We’ve hired Pureflo plumbing for multiple jobs big and small. Today we asked them to come out for an inspection to camera the plumbing line. Ryan and his team found Orangeburg piping connecting to the city tap which was disintegrating. Neither me nor my realtor had heard of it before but Ryan knew all about it. Catching this during the inspection will be key in us knowing issues for the house and negotiating the proper sale price!

Ryan and Eddie over at Pureflow knocked it out of the park. We went from a quote to work complete for a full replacement of our traditional tank hot water heater to a full tankless hot water heater in about three days. We live oversees and they were able to communicate around our schedule and give us a few different quotes for different types of hot water heater options and placement. Thank god I called to get that third quote from them; they came in at a less expensive price point and I had direct contact with them. Customer for life.

Marcel was very professional. He explained what he was doing and how when I asked him what he was doing. I highly recommend using PureFlo.

Jack showed up and was helpful answering any questions I had about what needed to be done and was very transparent about pricing. Their pricing is way better than anybody else. He cleared my badly clogged drain pipe with a long snake and camera within an hour and a half. Jack cleaned up after himself and was very respectful. I will definitely use again and recommend them to other people.

Great affordable fast service for an emergency call. Super friendly and gave an estimate over the phone with view of the pipe needing repair. the tech was super imformative and did a great job! I will definately call them again for any plumbing needs.

Calls and communication with office (Veronica), for scheduling were very efficient. Quick response from rep for assessment and general estimate for projected work. Service tech (Marcel), arrived at expected time, was courteous, personable and professional. Performed the scheduled services, cleaned up all debris, explained the repair/costs, processed the payment and was on his way. Will call on PureFlo again when plumbing needs arise.
