When you go in to Ferguson in Fort Worth off of 820 and 35. Expect to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes to check out. There is never moot then two checking you out. Very very slow. I will not come back again.

Frank was more than helpful! Helped us get our a/c working and find what we needed. The local people inside all joked with us and helped with our situation as well. Would 10000% recommend anyone to Frank on the hvac side!

During this time of crisis, I was sad that Ferguson charged me a $300 restocking fee for a tankless water heater. I won’t have canceled my order if the heater had shown up on time. Just trying to get hot water for my family seems like a petty gesture when the heater never arrived to be restocked.

Needed a new condenser cooling fan and they fixed me up with the new fan motor and small capacitor since the new motor had 4 wires and my old one only had 3. They took the time to show me how to hook up the extra wires to the capacitor and I had it up and running in no time once I got it home.

They did forget to tell me (and I forgot to ask) how to reverse motor rotation direction, but a quick online video fixed that since it just happen to be spinning the wrong way out of the box for my fan blades.

Very helpful and cheerful, even on a Monday morning. I'll go back if I ever have to do some (very) basic work on my A/C again.

Why keep a location open if there's no employees. I would've been better off driving the extra few minutes to go to moore supply. 2nd time ive waisted part of my day thinking I could slip in real quick and grab a cartridge.

Reached out to sales for quote on duct work for a project we have at our plant and has been no help in even getting a quote. Been waiting for 2 weeks. Used to use Ferguson for plumbing and HVAC needs but seems I will have to find elsewhere.
