In the last week I experienced this plumbing company across a wide array of staff. A knowledgeable sales rep who visited my condo (Colin) to assess, two plumbing dudes (Bryan and Will), who were determined and never gave up drilling far doen into concrete to find and repair a collapsed cast-iron laundry drainage pipe that was flooding my bedroom and standing in the way of a remodel project on the calendar for 3 months. This was a big job but these were big conquerors. I recommend Totally Hooked with no reservations.

Hired Totally Hooked to replace our septic system. Bill came to the house. He was very friendly. We went over everything. He got started on it fairly quickly and it was all over in a couple of weeks. The guys that worked with Bill were both very friendly as well. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend them.

Nate Williams was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain our situation and offered several solutions. He also took his shoes off before entering our house without us asking, which means a lot to us. Highly recommended

Nate was both expedient and professional. That said, his supervisor Dion came by an hour later to check the work and tried to convince me to file a flood claim after finding moisture near the recently used plunger in the bathroom and my dogs water bowl in the kitchen. Still not sure what to think about that. The 5 stars are for Nate.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. Jerome was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He used a toilet auger to fix the clog quickly and left everything clean afterward; even engaged in pleasant conversation that left us both dying with laughter. I really appreciate his efficiency and customer service. I would definitely recommend Jerome & Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs fast and reliable plumbing help.

My tech Nate was extremely professional and arrived on time. The possible issues were diagnosed within minutes and the primary concern (main line clog) was found and cleared quickly. He went beyond the required service and helped me locate the septic tank which i didnt know the location for the past 4 years. 10/10 would reccomend and use again.

Roto-Rooter sent out a plumber today who really knew his stuff. He was upfront about what was going on, ran a camera through the line, and confirmed the issue was a collapsed section of pipe under the sidewalk. He took the time to explain why it keeps backing up and how I can manage it until I’m ready for a full repair. You can tell he’s got decades of experience and wasn’t just there to sell you something. He actually gave me real options that make sense for my property. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Nate’s attitude professional attitude and outstanding service resulted in promptly resolving the issued with my clogged bathtub and toilet. His knowledge and experience really showed his expertise in his career. He also provided excellent advice, which will benefit me in the future in regards to my home plumbing needs.

Had a backed up kitchen sink, nothing special. Guy tries to quote $750 to unclog my sink!! Also, they said they would be here in 30-60 min. 3.5 hours later they finally show up. Shady.

I contacted Turner Plumbing and they came out and addressed it for 1/4 the price.

Roto Rooter did an outstanding job repairing a busted pipe, it was completed the same day I called them. They detected the problem accurately and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The employee who repaired it was awesome.

Zachary was very professional came all the way out to lawtey on a sunday. had are water leake fixed and water on in less than an hour. Definitely recommend his service
