When we found that the toilet in the primary bathroom wasn’t flushing, we had to scramble to find the right company to help us. RotoRooter came through again. Quaid assessed the situation, told me what we needed to do and he set about taking g care of the problem. It ended up that we needed a new commode since trying to buy parts & repair would have cost us the same as purchasing a new one so that’s what we did.
Quaid picked up a new toilet at a local store and put in the new one in a very timely and efficient manner. We are truly grateful. Thank you, Quaid and thank you, RotoRooter for having such a thorough, thoughtful and helpful technician!

Had Brian come out and set us up with a new water heater. He did a really clean job I’m super impressed by his attention to detail. Awesome service!!

Service was great and knowledgeable. Assessed the situation and what was needed to complete the repair. Provided a cost and completed the repair.
Had a issue with the repair a couple of days later. Scheduled a tech that day to come out to look at what the issue was, found the problem and completed the repair at no cost to me. over great service and communication with the office and the field team.

Rogelio was incredible! We had an issue late at night but he was helpful, positive and quick! As much as near-catastrophe can be, it was a great experience. Could not recommend him highly enough.

We experienced an unfortunate plumbing emergency and called Roter-Rooter to our rescue. Jose Leon ascertained the problem and quickly assigned a team to mitigate our flooding issue in one of our bathrooms. Tyler Hunsucker and his associates were extremely professional, courteous and responsible. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to fix the problem.

I had the pleasure of having Logan repair our toilet flange. He explained in detail what needed to be done and showed his work. Might I add, this was an emergency fix and he arrived within an hour. Job well done!

Logan was great. He came out and was very transparent about Job scope, price, and options. He communicated with me through out the whole process and answered any questions I had.

Quaid can to my home after hours @ 7pm to help us with a leak coming through the ceiling. He worked hard to find a solution. He returned the next day promptly with another plumber, Rey. Both were very professional and I'd hire them again. I recommend their services.

They don't give a price until they arrive and to unblock a toilet quote was almost $500 for 15 minutes poking a metal snake down the drain. The price was negotiated down but then they wouldn't honor the discount voucher. It was not something I'd recommend to anyone based on this experience

Imagine taking a shower in tepid temperatures when it’s cold outside and you just want your 1st world luxury of a warm, okay, hot shower.

RR did discover that we had a worn-out shower cartridge last month. We didn’t jump on the issue right away and we tried to add the replacement on a scope of work for home repairs but were recommended to go with a plumber.

We have been so happy with the efficiency of RR with our recent leak detection, repair, and remediation that I was able to call and get an RR tech out the same day (and an hour after my call). Brian checked our issue, got the parts needed, and fixed our ‘cool’ water situation within a few hours and at reasonable rate.

Once tested, our excitement of being able to enjoy a nice hot shower was on our horizon equals to happy homeowners who know they pick the right company to do the job.

This is the second time in the last ~5 years where I had an emergency. I called our 'normal' plumbers with no reply so I contacted Roto-Rooters and they came within a hour!!! and Jeff was awesome. They fixed our issue and shared what I needed to consider longer term. I am going to switch to them for all our plumbing needs, I need someone who can respond to emergencies and everyone whom we we worked with from the phone agents to the person doing the work (Jeff) was awesome.

Last night, we started having issues with our toilet not flushing properly and water backing up. This morning, Jose arrived right on time and did a fantastic job of making everything work like new again.

Also, we did not have a backflow preventor for years and were pleased that Jose had one in his van and was able to install it.

Roto-Rooter and Jose are an awsome team and we highly recommend them.

This review is for my service technician, Quaid M., who did an excellent, timely, and thorough job for me on multiple occasions. He has replaced an old faucet and toilet that were giving me challenges given its older design with very short notice. I especially appreciate that he takes very good care of his clients, listens carefully to what they want, and provides recommendations that best fit the job. I highly recommend Quaid if you need a plumber as he has a lot of knowledge, offers great advice, and is an awesome person to work with.

Guys are nice enough but not really ready to see what you need. Don’t be in a hurry when you come here.
