Fast and reliable! Got a next day appointment for estimates and was scheduled the next day for repair! Had oil/grease build up in the kitchen sink causing the dishwasher to flow water through the air gap, and the toilet flange was broken upstairs. Estimated to take 4hrs to complete with the potential to have to cut the ceiling from downstairs to access the toilet. Reality took 1.5 maybe 2 hrs no cutting the ceiling and a one man job! Was quoted by another company for twice what pacific plumbing charged me! 5 stars across the board! I am now a forever customer! I appreciate fast honest priced business!

4 words to describe my experience with Pacific Plumbing: "Won't use anyone else." Josh and Nick were an absolute delight to do business with. They were here almost quicker than I could clear out the area they were gonna be working in(they were here within 45mins of me calling the company). The wife and I couldn't be any more appreciative to find a good honest company like theirs. And to their boss: they need a good raise for their professionalism lol. Thank you Pacific Plumbing

This company did work for our neighbors. They ignored four No Trespassing signs and entered our driveway. They then parked on top of our flowerbed along the driveway. Additionally, they also destroyed our property corner marker. When we approached them about it they were very friendly and assured us they would repair & replace all that was damaged. Now eight months later, nothing has been done! They now are trying to blame everyone & anyone else and are refusing to do anything to rectify the problem. This is NOT a reputable company!!
......In reply, yes you may have been able to come on the driveway, but that doesn't give you the RIGHT to disrespect or disregard the property by parking on top of our flowers or uprooting our corner marker!

$93 drain unclogging turned into $500 total bill! Company states that 93 bucks gets your drain unclogged, or it's free! Paid the fee, job was declared a success, but plumber had to return later for two more hours of work! Not so much of a great deal. I suggest Cornel's out of Beaverton. This senior citizen and service-connected disabled veteran and Army retiree says "Great way to thank me for my service". The corporate rebuttal is that they could not clear the clog without pulling a toilet. But they took my $ hundred bucks as though it was "mission accomplished"! I have never seen any "coupon", And when they finished two hours later, I put the toilet back on the floor. Oregon CCB here I come!

We just had a repair done on a drain pipe behind a wall about eye level. No tight spaces to crawl through or difficulty finding the leak. It was basically handed to them for a repair. The technician calls me and tells me it's an hourly rate and do I want them to proceed at a little less than 200 an hr. From the time they show up until the time they leave is about 1.25 hrs and was charged almost $500. When I called the office they say it's not hourly and they don't know why the technician would say that. It's a flat rate. I don't like the over pricing and miscommunication. This company is clearly not a family friendly business and is just another let's squeeze what we can out of the customer type of business.

We used Pacific Plumbing & Drain to assess and repair a very involved line problem as part of a home purchase. They quoted a competitive price, held to that price, and got the work done in a timely manner. The guys on site were professional and pleasant to work with and have in the home.

Billy even came out personally to verify and make sure everything went forward correctly. I'd recommend Pacific Plumbing & Drain Services anytime and will call them again when needed.

A plumber came out and changed a few parts in the shower/bath and said he re-caulked it all. I ended up having to call another company to come out and confirm that the trim in the shower/bath was not sealed properly by the previous plumber (PPD) and was still leaking. $660 to make a bunch of noise in the bathroom and not actually get the job done? Would not recommend PPD.

Chance came over to take a look at a failed pump and we had also asked them to look into an old pipe replacement. Both estimates were reasonable and Chance was friendly and fair. Look forward to Pacific Plumbing performing the job to our liking. My work colleague recommended them and was pleased with the work they did as well. 1 week later… Awesome job with the pump and the new kitchen pipes are perfect. They didn’t need to take out as much drywall as they thought so it looks super nice and clean. Cool dudes to boot! Thanks!

Pacific Plumbing and Drain was great. They scheduled my appointment for an estimate promptly. When an earlier service window opened up, they let me know in plenty of time. Plumber Ryan was super. He was friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He spent generous time discussing my project and options, including calling other contacts to answer my questions. Ryan also provided water-related pointers that I hadn’t even thought about. I highly recommend this business and understand why they’re so highly rated.

ZERO ZERO ZERO Stars. 100% NEVER RECOMMEND. Worse plumbing service I have ever used. THEY HAVE NO ISSUES CHEATING YOU AND CHARGING YOU.

The fact they value a several hundreds of dollars over a satisfied customer or rectifying issues should tell you a lot about Pacific.

USE RESCUE ROOTER. They came out a few days later and fixed the job and gave it a 30 day warranty. Pacific was going to charge me $479.00 again to come out and look at it and try to fix it again.

Called for an emergency service for Apartment units. Person on the phone quoted me $299 per hour in 1/2 hour increments after the first hour. I have my usual plumbing service I use, Rescue Rooter, but they were unable to come out this evening. I was reluctant but used Pacific.

Plumber Chris came out, started using his camera, which at the time I was unaware was an extra charge but they never told me, but I will also not knock them because they ended up not charging me for it. Chris never could find the solution so he starts using the snake on the Washing Machine drain. Not to mention, the whole time he is asking me to run back and forth between apartments as more than one unit was effected by this clog. I was checking for water, turning on the faucet, helping him move things so he could work. At the end of the job, I was not there to see him test the water as I had to help out at another unit, I just trusted his word he completed it. We confirmed that he was there for less than 2 hours. He said he did not have his machine to charge me but said that it would be $1,000.00. I said you only were here for 2 hours, he said its emergency hours and they charge way more for that. I mention to him to invoice me the next day and he said he would.

The following day, I get the invoice and thankfully it was not $1,000.00 but a little under $800.00. Most I was expecting was $600.00. They charge me for an extra half hour (2.5 hours) that he stayed on my parking lot to do paper work, okay. Also another note, tenant texted me the same morning and said issue was not solved at all and it was exactly the same. I speak with them the following day and express all my concerns and share that the issue WAS NOT resolved at all. The person on the call says, why didn't I mention anything right away, I said the tenant just reported this to me yesterday, I was busy so i am calling you today about adjusting the invoice and also the unresolved issue.

Pacific will say one thing and it will be another thing. Person on phone was quoting one price and Plumber another. They will not tell you about hidden charges like using the camera. Their Plumber Chris did not know what he was doing and never solved the issue. Called to speak to their billing person, did not raise my voice once and she said I berated her, I wanted to but surprisingly stayed mostly calm. She also HUNG UP on me. Real professionals.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER USE Pacific. Go with Rescue Rooter!

Dave came by our house today to help us with an issue we were having with our on-demand hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Great service all around from setting the appointment to completion. Thank you!

CJ was a lifesaver today! Our washing machine drain pipe was having backflow issues during the rinse cycle. We'd used a basic drain snake and some draino with no luck, but were 99.9% sure it was a blockage issue. Called in late this morning and CJ arrived within 1.5hrs. Within 45-60 minutes he'd cleared the drain and ran a test cycle on the machine with no spillage!
Some of the other reviews mentioned some surprise costs, but I think they may have misunderstood what the coupon actually entails. Our drain was easily accessible and didn't require any additional access points or need to snake anywhere else. I am very pleased with the service! ...Though now I don't have an excuse to put off laundry!

We had a pipe burst in a wall on Halloween. Billy came out late in the afternoon, found the problem, fixed the leak, and left us with running hot water and a referral to a great remediation company.
Highly recommend this company as they truly care and go out of their way for their clients.

Even though we did not go with them for our plumbing work. We have very positive things to say. We called in and they sent out 2 plumbers to.take a look.at the job. There was no dispatch fee. We were quoted a very reasonable price for the job. They also followed up with us on the job. We ended up going with someone my neighbor knew as they were able to get the job done the same day. But in the future if we have any need of a plumber o would definitely use them and recommend them.

They were both helpful professional and trustworthy. They spent about an hour diagnosing the issue for free then found the problem and were able to fix it right there at a very reasonable price. They also showed me what they were doing each step and I really felt I got my value and I loved leaning. Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable, but they were also fun. Highly recommend them for your next plumbing job!

However, I did encounter a hiccup with Jessica, whose attitude was less than accommodating. This was a bit disappointing amidst an otherwise positive experience.

Overall, I highly recommend them. Despite the small setback, their commitment to excellence shines through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family.
