I had a great experience from beginning to end! They gave us excellent ideas in the showroom and were not pushy, so we ended up with a kitchen we loved and was within our budget.

Wow, it was an awesome experience. All was done on time and as bid. I'll definitely use them again. They sent out different tradesmen, and they did a great job. I highly recommend them if you need work done.

Started a master bath update project. Nothing major, trim and paint work. But I soon discovered the shower pan had been leaking, and the subfloor was a bit rotted. This isn’t my area of expertise, but I knew I was out of my depth. Got some bids, and picked SOLID to replace the rotted subfloor, the shower pan, shower, and the flooring. Wound up being the best decision I made! They searched to find matching tile to the existing enclosure with the tub and countertops. Replaced the plumbing, mixer valve, etc. I could never have done that work, and it looks like it was meant to be that way. We’re really happy with the result! At least now I know where to go if another “project” surprises me. Highly recommended.

Having been in the building and remodeling business for 18 years, we have a lot of contacts. Solid Construction was the best choice for us for several reasons. They are professionals, responsive, trustworthy, and affordable.

I would highly recommend solid construction and design! Oleg was easy to work with and customized my porch and window trim around my entire house . It turned out amazing ! Best part was he did exactly what he said he would do and within the timeline he quoted us. His team was all very nice and trustworthy .

Really disappointed with my experience. Based on their website and reviews we were very excited to hear about Solid. We had an appointment to have a person come out for a full kitchen remodel. He was 1 hour late to the appointment. I’m 90% sure he wouldn’t have shown if I didn’t call to get an eta. He took minimal measurements and made few notes. Said he would get back to us in a week. They never responded, never returned my emails. If you are not interested in a job, please say so and don’t waste people’s time.

I can’t say enough good things about Oleg and Roman. As I Real Estate Agent I have used them on my clients houses on and off for the past 8 years. They have done over 70 projects for my clients and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product every time. They always deliver on their promises, and in an industry that is difficult to find trustworthy companies these guys are a true example of honesty , integrity, fairness, quality and keeping their promises. I have worked with a lot of Contractors and hands down these guys are the best! I have trusted them with my personal remodel and when my parents were remodeling their townhouse. My master bath was remodeled by Solid Construction, which included converting the tub into a shower. I met them in person and got a quote and design suggestions. Every worker who came to our home was on time and clean. It was a five-star service experience!

Roman at Solid Construction & Design helped us with our kitchen remodeling project. Their company took care our everything from A to Z. They worked on the design, pulled the permits, helped us with the products, ordered materials and did the installation work. We initially found this company online when searching for local kitchen remodeling contractors. We gave them a call and spoke with JCruz we found to be very informative (he knew what he was talking about unlike some of the other companies). He scheduled an appointment for me and my wife next day and for Roman to come out to our house to take measurements of our kitchen and give us an estimate. Roman spent almost 2 hours the first night talking over our ideas and offering several of his own. Within a few days JCruz generated and emailed us a floor plan and several 3D design renderings of what we had discussed along with the bid proposal. It was very detailed and after interviewing several contractors we found their price to be very competitive and chose to move forward with this company. The other companies had ridiculous pricing without any detailed breakdowns on how much our materials and labor actually cost. Shortly, a project manager reached out to us to schedule the inspection. The first week was demo, the 2nd week cabinet installation, 3rd week countertop, sink and backsplash installation. The job went very smoothly and the installation crew was terrific to work with. They were incredibly nice, professional and paid great attention to ALL details. We are very satisfied with our new cabinets, new countertops and other renovation work that was performed and will be recommending this company to our friends and family!

We used Solid Construction to remodel two of our bathrooms. I recommend this company without hesitation. They were great to work with. The work was very high quality, always on time, but most importantly, they were affordable.

We had an amazing experience with Solid Construction & Design.

We had multiple bids for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and SCD was the only group that listened to our needs, saw the uniqueness of our home, and worked to satisfy what we needed within our budget. Oleg presented cost-saving suggestions (we did our own demolition, and we sub-contracted out for granite counters).

From the beginning, Oleg was able to see the entirety of the project and was able to present us with a complete quote. He recognized the problems that our house was going to present so surprises were minimized. When there was a new problem with the structure of our house, a reasonable and cost efficient solution was offered.

The timeline was organized well through Vitaly's supervision. There were teams for each stage of remodeling, and the scheduling was clean. The team of Alex and Alex did an incredible job of fixing the errors of original construction and continued through to the end of the project for finishing work. Stephan led the installation of the cabinets, and the flooring crew installed @1000 ft^2 in one day. Plumbing and electrical work were incredibly professional.

From day one to the end, they maintained the timeline initially presented to us, and even when we found a correction we wanted after we completed payments, Vitaly ensured that work was done.

I'd vouch for SCD. They did a great job.

I had my bathroom completely remodeled from flooring to bath tub and addition of a wall. Work done very professionally and detailed. Prior to the project, I solicited several estimates from other remodeling contractors, and the cost from Solid Construction was unbeatable. I am very pleased and highly recommend Solid Construction.

We hired Solid Construction to add a bathroom where our laundry room existed. They designed a beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub and the finished product is amazing. They are so professional and talented that we hired them again to remodel our main bathroom. I highly recommend Solid Construction!!

We are incredibly pleased with our kitchen remodeling by Solid Construction & Design!! They remodeled our kitchen, painted our dining room and living room, and renovated our fireplace. The project took about 5 weeks and we are very pleased and delighted with the final results.

We got to work with Oleg (the owner) who inspected our kitchen, gave us design ideas, and got us a detailed estimate based on our selection. We made a trip to their convenient showroom to make the material selections and JCruz was very friendly and helped us with that.

Vitaly was our project manager and also did a great job coordinating the installation team. The scope of work included a full kitchen remodel (our kitchen is fairly large) - so the existing kitchen was completely demoed and all appliances were disposed. We went with brand new solid wood white shaker cabinets, custom Silestone quartz countertops (Cambria island), new tile backsplash, new laminate flooring & baseboards, painted the whole kitchen & dining area, installed new pendant lights, and more. They did everything (including hooking up the appliances, and also electrical work as well). We later had them update the LED lights throughout our whole house.

We always received prompt attention and can surely say that Solid Construction and Design was a pleasure to do business with. We have referred them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

We got our dream kitchen working with solid construction and design! After getting three estimates, we went with this company for reasonable pricing and speedy timeline that the work could be done. All pricing was laid out clearly which was different than other companies so we could decide what we wanted done. The fact they had their own show room, which was essential during early COVID times, let us pick out our materials and get the work going quickly, also helped us with style and design. Our contractor was Vitaliy, and he was great, and everything moved very swiftly with few pauses in our big remodel and any problems were corrected right away. We got good quality and a beautiful remodel for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use them for future remodel projects !

We bought a flipped home from Solid Construction and Design and the house looks really nice and as far as we could tell, they did a good job. But then.... we started discovering the things that aren't visible. For example, we had water pressure problems with the hot water and after a professional plumber came in we discovered that the water heater was installed incorrectly. The lines were swapped and the check valve prevented us from getting water pressure.

The electrical situation is a nightmare. New wiring was put in in some places, but all the white and black wires were tied together so that most of the lighting and outlets were crossed with multiple circuits. I'm amazed our house didn't burn down with all of these code violations.

Solid Construction did not work with the city to have their work inspected. They would have never passed an inspection. In fact, during the remodeling of our house the city ordered them to stop all work because of all of the unpermitted work they were doing.

The takeaway is that while everything looked good on the outside, the overall workmanship, quality, and attention to detail were not there. They cut corners and put our home in risk of fire.

I wanted a local contractor to perform my kitchen remodel and found Solid Construction very close by to our home. Called and had an estimate done by Roman the owner. He was very thorough and explained everything completely. We felt so confident in his estimate that we didn't even bother to get any other bids. They did an excellent job, very thorough and professional. We have recommended them to a friend for their work needed.

From the moment I reach out to Solid Construction the communication and follow up has been very good. Roman came out and talked us through a remodel, different options, answered a ton of questions and got us our estimate within a few days. I had a few questions both before and after receiving the estimate, Roman is always quick and kind in his responses, 10/10 experience so far!
