Delta one came out to my house and unblock a stoppage I had and then they kamerad it and told me the exact problem I had and then gave me a price upfront to fix it price was reasonable

Delta one plumbing company came out to my house because I had a dripping faucet in the restroom they fixed my problem my toilet seat was also loose the plumber tighten my toilet seat for me without charge they are very nice and polite would definitely call them back again

Please do not use this company. They will promise you immediate time windows and not follow through. I never even received service and I can tell you that they are not worth your time. Empty promises, no consideration for their customers, and unprofessional.

Anthony came out and did a great job of unclogging our line. He was very prompt and polite and gave us great advice for in the future. We will definitely be calling back in the future!

Delta One Plumbing came out to my house for a slab leak Anthony was very professional he gave me upfront pricing talk me step-by-step on all the work he was going to do I would definitely call Delta one for future plumbing problems

Have a plumbing emergency? DON'T hire these people! They will take advantage of your emergency situation and charge you double what the job should cost. Take my advice, turn off your water and suffer until the next business day so you can get some quotes from other businesses.

Delta came out and repaired our hot water heater. Plumber was very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything that needed to be done. Great price. Will definitely call Delta again.

Brody was excellent and his partner (sooty forgot his name ) . Professional, communication was excellent very pleasant clean up their mess everyday . Did excellent work . Assisted me in all decisions. Very honest . I definitely would refer Delta 1 Plumbing for all plumbing work . It was such a pleasure to have them do my plumbing. I am 72 years old and this plumbing company is far and above the most professional company I have ever dealt with. I was not prepared for how much things have gone up for services, but it is my experience that you get what you pay for. They replaced my old water heater which was at least 20 years old and when they installed the new one they had to bring my home up to current city code which they did. Very satisfied with the service I received from Delta 1 Plumbing and will tell my family and friends about this company.

Our toilet and shower/tub stopped draining properly (seemed clogged), so we called Delta 1 Plumbing to fix the situation. The plumber, Roy, was a bit eccentric and with only a single tooth and an odd demeanor, made my wife a bit uneasy. But hey, not a big deal as long as he can do the job. My wife was told the toilet wasn't set properly, therefore to "guarantee" his work, he would need to remove the toilet, snake the lines, and reset the toilet. He also said he was going to get on the roof and run a camera down the pipe and check for any blockage along the air vent.

Roy (from Delta 1) was out the door with $990.48 of our money, a LOT. But at least it was guaranteed....right? 15 minutes later my wife flushed the toilet and the same problem, not draining! Are you kidding me? So my wife calls Roy on the phone and he suddenly changes his tune and says the work is NOT guaranteed because the sewer pipe in the crawl space was collapsed and damaged (about 10 ft down the line) and he can not guarantee his work, unless my wife signs an agreement to have the pipe replaced at an estimated cost of $2500 additional money! First it is guaranteed, then it is not? Are you kidding me?

Roy then offered to come by after work and take care of it at night. With me out of town and my wife not getting a good vibe from this guy, she wisely ended the conversation.

My wife was irate at the bate and switch, but she decided to call around and find someone else whom she could trust to come take a look. The next plumber (Mike, different plumbing company) shows up, runs a camera down the air vent from the roof and finds it blocked (dead animal) and removes it. That was the only problem with the whole situation! The toilet and shower drained properly after that. While Mike was there, he also ran a camera down the sewer lines (70+ feet) and found no damaged pipe. He told us in no uncertain terms we were "ripped off".

We contacted the owner of Delta 1 Plumbing immediately after our new plumber cleared the air vent line and told us we had been ripped off. He told us Roy's behavior was inappropriate (no duh!) and said he would refund our $990.48. That was over a month ago and we still have not seen any refund what so ever, but we will continue through different avenues.

So please learn from our mistake and take your plumbing business elsewhere. There really are good companies out there, but Delta 1 is NOT one of them.

I needed a hydrostatic sewer test as well as a static line test in order to transfer my foundation warranty from the previous owners of my home. Roy and Max with Delta 1 were able to get me on the schedule the same day I called. Very professional guys, and definitely knew what they were doing. Very well priced, and if---WHEN--- I have another plumbing project needing done, I won't hesitate to call on them again.

PureFlo was extremely cooperative and responsive to our needs, and quite flexible in scheduling a technician. The tech who worked at our house was thorough, efficient, and helpful, and overall we had a very good experience.
