I recommend this supplier. I worked with Steve Newsom and he was helpful and informative. Ordered some Delta bathroom shower fixtures and they arrived within two weeks. Steve is great about following up. One of their recommended plumbers, George Kirkhoff, is not recommended due to lack of employee follow up and I had to find another plumber. It appears this has occurred with other customers also.

We worked with Jennifer at the Fishers location following a water pipe leak. Jennifer was so knowledgeable about making sure we were aware of all of our options as to new shower, floor and accessories. I first was at Economy Plumbing in downtown Indy at age 14. At age 77, I can still strongly recommend Economy for all your plumbing needs and advice.

I highly recommend Mr Plumber and the True Comfort Membership! I had my annual water maintenance check, as part of my True Comfort Membership, and the technician noticed my water heater was cracked. He explained my options to me and was able to schedule a replacement for the next day. The technicians who replaced my water heater were very professional and conscientious about keeping my space clean during the process. Due to my water heater being in a tight corner of my crawl space I had to pay significantly more than I had anticipated, but I was pleased with the communication and work from the Mr Plumber team throughout the process.

Solid experience! My technician, Jonathan R, made sure to include me in the inspection process, which was a very pleasant and informative experience. :) So far, I have only had the preliminary inspection, but I feel good about proceeding with this company as I address a multitude of plumbing ~situations~ throughout my house.

We’re still working to address my issues, but I am very pleased so far. The first technician was on site within a few hours and was followed by a second technician shortly thereafter. I really enjoyed the collaboration between all the team members to help address my issues in the most economical way possible.

Overall was very positive experience I had with Mr. plumber they located some much-needed work that needed to be done. Did it at a very fair honest price. I highly recommend Mr. plumber for anyone that needs immediate assistance or repairs done!

I highly recommend Mr. Plumber. They were so professional all around from the kind assistant who scheduled our visit to the professional technician who serviced our call. I received a text with our technician's picture and short bio which was appreciated. The price was amazing considering another company tried to charge us 3 times as much for the same service. Plus, Mr. Plumber offers a 1 year guarantee on their service. If you have a plumbing issue, I highly recommend you give Mr. Plumber a call.

Jared came out on a Saturday to diagnose our problem and Caleb , drain specialist, completed repair first thing Monday morning. Both technicians were very professional!! I would highly recommend!!

I was shock by the labor. Too expensive. It was quoted for $800.+0 cause he has to removed the washing machine and the dryer. So I move them myself. Which bring the price down to $630.+0 I am disappointed.

My plumbing service specialist was Justin Fishers with Mr. Plumber. I rate him an A+. He has 25 yrs with Mr. Plumber and it showed as he figured out the toxic smell in my bathroom. Caleb and Mason did an awesome job. They didnt rush the situation. They took they're time to assess the issue. They were able to unclog a my drain. I will definitely use this company again. I also love the fact that it's a 1 year warranty as well.

I had my first visit from a Mr. Plumber technician today. I had a water heater flush and plumbing inspection. Seth was very thorough in the inspection and could explain everything he found in a way I understood easily. When I asked questions, he was knowledgeable but didn't talk over my head. He described potential future concerns but did not try to push a sale. I would say he put customer concerns at the forefront and acted responsibly in all areas. Great service so far!
