Jacob arrived promptly and was thorough in assessing the problem. I appreciated knowing the different cost estimates before starting the tasks. He was knowledgeable and offered his expert opinion to provide the best outcome. I was pleased with his customer service.

Bradley was an excellent tech. He was very friendly and did a good job listening to the issues when he arrived. All and all I was very stoked with the service we received at 10pm on a Thursday night.

Travis and Josh came out to our house today. It wasn’t an emergency but we wanted to address while we were both at home. They were prompt, efficient, and explained the situation in layman’s terms. They were polite and solved the problem quickly. We appreciate them both

Travis was able to come in and resolve the garbage disposal issue within a few minutes . He was kind and quick!

I don't want to give less than 5 stars for Travis, but the policy where roto rooter makes you wait within a 3 hour window for service and then only gives you two minutes to reply to an unexpected text or they cancel on you is garbage. Thankfully, I called right away and the dispatchers still sent Travis.

Roto Rooter, sent Jacob to fix my kitchen faucet. He was very nice and very polite and it only took him 7 minutes to fix the faucet. The charge was very reasonable too!! I will call him again if I have any future issues!! He was Great!! Thank you, Jacob!!!

Terry showed up to unclog our main drain line. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We are very pleased with his professionalism.

Travis saved our Sunday. He was so thorough and checked all of our water pipes for blockage and fixed it within an hour. He also explained everything to us and gave us real peace of mind about the issue. It cost much less than expected, too!! Thank you so much, Travis! I never feel taken for a ride by the folks at Roto Rooter. Real, honest, dependable help.

Ryan gave us 10/10 customer service and did an amazing job fixing my shower. He was respectful and was very honorable compared to other companies I went to. Great pricing and even better work.

Travis was great! Hard working, knowledgable guy who spent a few hours getting to the source of our leak and fixing it. Thank you! While I wasn't happy that my original emergency call the night before was canceled by RotoRooter after 3 hours of waiting for them to show up, Travis made up for this company mishap by sheer dedication and good service resurrecting their incoming 1 star rating back to 5. Roto-Rooter technician Kenney did a phenomenal job fixing our sewer drain problem. The drain in our basement had backed up and flooded the basement when we used the washer. Kenney determined that the sewer line was clogged. I was worried about this because it would be incredibly expensive if we had to dig up the sewer line. But Kenney was determined to fix it without any digging. He worked and he worked for hours on a Friday afternoon to dislodge and grind up the clog. It is rare to see someone that dedicated to fixing an issue and helping a customer. We really appreciate it! Roto-Rooter is also sending someone with a camera line for free to look inside the sewer line for any problems that may have caused the clog. We had a great experience with technician Kenney and Roto-Rooter and highly recommend them both.

Travis did an amazing job at explaining what was needed for repair and also being thorough with our job. He went above and beyond and was very curious!! Definitely recommend

Terry was my technician, he was a true professional. He took his time explained exactly what he doing every step of the way. I couldn’t be any happier with the price, results and the care taken for my house. I you have a big clog like me or something smaller. Give Roto-Rooter and ask for Terry. I guarantee satisfaction. Edited to add: We just had Steven & his teammate out to the house to follow up on the dry-out process. We have had just as good an experience working with them as we did with our plumber. They were willing to answer any questions we had, aware of our pets and ensured that even with all the in & out of the house required to set up and remove the machines to dry out our home, that none of our pets ended up sneaking out a door or anything. We would recommend them to anyone with similar issues in the future. They made a stressful situation pleasant & manageable.

Original review: I've had them out to repair a broken pipe under my house. So far, everything has gone well, and we’re pleased with their service. The plumber they sent out on Friday, Travis, was super helpful. He took the time to show me the issue and what he needed to repair. He answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, during the dry-out process for the water damage, we discovered our hot water tank was leaking from the bottom. Travis was sent back out today and is currently installing our new hot water tank. He’s here on a Sunday and has again been extremely helpful, willing to answer all of our questions and has been great to work with. He’s also been considerate of the fact that we have cats in our home & careful that they don’t get out when he’s going in and out. Bonus points as an animal lover, my dogs are totally chill with him. Their reaction to strangers is something I pay attention to. Dogs pick up on things and their comfort through this process is reassuring that Travis and the other workers we’ve had in our house are not someone I need to be worried about being here. I’m confident that the work Travis completes today with our install of the new tank will be as smooth & well done as the previous repair he completed under our home!

Thoroughly disappointed with the company as a whole. No one showed up on the appointed date.
Two days later, a representative called to tell me he was sending a technician to fix my clogged toilet.
He showed up later that day.
I showed him the problem and quoted me an outrageous price.
If I wasn't expecting my daughter to visit later with her newborn baby I would ha ve sent him packing
He charged me almost 400 dollars and spent less than 5 minutes in the bathroom. He declared that the problem was solved.
Two days later it was clogged again. Their gimmick was to not charge for the service call, which let him gouge me for the actual service.
I would recommend any other company. Buyer beware.

Tank heater went out and my efforts to get the pilot light worked, but I couldn’t get the sensor to flash to engage the gas, Called Roto-Rooter and a technician, Jacob, was on site in less than 30 minutes. He went downstairs and all he had to do was hit the reset button and got it working. Took about 20 seconds and he did not charge me, excellent customer service, and response time I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their technician Jacob in the future.

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. The lack of transparency and communication started out as just frustrating, but the constant attempts to push baseless change orders for more money and the inability to complete agreed-upon services have become completely unacceptable. Promised visits by technicians have repeatedly been missed and the company refuses to remove their equipment from my home despite repeated requests.

Based on my experience I would strongly urge you to never call Roto Rooter for any services whatsoever.

Terry was amazing at trying to get clog free. The weather was horrible, but it didn't stop him from braving it to try to fix the clogged issue. I hope if I need to have Roto Rooter service in the future, I can request Terry. Absolutely very dedicated to his company and to the customer. Kudos going out to this great service man!

The technician, Ryan, came out to my home early. He cleared out our main sewage line so it would stop backing up into our basement. Ryan was very professional, worked quickly, and remained as quiet as possible while my kids slept. Ryan completed all this work in about 1 hour. Very impressed and happy with the work he did for us.

Travis was Amazing! This is the first issue we’ve had at this house and he fixed our clog within a hour and answered all my DIY homeowner questions. Great plumber, cool dude, professional all around. Will always be my first call for any issues in the future

Our technician Terry was wonderful! Our water heater broke in the middle of the night before a big snow storm and he was able to come first thing in the morning to help! He was knowledgeable and walked us through our options which ultimately was replacing our very old water heater. Terry was kind, efficient, and made quick work of replacing our water heater and we are so greatful and thankful for his service and coming out so quickly to help! We are new home owners and were a little lost on what to do and Terry saved the day all before the in coming snow storm!

Brad tried his best to clean my drain. He was in my home from 11:30 p.m to 3:15 a.m., diligently working to unclog my toilet and bath tub. His work ethic is quite admirable. Before he left, he showed me what he was able to remove. He also assured me that an advanced method of drain cleaning using "jetters" would be provided. Brad is a true professional.
