I called the night before Thanksgiving with and urgent plumbing issue and Nadav showed up got under the house to assess the problem. Very professional and extremely informative. Given the timing, he was very prompt and I appreciate the exceptional service..I highly recommend

Amazing service! Rivercity Plumbing replaced our water heater and it was very quick and professional.

They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and did a very clean and professional job. Everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Dustan was amazing. I called at noon on a Sunday and he had my pump up and running within a couple hours of my phone call. Most competitive pricing, with white glove service, and he was more than willing to teach me more about my well pump! These guys are great!!

I am very satisfied with this company they are a 5 star company very easy to contact and very present and friendly to talk with and help me to understand everything. They helped me to understand what the problem was a nd simple enough it was a tripped breaker that needed to be rest on the plug. I am a very satisfied customer. The plumber who came out was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He even took the time to show me how to use a tool so I could get through the holiday weekend until he could return. His patience and willingness to help made a huge difference. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

They came out within 20 minutes of calling them, quick and efficient repair! We had a water line break off with our cut off valve attached, and they quickly helped us resolve it. Didnt cost an arm and a leg either! 10/10 recommend!

Main line was clogged and I had been calling around and no one was available for emergency service on a Friday. I called RiverCity and within the hour they were at my door. They were diligent, honest and skilled. I highly recommend!!!

Plumber came over within the timeframe expected and communicated, was very warm and professional. I had to be working while they were there, and within literally a minute, solved the problem (almost too fast that I was embarrassed 🤣) and was on his way all within 5 minutes. I don’t expect that would be the case for every time, but for us it was awesome and painless! 10/10 would recommend!

Lightening Fast Service!! I had a gas leak in my Stove and called River City plumbing from a google listing…I spoke with Naddir and he said he would come to my home within an hour. As soon as he arrived he assessed the problem made suggestions in his professional opinion and replaced my cooktop!! Awesome, Kind and Friendly Service, I highly recommend them!! They came out the same day I called them which is a Sunday. They installed my dishwasher, garbage disposal along with connecting my water lines. I highly recommend them. Great job guys.

Totally Hooked came out to check on possible plumbing issue. Unfortunately, it may be a dead animal issue. Fortunately, Totally Hooked was a pleasure to work with, did the dirty work of going into the crawl space and making sure that plumbing was not the problem. While I’m glad not to have a plumbing issue (and scared of what the real answer will be), I will be keeping Totally Hooked on standby when/if the issue is plumbing

Great technician. I had a problem with my water pipes banging, and another plumber told me to put in hammer arresters. I told Matt to do this, but it did not solve the problem. Matt proceeded to do his own troubleshooting and discovered that it was actually the shower valve. Matt then replaced the valve and the problem was resolved. All during this time Matt communicated clearly what was going on an what it would cost. Matt was very conscientious with his work and cleanup. Very good job!

Had to call for a backed up septic issue. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Our tech, Ryan, was very informative and explained the work that was completed and then also explained the additional issues that would need to be addressed soon to prevent future problems.

We recently hired Totally Hooked Plumbing to change out the water valves in our home and flush our water heater. Booking was supper smooth with Aubre and she got us right on the schedule. Our technician Devon was very professional, provided good solutions and didn’t try to add unnecessary items to our ticket. He provided top quality workmanship and is a true master at his craft. I highly recommend Totally Hooked Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

he looked under the sink, bathrooms, AC, and heater to check for leaks and none were found. Assessment of what maybe the problem on a rainy day could be the issue. And reassess then. Seemed logical all other maybe problems were ruled out when checking for leaks so we were pleased with the outcome. Call was free to evaluate, if in future on a rainy day leak appears assessment of drains via the roof pipe is at a cost.

Dakota was amazing! He unclogged my sink drain for the quoted price of $69. Even though it took extra work. He even helped me with my disposal! He was very professional and I highly recommend him.
