Called and paid ahead told them when it had to be on the doc. Took an extra 30 for my guys to get it. It an hour another day for pipes. More expensive than anyone else.

Ordered ahead and quick pick up at will call. There is an inside store, but there wasn't a need for me to go in there.....or I would have spent more than I needed to lol

Can’t answer the phone in under 10 min. even when I showed up the line wasn’t long but service took forever. Hire more people or get better employees.

This is more than a supply shop and yes that's a play words. The staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend this company for any plumbing supply needs. (plus they have a real nice showroom)

Great plumbing supply store reasonable pricing

Plain and simple - these guys ROCK! You will not find a more FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff here in Austin, Tx. for your all your plumbing hardware needs. Their product line is awesome and their pricing is very competitive considering the incredible service they provide. Trust me, you want to work with Moore Supply. Before I found them, dealing with plumbing hardware was a major hassle for clients. Now I am a client for life because I know Mike and Katy will take great care of us!!!!

Our experience has been nothing but amazing! We have been working with David Sieger and let me tell you he is on top of everything. He has helped us put together a fully functioning stock room for our company. He is super knowledgeable, and when he says he is going to get something done it gets done. He has gone above and beyond our expectations.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Quick turn around time. Materials delivered on time and everything accounted for. There’s a kid named Zac working counter sales who stayed late one day to write up a bid for us when we were in a time crunch, and was just overall very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Best warehouse experience ever! Scott was very knowledgeable and very thorough in making sure I received everything in my order. He even opened a few boxes to allow me to perform a visual inspection. He also did a great job loading my large order into my small car. Highly recommend!

This place never answers the phone (counter sales). There have been many of times ive tried to call ahead to see if they have a part but they never answer so I always end up going some where else

I have a House in Lakeway,Tx , we noticed that our toilets were flushing really slow, so I gave Real Texas Plumbing a call. I was referred to them by my neighbor. The office manager immediately answered my call, answered my questions, and they were able to send out a professional technician the same day. The plumber went straight to the outside clean out, and found out there was a grinder pump or lift station and the system wasn’t working properly. That’s why the toilets weren’t draining. They found that the float switches were bad and offered me a very fair price to replace them. I will recommend Real Texas Plumbing to all my friends and family.
