Highly Recommend: I woke up to water all over my garage on a Monday morning. I reached out to PureFlo right before 8am and spoke directly with the owner. Cameron came to my house and the water leak in my main water line was repaired by 10am. Everyone was kind and professional. The price was fair!! I'm so glad I called PureFlo! Thank you.

Wonderful & quick service! Ryan was quick to get one of his guys, Marcel, sent out to help me with a back-up on a Sunday. I told him what was going on & that I had had problems before. I had been told I needed my pipes replaced, but I didn’t believe them since they wouldn’t let me see the video. I’m glad I listened to my gut and did not do that. Marcel ran a camera & couldn’t find the problem that I had been told I had. He showed me what he was seeing with the camera so I would have piece of mind. I really appreciated him taking the time to look at everything & explaining things to me so I would understand. PureFlo Plumbing truly saved the day. My house was a flip, and the plumbing — which somehow passed inspection — was definitely not done properly. Ryan came out promptly to quote the job and was incredibly knowledgeable. They scheduled the work quickly, and Jack and Marcel were efficient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything as they completed a full re-pipe of my drain lines and insulated all of my water lines. Pricing was very competitive and the overall value was excellent. There may be bigger names out there, but based on my experience, I highly recommend PureFlo — plus you get to support a great local small business.

We had a great experience with RiverCity Plumbing. We had a pipe leaking under our house in the crawlspace, and Nadav came out that day to fix it. He also came back the next day to replumb our home as our pipes were quite old and brittle. If he didn’t have a part, he would go to Home Depot and come back the same day to finish the job. We really appreciated him doing the job right the first time rather than using available parts to “make it work”. He also laid paper down on the floor in our house to not drag dirt from the crawlspace into our home which we really appreciated. He cleaned up all the debris at the end of the day and took away all the old pipes. He was kind, skilled, and made us feel at ease. Highly recommend!!

We, like many of our neighbors had a backflow preventer issue with the cold temps. After contacting 12+ plumbing companies for a solution River City was the only one who gave us a reasonable timeframe to fix. When others were setting appointments days out, River City was assisting customers in need. The price was reasonable and as quoted without any hidden fees.
