Had the guys out to deal with alarming dirty water/detritus backing up into our basement shower stall. Yuck. Scheduling was very efficient and polite, and able to send a crew within the hour. The guys were very nice and super-efficient, and explained what needed to be done in simple terms I could understand. A second tech came separately to view the drain system with a camera (included in total price). Highly recommended.

We had a sewer line backup, (ugh!) and Roto Rooter gave us timely and professional response. Lead plumber Chris was professional and informative, and his assistant Steve did a great job as well. Their manager Dan was also very helpful. RR charges were transparent, about as expected for the work, and they responded quickly to this urgent situation. Five stars!

I had a floor drain that was backing up in the basement. I called Roto-Rooter 1st thing and they sent Kyle out to my house in like 30mins. Kyle assessed the situation. I told him what was going on and he got right to work calling and getting the assitance he needed to get the job done properly. He handled the situation professionally reassuring me there was nothing I needed to do. He completed the job in a timely matter. He answered my questions & concerns and was. I am pleased and satisfied with the job. Thank you Kyle.

So pleased with the incredibly quick response after easily being able to reach someone by telephone at Roto-Rooter who very pleasantly set up a quick appointment even though it was fairly late at night. The technician showed up within the one hour window given to me for his arrival, very nice young man obviously well experienced and set to work assessing the problem immediately. After a brief discussion in which I was very easily able to describe the likely origin of the Plumbing problem he got the needed tools & equipment from his van and within a short time completely resolved the problem. It was a fairly urgent problem and my relief and the very reasonable price were very welcome, and I will definitely call Roto Rooter in the future for the quick & very pleasant, professional responses both on the phone and in person.

Three days of worry just got washed down the drain. Thanks to Steve and Chris who responded immediately, came with the equipment on their truck, and had the whole problem resolved in just under an hour. Highly recommend.!

I had such a great experience! He cleaned out my bathroom pipes and did an amazing job. Everything is draining great now, and he made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Super professional, on time, and very respectful. I definitely recommend Kyle if you need plumbing work done!

We called today and got same day service by the one and only 🌟Kyle🌟!! Not only did he unclogged our Kitchen sink, he went above and beyond by continuing to inspect the area and found a leaking pipe. Kyle is a true professional expert and his supervisor (who I got to speak through FaceTime ☺️) was very thorough and detailed in explaining as well. These guys are awesome! They make a great team, you can always count on them, Thank you Kyle!!! 💫

As a local landlord, I needed a tankless water heater installed in one of my units. Damaso Plumbing & Heating Inc. provided a fair quote, and my tenant's energy bills dropped by 15% almost immediately. It was a much better experience than dealing with the big chain companies.

I didnt have the problems with Zach others have mentioned. I'm not looking for someone to sugar coat everything and be all sunshine and rainbows. I want the truth about my situation and thats what I got. Lewis was a great tech and told me what he was doing and gave me the cost up front. I thought it was a little pricey for what i got but i got same day service which i needed. If not for the price id have gave 5 stars. I could have waited until Thursday and probably saved $100 or so bucks but my hot water was out and its too cold to wait till Thursday.

My landlady called these guys for an emergency and they were literally here within an hour! The guys that came to my home were professional, courteous and knew what they were doing!! I will always recommend Tipton's to anyone needing plumbing work done on their home. Great job, gentlemen! :)

Quoted me a price to fix our commercial sink $860.00 + $85.00 for coming out. When I said I will do it myself or call someone else they said okay it will be $165 for him coming out and the 15 mins he spent at our store. By the end of the disagreement We Paid the $85.00 where he could make his way back home. did it in 3 hours and only cost me $95.00. Yeah ridiculous prices. Just to check called 2 other places and both guaranteed it under $300 with parts, labor, etc. especially since I had already done the hard part of knocking the hole in the wall etc.

Horrible service! Don't use this company if you want your toilet to flush!
Recently had a new encounter with this company. They tried to charge a service fee of $65 and ultimately ended up quoting $475 to run a snake. That and the service fee weren’t paid and a phone call from the boss was requested. When he called he used the words q*eer and *itch and that we were going to get ours. After the incident they lied and said we were told 3 times about the service fee which is false. They have all this good stuff about how great they are on Facebook and it’s all a scam. They have a Better Business Bureau Score of an F. Stay away from this business. This is one of the bad ones! -
Please run, don't walk away from this company! Let me start by saying, this plumber does nothing illegal, maybe immoral, but not illegal. Know that if you are going to use him, he charges by the job and not by the hour. Per the words from the owner, Zach Tipton, he charges and allows for the fact he is a 24/7 plumber so he charges more. Charges more, yes sir! I have had two other estimates from plumbers for the job he did and they were $400 to less than $600. He charged $1285.00. This was for a simple leak in the pipe that ties into the city meter. The job took less than 6 hours. Its a pretty good system he has going. You call him, he comes out and gives you the invoice for the cost. Keep in mind, he has no clue at that time if it will take 30 min or 6 hours. If you don't agree to it, you have to pay him an $85 service call and he walks away. Pretty good for 15 min of work. The price seems very high, but as a person that doesnt know whats wrong, you agree because you have your water turned off and you don't have an idea of what someone else would charge at that time. You are in a vulnerable position and he knows it. And worse case for him, he takes your $85 and leaves for you to get someone else out to do the job! Is it illegal, nope but save yourself some money and call ANYONE else!

Called to request Tipton's look at a commercial building which needs sewer line replacement. Was told they would be out there on Tuesday afternoon between 3:00 and 5:00 - never showed. Called Wednesday at 11:00 and was told they would be out there that day between 1:00 and 3:00 - never showed. Called Thursday morning to ask about the estimate and got excuses again, saying that it's been raining and they do real work before providing free estimates. The guy got pretty snippy asking if I knew Oklahoma had had a lot of rain - I have an out of state cell number, and I'm a woman. Guess they have so much work they don't need ours or yours.

My water heater went out on Christmas eve night. Called them the next day around 1:00 I didn't really plan to be able to see anyone on Christmas? Told me 150.00. That's what I would want on Christmas too. 1300 to replace and upgrade it on Christmas. 2 hours later. I had hot water. I don't mind paying full price for great service from a really experienced professional on Christmas. I will call them again. Thanks.

Was blown off by two other company’s for our bathroom remodel and had the project pushed back 2 days. Tiptons showed up the next day and saved my wife’s sanity and got the project back on track. Had shower valve replaced and two body jets put in the shower, along with a extension for a rain down shower head. The work looks great. Just have to wait for the shower to be finished and then we Can try it out.

Excellent experience!!! I called Tipton Plumbing yesterday afternoon due to a broken hot water tank and now, the next day, I have a brand new beautiful tank with new pipes etc. at a phenomenal price!
Zack is fantastic to work with and Zeke and Chris did an awesome job with installation. Zeke explained everything thoroughly so I understood what was needed for installation and then walked me through all the wonderful improvements made to my water heater when they were through. Zack, the supervisor, stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory and made sure I was pleased with the work. What a nice gentleman!
When you have a large or small plumbing job to, Tipton is the way to go. These were the nicest people to work with and I also appreciated the cleanliness of the employees, their equipment and trucks. They also cleaned up when the job was done.
Tipton is now my only call for plumbing, heat and air needs!!! -
I had a leaking master bath shower.
Great company, very knowledgeable and doesn't mind sharing information concerning plumbing upgrades for do-it-yourselfers to save a buck or two. Zack Tipton (owner) was my plumbing tech and was extremely punctual with scheduled time. I will definitely use again and have no problem with future referrals! -
Overpriced service and does not have a warranty when they don't resolve an issue. Will charge you again if asked to complete the original incomplete job. Another company was need in order to complete the job Tipton's was paid to do.
A plumbing tech came out to assess a drainage issue and to clean. He stated he found debris and a broken sewer line. He was at the residence for 30 minutes and charged $331. During the service call, he was told that the issue was not resolved and toilets still did not flush. He said to try it later and left the home. He never verified that the issue was resolved. Paperwork was signed, based on the trust and faith that a professional knew what he was doing and talking about. There was never a time that the issue was resolved. Not during or after he left the residence.
A request was made for a follow up. Over the phone, the tech advised there would not be a charge applied to complete the issue. A new tech came to the residence that had no information or idea about the issue. After his assessment, he quoted another clean-out for $280, or repair for over $600. At this point, another call was made to the company as a complaint about being charged a 2nd time for a job that was never completed after being told over the phone there would not be a charge. The owner proudly boasted that he does not offer a warranty and that is final. After this initial conversation, the company called back to offer another tech to come out to complete the job at no charge. This time, a tech never came out and no call was made to provide a reason. Instead, a call was made back to the company and the owner stated he wanted a written apology before he provided any services because he did not like being questioned about his policies or work.
After Tipton's refused to complete the original job, Wiggly's Plumbing and Heating was called. Their tech came out and had a contradictory assessment. Instead of mud and debris, they found the issue was caused by roots from a large tree. No evidence of a broken sewer line. After completing the job, the tech asked to check sinks, bathtubs, and toilets to verify resolution. The issue was resolved. Wiggly's provided an immediate fix to the issue. They even offered a 30 day warranty and did it all for $100.
Tipton's Plumbing offers no resolution, overcharges, and can't even guarantee their work for a day. The owner is very rude and threatened to call the police when asked to complete a job that had already been paid for. I advised that he would be reported, he bragged about the fact he has gone to court many times before and knows all the judges. It is not a good sign that this owner has been to court so many times over client disputes. -
Very happy with Tipton's, every time I have called I have got someone out within an hour. Luis is extremely helpful and polite and helps me understand whats happened. Cost has always been great and cash is always king. I wont use any one else and will always be my top recommendation. Thanks Tipton for providing great service at a great cost!
