I highly recommend PureFlo Plumbing. They did our water softener and recently a plumbing/toilet repair. Honest and dependable! Very professional and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

Pure Flo was referred by another plumber that was unable to perform the analysis and repair. I spoke with the owner on Saturday and a plumber was dispatched on Monday. Marcel was extremely professional and was able to assess and repair our plumbing issue promptly. I would recommend Pure-Flo to anyone seeking a professional and honest plumbing contractor

Friendly Technicians. I had a job that started out simple and turned into a major issue. They figured out a solution and got it knocked out the next day. At a reasonable price. Good Job!

Called yesterday for a same day emergency appointment, they answered right away and were able to get a technician out that afternoon. Service was right on schedule, the issue was addressed promptly and repaired, pricing was reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.

Eddy did an amazing job. He was there from start to finish to evaluate the property and tell me what I would need. As a new Time homeowner and a 25-year-old. I was completely fish out of water. He was able to completely replace all my pipes, from both bathrooms out into my septic system. Provided pictures and details the whole time and when the tile for the bathroom had to be replaced, he found a guy to tag in and get it done for super cheap, but professional quality. Saved me hundreds of dollars on my project budget!

Ryan and his team are amazing! They came same day and fixed my sink so quickly. They are very friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Edited to add: I have now had 2 great experiences with PureFlo Plumbing! Continued great customer service from the entire team as usual. They were able to schedule the job very quickly so I didn't have to wait long at all. This second time, Donald came to help with replacing a bathroom sink and adding a bidet to my toilet. He was very nice, polite and professional with great communication. He was also fastidiously clean and made sure to leave my bathroom at least as clean and tidy as he found it. I'm very happy with my new sink and bidet!

1st time review: Great customer service and great work on my toilet repair. Made appointment with Veronica, who was courteous and professional. Hourly pricing was given upfront, so no surprises. Jack arrived exactly on time, and was polite and professional. He communicated throughout the process and let us know about proper terminology if we needed anything in the future.

Based on 2 great experiences, I will definitely use PureFlo again!

Jack from PureFlo plumbing provided very good and timely service and explained everything very clearly. He analyzed the problem and temporarily fixed the issue. Will be recommending a permanent solution as soon as possible as extensive changes may be needed.

Great Experience from first contact to repairing and treating my water heater. Great communication, on time, reasonable prices, honest and helpful. Jack was great, fixed ny problem and made sure everything worked before leaving.

Ryan, Marcel and Beau did an outstanding job removing our old cast iron drains. They worked all day, through heavy rain, until they finished the job! They said one day and they worked hard to do just that.

Call the company and the same day Jack came too the house, look at the busted issue of the water line to the washing machine. He went out get the part, come back and fix the issue no problem. He changed the busted part with better more durable material. Reasonable price too. Very pleased customer! Thank you Jack!

PureFlo Plumbing did an outstanding job with my well pump replacement. The technicians showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They went over everything with me, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood the system before leaving.
What really stood out was how well they cleaned up after the job. You would not even know they had been there except for the brand-new, fully working pump. It is rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with excellent customer service, but PureFlo Plumbing does precisely that.
I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. They truly went above and beyond.

Omg! I will only use PureFlo Plumbing for all my needs. I called a big Plumbing company in an emergency at night with a toliet back-up. Was told I needed a new sewer line. Was quoted $18,900 and they could start ASAP. I was referred to PureFlo for a second opinion. 2 hours later my problem was solved! A big Ole clog and saved $18,000. Thank you so much! Marcel and Beau came on thevweekend, showed up on time and were very kind, explained everything and showed me what they were doing. Proof there are still good companies out there.

I can't say enough good things about Marcel. When he walked in he got straight to work. He stopped and explained each step as he worked his way through our homes plumbing system. He was very detailed in everything he did. I wish I had called PureFlo first as I had already had 2 plumbing visits from other people. Marcel thank you again and Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Huge thanks to PureFlo for an excellent water heater installation! The technician was prompt and professional. Even though there were a few hiccups (no fault of PureFlo) the job was done quickly. The technician explained everything and cleaned up area. Also, the price of installation was more than fair. The new unit works great. Highly recommend!

My husband John and I contacted PureFlo Plumbing to have a kitchen faucet replaced and garbage disposal replaced we contacted the office spoke with Veronica she was very helpful and scheduled us the next day. Marcel contacted us within 30 minutes of his arrival, he was very professional and within one hour our new faucet and disposal was installed. We are happy with the service we received, Veronica and Marcel are assets to this company we will recommend this company to our family and friends.

Eddie arrived on time and did a walk through to look at everything I wanted done and confirmed before he started working. Left the area cleaner than before and is dog friendly! Gave me all the documentation I needed to submit to my insurance to make them happy. Will have him come back in a month for another project, prices are extremely competitive, would recommend to anyone.

From start to finish the company and the tech Marcel we’re professional, insightful and diligent in trying to get to the root of my problem. Marcel was persistent and knowledgeable and even found an issue that three other previous plumbers had not mentioned.
