After first paying for the camera to be used by a nice man Thomas to know where the obstruction was Rich got to work.....Rich was so great! He was professional & was so focused on getting the obstruction cleared even when he had to leave & get ANOTHER jet to go around the bend of a pipe! 😊And he let us know as soon as he could after starting the job that he believed all would be ok so don't worry which was Whew!! Yaaaay! Thanks Rich! You are awesome!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Our garbage disposal stopped working and Adam got a new one installed super fast. He was so kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. If anything else goes wrong in our home, I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter to come back, and will be requesting Adam from now on as well. So very pleased with our experience!

Rich was the person who did the work in my condo and he was absolutely incredible! He explained the process to me as he did the work and worked with the local maintenance supervisor in the community to make sure there were no issues when the water was turned back on. Great work!

The technician arrived less than an hour after I called. He was very professional- explained the issue, was upfront about pricing (and I was able to use a coupon from their website), performed the work, and demonstrated what had been fixed before leaving me with a clean sink area. The service came with a six month warranty, but hopefully my sink will now drain properly for much longer than that!

Made an appointment for a clogged kitchen sink and they were out within the hour. Nate was my plumber and he did an awesome job!!! He explained every step of what he was doing and was able to unclog the line quickly. He cleaned up afterward probably better than I would have. Overall service was quick and professional. 10 out of 10!

Absolutely amazing. The guy that came out was so nice and fixed everything i needed done! With a restaurant we need out wash sinks and he found the parts and fixed it fast! Will definitely be bringing all my business to roto-rooter! Thank yall so much!

Service was same day, actually within 3 hours of request! Rich was very professional, super pleasant and didn't mind explaining the process thoroughly. I can say its one of the better experiences I've had with a Service Company.

Nate came out to give me an estimate on a bathroom leak. He provided detailed information explaining everything to me about possible issues and the process of how to fix it. The prices were straightforward and on paper (not just guesses out of his head). He wasn’t pushy or trying to rush me at all and gave me different options. I really appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I’m glad I called them and will most likely be going with them for the repair.

I had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter, thanks to my plumbing technician, Nate. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain everything to me, even showing me where the plumbing problems were so I could fully understand the situation.
He came out on a service call for a plumbing issue involving a possible blockage and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve it, getting everything unblocked and running smoothly again. I was extremely happy with the results! On top of that, Nate identified a few other plumbing issues that I’ll need to take care of in the future, which I truly appreciated — it shows how detailed, honest, and experienced he is.
Overall, this was a fantastic performance and excellent service from Roto-Rooter. Nate went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend both him and the company to anyone needing reliable plumbing work. I would absolutely request Nate again!

My first time in there, Terrance the store manager was rude. I grabbed a piece of free candy from the counter and said "ooh caramel" cuz I like caramel. I guess Terrance thought I said something else and instead of keeping his mouth shut he decided to talk trash to me saying I didn't have to take the candy I could've put it back and just kept running his mouth about it. On top of that, instead of helping me while I was next in line he goes laughing and talking to his friend about non work related stuff for a hot minute and then goes and sits in his office. At the end of the day even if I did complain. Wouldn't it have been better to just not say anything shrug your shoulders and carried on.

Patrick and the other guys were most helpful. Patrick took the time to understand my problem and gave me several options to consider. I will be back to this location or the Plano location (where Patrick usually works) for my plumbing needs.
