This company advertised and came and did what I wanted them to do unlike lickety-split. I had to pay $99 upfront. I told them before they come what I needed. I contacted lickety-split to connect two pipes and they wanted to charge me $900 just to touch it charging $600 for a camera service and $300 for the repair, I sent them home packing. I got swindled at a $99. Don’t ever trust lickety-split!!! I called Totally Hooked Plumbing on a Sunday just so I could call them during normal business hours on Monday And this company called me back on a Sunday and scheduled . I was surprised and happy at the same time . Hooked plumbing company told them exactly what I needed. Colin did only what I needed but offered to put a camera down my line for zero dollar cost, hands-down the best plumber that I have contacted and this will be my go to for every one of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend totally hooked plumbing…

Excellent company....exceeded expectations. The service tech, Oklahoma Jesus was professional and explained everything clearly, work was excellent and all messed cleaned. Sorry I forgot the plumber's name. Highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Very satisfied with Totally Hooked. Had a pretty bad leak under kitchen sink that apparently had been leaking for quite some time. They came out immediately, looked at the problem and gave me a quote without first telling me we needed a restoration company to come in before it can be fixed. They replaced the pipes & installed a new faucet. Colin, Eric and Caleb were all very professional, courteous and diligent. Great job and thank you!

The Plumber was very nice, but VERY, VERY Expensive. He replaced a pipe outside by the Sewer Clean out and Reset the toilet because it was rocking a little bit so my nephew put a paint stick under it so it would not rock, we knew it need a new wax ring. Unfortunately I could not be there to watch but my elderly parents were. He charged us $2007.00 for the job, the toilet was $800.00 because he said we needed a new flange but the picture he sent me after I paid , My husband said the picture does not show it needed replacing nor did he send me a picture of it after he supposedly replaced it. I felt ripped off with the toilet.

The best plumber Ive had to my house in years! Dakota drove to my house on a Friday night at 7:30pm to fix a broken pipe, so I could turn my water back on. He was polite, knowledgable, and even tried to help me fix my refrigerator water dispenser. I will always call this company from now on. Thanks Dakota!

I am very impressed with Totally Hooked Plumbing! From the office personnel who kept in timely contact leading up to my appointment, to the techs (Jarrett and Matt) who arrived on time as promised, this company is professionally managed! They spent close to an hour at my home inspecting all areas of the plumbing in order to provide me with the best possible estimate for repairs and procedures. I actually feel bad that they would not charge me anything for their efforts and time spent today! Totally Hooked was just a random choice but I am so glad that I now have them in my choice contractors list!

I had to call a plumber immediately and could not find one until I called Totally Hooked plumbing and they were amazing came right out and Brad H was my technician. Brad walked into a battle zone and it was a challenge but he conquered at a 10 star level and he was so considerate, & respectful, knowledgeable. Thank you so much Brad.

Very impressed with totally hooked and the fair prices and lack of overt pushiness like Roto Rooter. Jayden and Justin go above and beyond to take care of all the little details that ensure long lasting success. Justin crawled through yucky muck that 4-5 other people/companies refused to do. I would recommend them to anyone with a nasty plumbing issue for quick and affordable resolutions.

Had Totally Hooked come out to help investigate if we have a drain line issue. Collin arrived on time and they provided the complimentary drain line camera inspection, even helping me figure out a bit more about our house and how the plumbing was set up. We determined there were no drain issues currently, and he didn't try to to pressure/sell something that we didn't need. I would definetely recommend them if you have a plumbing issue to be looked at or addressed based off this experience.

Colin (rep) and Michael/Mike (technician) have been absolutely great in working with me and my 1960s home out here at the beach that has reached its end with cast iron piping. While it's so much more than I ever wanted to do (spend) on this place, we caught it early enough to where it's not even more of a nightmare. We recently ran into an issue with our cast iron pipes on a property. The best recommendation for repair was to pipeline. Collin came and scoped the pipes and gave me a quote. He was kind and professional. The technicians that came to do the work were friendly and respectful. Overall, my service was great.

Sean & Kimo did an amazing job! Pulled a piece of wood (!?) out of my main pipe that had it more clogged up than a lactose intolerant nun after some pizza hut on lent. I am talking trouble!

Totally awesome company, professional, quality work and exceptional customer service! I called Saturday, as neither one of my toilets was flushing. I was hoping just a simple main drain clean would fix it, but sadly, turned out to be a pump that burned out and a complex septic system repair. The job was a lot more expensive than just a drain clean, but I have to compliment the many employees I met or spoke with at "Totally Hooked", all respectful and helpful! Erick was wonderful, he went above and beyond, the three gentlemen that drained the line early Monday were fast and professional, and the three ladies that I spoke to, (one call was 11:00 at night), were so kind and understanding! This is a wonderful family-owned business, and I will refer them to all my friends! Everyone was so wonderful, I thought I was back in Dallas!! Thanks, again, great job!

Collin Good was very patient with us today explaining why our 1965 Slab floor Kitchen drain pipe was not draining. Inserting his camera into one of the roof vents revealed water standing where there should be none. He'll be back on Tuesday to mill the inside of the pipes to see what's holding the water from draining. Collin was so polite trying to explain our issues where we could understand. Justin is such an amazing plumber. I had no idea what he was going to face when he got here as it was definitely a mess. I did a great job and treated me with nothing but respect.
