4/29/2020 - Brandon at BP plumbing still doesn't disappoint, it's been almost two years since I last needed to call him and sure enough Brandon responded quickly and was ready to fix our issues, our hot water heater. Fortunately our issue resolved on it's own, but eventually we will need a new hot water heater and I know I can always count on Brandon to help with just about anything. He is process and dependable!

Our hot water stopped working and Brandon provided us with what he feel was the best product and why. We went with a water heater he recommended, which is configurable, has universal parts, quality, and affordable.

Brandon is a top notch plumber. I have looked high and low for someone like him. It is super hard to find a great plumber. Would never call anyone else. He has worked on several jobs of mine and has always done excellent work! I never have to micro manage or second guess his work. I am always happy to recommend him to family and friends because I know he will always give excellent customer service and exceed their expectations. His pricing is very reasonable for the high quality of work he provides. I highly recommend him. He is worth 10 stars.

I can’t say enough nice things about Brandon! He is the best plumber we have every worked with- by far. He pays attention to the details, goes above and beyond with whatever he is working on, takes pride in his work, and is great at communicating about what he is doing. He is also incredibly kind and fun to be around, which helps make the process alot less stressful. I highly recommend him for both big projects (he re-piped our whole house!) and small (he fixed out toilet, kitchen sink and shower!). We appreciate you, Brandon!

I got stuck during a DIY garbage install that proved to be more complicated than originally anticipated. Plumber was on way to another job, but stopped by and fixed my install quickly and professionally! Also, very knowledgeable about plumbing in general, and specifically, old galvanized pipes. Reminded me of the old baking soda and vinegar trick for reducing buildup. Very helpful and great experience!

I am adding to this post as a repeat customer, a year later. Brandon from BP Plumbing did an excellent job with my re-pipe (replacing all old galvanized pipes from original 1966 to modern, type A PEX). This was a HUGE job. Brandon is detailed oriented, and took the time to source and use quality materials and brass parts. He also had some terrific design observations/advice to offer. And lastly, Brandon is a personable guy- who I wasn't worried about having in my house for a week.

We had a great experience with Brandon. He did a big water repiping project at our home. He was very efficient and paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond on whatever he was working on. He was always on time, and the job was done ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend he.

My husband called BP to do a repair on a hose bib, thinking that they had done the initial install. When Brandon showed up it became apparent that they had not done the installation, but he took a look at it anyway. He quickly assessed what needed to be replaced, explained it to me, did the work, and our hose bib is back in business. Brandon could have declined to do the repair, as it wasn’t his company’s work, but not only did he fix it, he also refused payment. This act of kindness coupled with his plumbing skills means that we will be using him for all of our plumbing jobs in the future.

We had an amazing experience with BP! Brandon helped us address our shower and sink drainage issues in record time. We will look forward to working with him in the future for larger projects. He is incredibly informative and respectful. We have been looking for someone trustworthy in the plumbing / remodeling space for a long time, and are glad to have found BP!

We returned home to find our main water line had ruptured in our crawlspace. We contacted Brandon at BP Plumbing & Construction Services and they responded straight away. Brandon and his professional staff identified the source, came up with a plan and provided us with a very reasonable estimate. The defective water line, associated valves and the adjacent 35 year old sprinkler pipes and fittings were all replaced. We had our water restored in less than two working days. They moved a ton of dirt and dug several trenches. Outstanding service by all.

I researched re-pipe plumbing specialists for 24 days and I am SUPER glad I picked BP Plumbing. Our job was a sink and tub/show conversion from 1962 galvanized pipe to PEX. They were on-time, professional in communication, knowledgeable, and most of all did a fantastic job. I am super picky about the quality of work that impacts my family, and BP met and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Brandon!

Brandon did a great job on our drain. Job was more complicated than expected but Brandon took it in stride and cost was within original bid. Will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

I had a man excellent experience with BP Plumbing. Every interaction was very professional and I could tell Brandon knew what he was doing. He advised me on what he thought would be best for our situation but wasn’t pushy or recommending things we didn’t need. He caught some incorrect duct work from the previous water heater install, and even went back to the store to pick up the correct materials when he came to install instead of trying to force something incorrect into place. His rates were reasonable, he was timely, he didn’t mark up materials, and he is a friendly guy that is easy to talk to. The only negative I can think of was there was a little over a weeks wait to get our water heater installed but I think all the trades are slammed right now so it didn’t bother us. I highly recommend BP Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I had a very good experience with BP plumbing and Construction Services. Brandon responded right away to my emergency situation with my shower. He made the time for me in his busy schedule and helped me. He quickly identified the issue with the shower valve and fixed it. My water heater broke and leaked water into the garage, we noticed this after work so we shut off the hot water heater valve and made some calls. A friend referred me to Brandon so I I left him a message (it was after hours). He responded promptly next AM, had me send pics to determine what was needed, ordered new water heater and had us up and running early next day! Yay!!! My shower handle broke and I was in need of getting this fixed.Contacted BP plumbing and Brandon came out to fix it. I ended up needing to get a valve replaced as well. Brandon is very professional he arrived early and explained everything that needed to be done he is extremely knowledgeable . If I have any further issues I will definitely be contracting BP Plumbing.

This is the first time I've ever had to use Roto-Rooter, and they saved us from a blocked sewer line, causing sewage to backup into our downstairs shower. 🤢 I can't believe how quickly they were able to get a technician to our home. Someone was here within two hours from the time I placed the call. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, friendly , and efficient. Top notch all around. He had our line cleaned out in less than 30 minutes. We have more work ahead, since our situation involves root intrusion, but we are beyond grateful at the quick resolution of the immediate crisis.
