and great prices

It’s not uncommon to go to the big box hardware stores and have questions about your home project, only to be answered with “I don’t know“ or “whatever we have is out there on the shelves“.

That definitely won’t be the experience you have at Morrison supply. I had a hot water line burst with the recent snowstorm, and the big box hardware stores were all out of the part that I needed.

I called Morrison supply in Keller and the staff promptly answered the phone, answered my questions and reserved the part for me while I was on my way.

The store is very clean, laid out well and efficient service.

The name of the sales professional who helped me was Preston Odom.
Customer service that is helpful and also an attentive service rep who cares about your situation is hard to fine. I give a huge 10 stars to Preston and the crew at Morrison supply!

Well done guys… And sidenote, Preston is A “head turner“! That last part is just for fun… Thank you for everything!

Forgot to post a review for this store. Was helped by a mike banks jr. He was delivering to a house being built next to mine and I needed help finding a certain faucet. He said to come to the store and one of the guys would help me out. Got there the next day and him and jay I think that was his name helped me out. Then Ended up finding out HE’S A MANAGER! and was out making deliveries. Nice to see everyone working together. Would give 10 stars if I could. Place was nice and clean and had snacks for me and the kiddo.

NO HVAC SUPPLIES HERE.

I had a blocked main drain. It was an old recurring problem looked at by multiple different companies. I finally suspected a blocked vent stack, and called Double L to scope the stack and clear the blockage.

Double L cleared the problem and my drain has not blocked since.

The owner, Mark Patterson, is an honorable man with great business ethics.

We bought an older home that needed a LOT of plumbing work (don't get me started). After cycling through some other local plumbing companies and being dissatisfied with the results, we called Double L and have been very happy with them. We've hired them for multiple projects and find them to be consistently excellent in their quality of work and their practices. These are good, hard working people who do great work, and are fair and honest to boot. Don't hesitate to call them!
