Great service. Tecnician very professional and friendly. Feel price was very reasonable and was not charged a credit card fee, like most companies. Would highly recommend.

Called to schedule a same day appt at 9a. Given a window of 1p-5p. Received a text saying technician was 45 minutes away and he never showed up. I called to follow up at 7p and was told he was 21 minutes away. 1 hour later at 8p I called back and was told he got off at 6p. Meanwhile we still have water consistently leaking.

We had a great experience with Nate Williams. He was fast and efficient. He made us feel comfortable and was a delight to work with!

Supervisior came out very nice and polite . He gave us an estimate after my complaint problem with tec and high bid. but still too high will do repipe with a repipe company who also does dry wall and have a lifetime repair warranty. Just feel comfortable with a repipe company their warranty and the fact they will do drywall repair. The new team were very professional and polite if this wasn’t a repipe I’d use them for other plumbing repair if the price was reasonable.

Rooter rooter 2028 West 21st street Jacksonville, Fl 32209-4781 tec came to find a leak in the slab he used the sound device not even with thermal to find the leak which we knew were it was leaking outside charged us 400 dollars and didn’t even mark where leak was. I had him come back to mark it but didn’t use the sound device to mark it. It was a guesstimate of where he marked it. This is totally ridiculous for a 10 min guess. My husband and I are retired military. So got screwed Thank you

I called and within the hour they had a tech at my location. He took care of the issue in no time whatsoever. He was polite clean and kept the work area clean. If your in Jacksonville hope you get the same great service by Nate and Roto Rooter.

Isaiah was sent to my home for a clogged sink. We rent and its an old house that has had no upgrades. It had been serviced just the week before. He was very informative about how to treat my sink after doing dishes and what to look for/prevent in the future. He took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

Nate was AWESOME! Had a toilet drain issue. Nate took the time to assess the problem from a few entry points. Started with the cheapest option first, unfortunately had to correct the problem by removing the toilet. Nate was very professional, took time to explain what was needed and how it was being fixed. My issue was unique as had a very strange back up in the line. After fixing the clog, Nate did a great jib cleaning the area, cleaner than it was before he started. I appreciate the no nonsense, no upsell approach, just get done what is needed. This is why I use and will continue to use Roto-Rooter. Thanks to everyone. This is who you need to call for plumbing issues. Don't call the "do it all" companies that are only interested in sell something that is not needed.

Prompt same day visit! Easy online scheduling! Nate showed up early and on time. Waited for a new toilet bowl to be delivered. Above and beyond excellent service. I would recommend them 💯!

Nate was our Roto Rooter man who showed up with the know how and the experience we needed. We had a backed up house that was a mess he got to work fast and unclogged our problem. Nate was informative and the best I’ve ever experienced.

New Year’s Day- new year problems, but Roto Rooter saved the day. Nate got to our house quick and got us up and running again. He took the time to explain everything as he was doing it and helped to reassure us every step of the way. Roto Rooter is lucky to have a plumber like Nate on their staff.

We've only had great experiences with Roto-Rooter. We have been helped by Zachary twice now and he has been friendly, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable with wells/aerators/filtration systems. We have had issues with our well plumbing and he took the time to explain everything to us and gave several different options to address the issue. When the time comes to get the work done, we will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter and requesting Zach.

Our family called Roto Rooter to come and fix our toilet that had been clogged for quite a few days. We tried everything to unclog it. They sent a professional and courteous plumber to our home.His name was Nate. The job was performed extremely quick and proficient. He had a pleasant personality and was calming to deal with this hectic situation that we had. He explained everything throughly and in a way that I could understand. We would definitely call him back for future repairs

Woke up on New Year's Day with out water. Called Roto Rooter and they were out there within hour from when I called them. Zachary was great. He fixed it so we had water through the night cause no one was open to get the part or they were out of stock. It was only the capacitor. So Rich came Friday morning was able to fix the problem. Zachary and Rich were very informative. I was very pleased with their work.

Nate, was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything to us and fixed the issue very quickly. Can’t recommend him enough if you have any issues with your homes plumbing ,10/10

Nate from Roto-Rooter was fantastic and deserves a five-star review. He did an excellent job clearing the drains for both of our toilets and our main sewer line. He was professional, friendly , and got us back up and running quickly without any issues. We highly recommend his services from Roto-Rooter!

Nate was fantastic! Arrived within 90 minutes of our plumbing emergency. Completely honest about the problem that it was a 50/50 chance it was that either a sewer line blockage or septic tank issue. We gave him the go ahead to proceed and within 15 minutes he discovered it was the sewer line blockage cleared it and we were happy customers. Highly recommend Rotor Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

I believe the man’s name was Zach that met with me. I told him what I was thinking planning to do, but wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to make my pump worse. We spoke for a few minutes. I needed to check my bladder and tank. I will replace that in the morning and see if it fixes everything. If not, I will call back. He was very friendly and I felt bad that there was nothing he needed to fix tonight. I will call on you all again when needed and hope that everyone is a professional and friendly as he was.

I am beyond disappointed with this company. Not only did they change the price multiple times after arriving, but they also insulted my 80-year-old grandfather, who is a veteran. There is absolutely no excuse for treating anyone this way especially a customer who served this country. The price we were quoted was suddenly different once they showed up hours after they said they would, then changed again, which is deceptive and dishonest. On top of that, the lack of basic respect and professionalism was shocking.
. We will never be doing business with them again and will be warning others to stay away.

I would like to share my experience with roto-rooter who came to my house today for a service call. I have been having a back up with my plumbing into my showers snd toliets which has been happening off and on for over two years. It would get better and then happen again which entailed me calling someone out again. This is actually my elderly mother's house and i try to help her since her husband died earlier this year. Anyway, Zachary arrived this afternoon and we proceeded to evaluate the problem to find a possible solution. He was very knowledgable, patient and easy to talk to. We basically went through the whole thing and came up with a solution to the continuous problem and he pointed me in the right direction to get this resolved. I was so happy to find a person who truly cared about my mother's situation and took the time to answer our questions so that we understood what was going on. So many times we have spent excessive amounts of money and have no idea what we were really paying for or if this was needed at all. Zachary has renewed our faith and trust by doing something very simple and that was he CARED about our problem and he listened to our questions and knew what he was talking about. Great job Roto-rooter for having an employee like Zachary working for you. He went the extra mile and by todays standards that is hard to find. I will be recommending Roto-rooter to all my friends and family in the future. I hope they get Zachary to do their job because he was outstanding!!
