Rayes from Roto-Rooters did an excellent job. He was polite, professional and Informative. Reyes fixed the issue in less than an hour. I will definitely use Roto-Rooters again.

Zonun was absolutely amazing! He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed everything with great care and professionalism. He explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. It’s rare to find someone so honest, efficient, and respectful. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Five stars all the way!

We experienced a sewer back up at my office building last week In Mooresville. I called several local plumbers who do not have the needed equipment for the job. I contacted Roto-Rooter and they arrived within hours of my first call. Adonis was the service technician who arrived with his truck and trailer with the needed equipment and was able to resolve the issue within the hour. He was very knowlegable and friendly. I highly recommend there services and very impressed with Adonis's professionalism!

Quick and professional. We had a toilet that was leaking through to the floor below. Van was the service provider that came out same day and did a great job.

Carlos was great, he was a lot of help in narrowing down our issues and seeing if he could help us, I would definitely want him out again! Definitely recommend him!!

Just a PSA to anyone who calls Roto-Rooter and speaks with Eric Dalagan (field supervisor)- they will come and tell you that you don’t have to worry about incurring a large cost associated with a plumbing issue at hand, that they will go back and forth with your insurance to get thier money, and that you will only be responsible for your deductible. PLEASE do not believe them, as they straight up lie about that. We are now stuck with a 12k bill from Roto Rooter. We also payed them around 7.5k for work done on our outside cleanout pipes because the insurance only covers damage within the home. When discussing the matter with my insurance adjuster, they gave us line items that they feel Roto Rooter has overcharged for that include incorrect measurements of my home in favor of RR (RR adjuster overmeasured the square footage of our home), and a few grand for filling in the yard after digging up the cleanout. At this point, our home is put back together and we are being threatened by Connie Ellis that if we don’t pay them within a certain amount of time they will put a lien on our home.

Zonun was efficient, explained everything needed, and honest. Thought I needed one thing and he explained it was a different issue. Great service

Technicians arrived on time and diagnosed issues and then gave me an estimate then went and got replacement parts within 15 minutes and then replaced damaged part and installed new part and made sure all connections were secured tightly and the both of them were customer friendly

The technician was very skilled and took the time to explain when I asked questions. The replacement water heater was more involved than first expected, but he did quality work and didn’t try to rush.

Carlos was fantastic! He was very professional, efficient, and resolved my plumbing issues quickly. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend asking for Carlos.

Total scam! My daughter’s toilet leaked.Roto Rooter sent their Water Restoration team out and quoted remediation in her bathroom and also in the crawlspace. The quote included antimicrobial, air handlers etc in the crawlspace. When the technician came out, he said I didn’t need crawlspace remediation. He dried out the tile in my bathroom using a “heating blanket”. He did NO work in the crawlspace at all. My invoice included crawl space mitigation. When I tried to reach out to have the invoice corrected no one answered the phone. I made several attempts to try to reach someone about the situation. No one returned my calls. My invoice was transferred to the Corporate office who told me if I didn’t pay $2500 today they would put a lien on my property. I explained that the work quoted was not done. They told me that $2500 is the minimum to come out regardless and that I owe the money regardless of the work they actually did because I signed a contract with them. The Corporate Office told me it’s at their discretion whether they do the work or not and I still have to pay because I signed a contract. I was forced to pay for services I did not get. $2500 to only dry out a small secondary bathroom floor with the equipment of a space heater is absolute robbery.

Zach was fabulous! He completed the work with expertise and efficiently. He was honest and pleasant to speak with. FIVE stars for the company and FIVE stars for Zach. I will call again if needed.

The first technician came out and got frustrated he could not clear clog. He left and said he would recommend a camera. Jeffrey was the second technician the next day. Jeffrey was great. He was determined to get the clog and cleared it. I highly commend Jeffrey for his determination.

The technician was 2 hrs late, didn't know how to move the fridge, just started pulling by the handles. He did not have the part and spent 2 more hrs trying to find one. We ordered the part for him, paid the diagnostic fee and put the replacement on in 10 minutes. My wife and daughter rolled the fridge out with little effort. NO WAY I would pay $400 for a 10 minute fix.

Good experience. Had someone at my house within 3 hours. Discussed options and pricing before doing any repairs. Ray was very professional and took the time to explain the problem to me. Would recommend to a friend!

We had a water leak that was coming from our upstairs bathroom. Zonun came out and was able to find out where the problem was coming from within minutes and had the issue fix in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the service was great.

Roto Rooter came out to repair a leak. They told us the leak was fixed, and we subsequently spent $2k on floor repairs. Turns out, the leak was not fixed. Roto Rooter refused to acknowledge their misdiagnosis or simply fix the initial leak without charging. Beware that these folks do not take responsibility for their mistakes.
