This was an AMAZING company to work with! They were extremely thorough, professional, and have A++++++ customer service!!! I trust them with any type of installation and they also honor veterans!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Scott and Ryan arrived as scheduled. Friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Scott was able to repair one toilet instead of replacing it and had to replace the other. They didn't waste time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend as you will not be disappinted.

If you are looking for a company that values and practices honesty and integrity and has the experience and expertise to be unmatched in their field, then this may very well be the right company for you. From the initial phone call to request my free estimate, all the way through the entire process, right up to the final handshake at the end of the inspection and correction of my immediate plumbing issue, was nothing less than amazing. There was not only genuine professionalism but an exemplary show of knowledge and experience. All of my concerns were addressed and explained. I felt heard and respected the whole time. My Technician Jarrett, is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have ever met in his field. He was more than understanding and gave me ample time to address all of my concerns. Not only that, he answered all of my questions and replied to each of them in a way that I could understand according to my situation. In turn, he asked all of the necessary questions for him to assess what was needed concerning my current situation. Our interaction was more like a good conversation between two people, rather than a mere business transaction. I could tell how much he truly cared about me not only as a customer but as a person. I could sense how passionate he was about his career and it showed. As a disabled veteran and a single parent of four children, this whole experience was what my family and I needed. Someone who listened, cared, and did a thorough and amazing job without putting my financial stability at risk. This company has earned my business and my respect, and with that my loyalty as well. Thank you, Jarrett, for not only being a great Technician, but an awesome human being. There is probably a reason the company's name is "Totally Hooked". As for me, I can clearly see why.

Jarrett and his partner took care of our faucet problem quickly and efficiently. Both of the young men were so friendly and seemed happy to do their work.

We just bought a house and have been searching for reliable contractors. I'm so glad I drove by one of their vans and then Googled them later that day. I got an appointment quickly, received a very reasonable price, and my kitchen faucets' water, and dishwasher are working fantastic now. Justin, the technician assigned to us, is knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciated the shoe covers without me asking it first and he definitely knows what he's doing. Everyone I spoke with was very nice. I highly recommend this company!

I’m disappointed to say that we got totally taken advantage of by this company. They charged us $900 to replace an ice box and valve which took about 30 minutes of work. The company could not provide us with an itemized list of what we were actually paying for i.e. parts/labor. I trusted the repair person because of his kind nature and thought I was doing good by supporting a local “family owned” business. We were left in an emergency situation after our valve broke during a refrigerator repair earlier that morning. It probably would’ve been better to get more quotes than trusting the first company we called. A disappointing and expensive lesson to learn as first time home owners. After further research, we found that this company charge us double what most other companies charge for the same work. I would not recommend them to anyone and hope this review helps others from being taken advantage of financially.

Justin and Drake came and resolved my plumbing issue fast. Both were very professional and explained everything including the cause and preventative measures that can be taken. I would definitely recommend Totally Hooked Plumbing.

He’s got a smile like my brother cute. He did a wonderful job. My dish washer is up and running again. He checked my water heater while he was there and boy thank god I need a water heater immediately. He checked my shower head also and the water is flowing great. Gave me some great and important information. Thank you Justin.

It is very unfortunate to say this used to be my go to company until a recent experience completely changed my mind. Sean was out recently and was badmouthing one of my favorite plumbers who I guess is no longer working there, which I am also very upset about. Sean was using an extremely obscene language had a bad attitude and was also saying inappropriate comments about Scott and Tyler, who I know personally. After getting a hold of the new manager, Zack in the office to discuss the situation with Sean, he got extremely aggressive made me feel uncomfortable. It is sad to see a company get destroyed from the inside out. I will no longer be using Totally Hooked Plumbing for any services I will also tell all my friends and family to avoid this company by all costs. Everybody deserves to know the truth about this company. It is turning into another lickety split, and Snyder. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I had submitted a service request to Elim regarding a possible blockage in plumbing where my washer drains out. Collin responded on the next business day and determined that it was a minor blockage in the pipe rather than a more serious issue. He cleared the blockage at no charge to me. That's what I call great service!

Very pleased with the service we received from Totally Hooked! We'd been ignoring subtle signs the drains needed help until we had an emergency and needed to call on a Sunday night. They had someone out to take a look immediately hoping it would be a quick snake job. Unfortunately, the first tech was not able to fix the issue himself - but he was fantastic and let us know he wanted a more senior person to look at it before potentially doing anything that could make it worse. Two BIG thumbs up for the tech knowing his limits!

We had another tech come by Monday (which was when we realistically expected the first one anyway!) And he made sure we fully understood the issue (and why snaking wasn't helping) and gave us a few possible solutions. He even showed us video from our pipes so we could see exactly what was causing the issue. (Again, with the transparency!)

The team who flushed our pipes went above and beyond - they actually wiped down both the powder room and the bathtub to remove all traces of the backup that caused us to call! I planned to scrub the heck out of the tub and was very pleasantly surprised that the grossness was gone and I could just sanitize it!

It's so nice knowing we have squeaky clean pipes now and shouldn't have any more issues for a long time (knock on wood!) - But we are keeping Totally Hooked on speed dial just in case!

Jarret was wonderful! We had a clogged bathroom pipe and our shower wasn't draining. He was very positive and professional. Thanks Jarret!

I had a backed up sink and tried everything to fix it until I contacted Totally Hooked plumbing. I was greeted with a very friendly lady who quickly sent a plumber to my house. Jarrett was extremely knowledgeable and completed the task with speed. Best plumber around Jacksonville!

Had a small flood in bathroom. We didn't know what caused it. Called Totally Hooked as they had good ratings. The first person out was Greg. He looked under house and found the original plumbing people took easy way and didn't do it correctly when built. Chris and helper came out second. Agreed with what Greg said. Schedule for one of them to come back and fix plumbing correctly. Greg and his helper were the ones to do the replacement plumbing. Through the whole process was kept informed by It took almost a whole day to complete. Greg showed me original photos of wtong plumbing and the changs how it is now. Everyone one was professional and did a wonderful job. Will recommend to friends and family.

Justin provided lots of excellent information with no pressure to purchase additional services or equipment.
Jake provided excellent service with drain cleaning at a more than fair price he did inform me about a device that could save me my labor and expensive repairs in the future. I decided to have it install at a future date. Thank you ,guys for a great experience. During a stressful time !!

I hate to admit it, but Totally Hooked Plumbing wasn’t my first call to come rescue me. However, once Alex picked up the phone, the walking-on-water began! Within 20 minutes, Greg had boots on the ground diagnosing the problem, and the Totally Hooked team was working their magic. They’ve got me hooked for life—thank you for rescuing us! 5 stars plus some for putting in a new water line!

I live in Colorado. I needed a new sink for my home in Saint Augustine. I ordered one online and had it sent to the home. I called Totally Hooked Plumbing and Drains to come and install it. It ended up being the wrong size so they went with the tenant to the local home stores to find one that fits! This company goes above and beyond, charged a fair price and does an excellent job! I had a some issues with a clog in the pipes backing my toilet into the shower. Found THPD online and saw they had great reviews. So I gave it a shot, called, and Collin came out the first day to remove it. I opted for the jetting also to really clean it well. Mike came out the 2nd day to take care of it. Both of these gentleman were great. Kept me informed about what was going on and resolved the problems quickly. I would definitely recommend them and we will use them again in the future for any problems that may arise. Thanks for doing a great job. I appreciate it.
