Don't waste your time - I tried calling three times to get someone to answer a simple question of whether they sold PEX pipe. I got to listen to their canned music forever and no one bothered to pick up. Clearly not staffed well.

First let me say I am no plumber. I know nothing about it and I envy those who do. I am a small business owner and try to do small fixes myself, when I can.

The first time I needed supplies I went to Ferguson with the assumption they would treat me as someone who knew nothing (which I didn't) and would try to oversell me parts or not help at all because I didn't know anything.

My experience was the exact opposite. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.

Today I called in to ask about a part I needed for the toilets in our business. Not only did they look things up in order to help me, they told me I didn't need the part I thought I did and helped me fix it without buying a part at all.

It may say counter productive to not sell the customer, but their honesty and helpfulness have made a customer for life out of me. Building trust is an art that has been lost. Thank you, Ferguson, for putting your customers first.

Frustrated feeling like I went to every plumbing and hardware store without luck. I came across Ferguson.

Worse customer service half the people that work here don’t know basic plumbing parts. Lady couldn’t leave her desk to show me where a part was.

These guys always save the day. Kinda wish they were open during the weekends as well. But still managed to find the part that i needed. That not even google could find for me, the salesperson Gaylon Bowser, knew right away as soon as i gave them a rough idea of what the part looked like. These guys Rock.
