I had colortech come in and install sliding doors for my business. Colortech is very professional and one time. I am very happy with the quality of work they did with the install. The secured the sliding door so no one will be able to get in. I am very happy with the work Colortech has done for my business.

I called Colortech to remodled my whole house. I didn't have any ideas of how I wanted the house to look. I just ask Colortech to make it modern. I Gave them a budget and a time frame. I also gave them a time to start working and a time to end each day because of my family schedule. The staff was very friendly, polite and professional they were percise and did very well. When Colortech was finish with the house it was very magnificent. I like the work of Colortech and their men.

We were looking for painters to come in and do several rooms in our new house before we moved in. We couldn’t be happier that we chose ColorTech for this job. Cesar and his partner completed the job in the timeframe we were given. The place looks great, and the team was so friendly. Cesar is walked us through each room as it was finished. One room in particular was very challenging with 3 colors, a vaulted ceiling, and an unusual architectural feature. I know it was challenging, but they managed it like it was a piece of cake. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a personable team.

A friend of tmine old me about Colortech. I called Colortech to paint the outside of my house. The workers were very polite and professional. They kept the area nice and clean. All in all colortech did a great job. The paint job was outstanding. Thank you Colortech.

Colortech is a great company I notice that I had a lot of cracks in my tile. I called a few companies to give me an estimate. Colortech is the one I went with. The professionalism was why I went with their company. They told me all I needed to know concerning the right tile to pick. Their honesty is what I respected about them. Very Professional, organized company. We had four different jobs now including ceramic tile down in our whole bathroom. The company does very good work and has great prices. The project manager made sure the job was done very Professional. I will recommend Colortech to everyone.

Awesome experience with ColorTech for interior painting. I am very impressed by the professionalism, accommodating and thoughtful. The really care about their clients. Worked briefly with the owner + designer (Nikolai + Alex) on some designs. Put a deposit down to use their architectural engineer to take a look at the foundation and if we could build up, but ended up scratching the project and never needed the architectural engineer so requested our deposit back and the owner completely ghosted (to be clear, we paid completely for the designs rendered. It was just the work not done we asked for a return on). The owner stopped responding to emails and messages and it's been months. We are in the process of consulting an attorney. Very disappointed in the sheer scrupulous behavior.

I had an unfinished attic in my house that I couldn’t finish for the past year. I wanted to keep it simple—just some minor electrical stuff, and the rest was drywall and flooring. RENOVA was my first choice, so I can’t really say anything about my past experience with contractors, but I hope everyone works like them. Nick was very polite through the whole project; he gave me daily updates, and the communication was super open; I never felt stressed about it. They completed the attic renovation on time with all the electrical permits approved, and there were no changes to the budget at all, which was a surprise. I constantly hear stories about “unexpected costs” from my friends. I will definitely recommend RENOVA to my friends!

We're so happy with our decision to work with RENOVA for our master bathroom remodel. Their attention to detail was amazing, and we never felt left out or lost. Nick consistently ensured the project remained on schedule and everything was done correctly, with excellent communication from the start. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and personable, and the final result looked just like what their interior designer rendered for us (which was free for us). RENOVA did a complete kitchen remodel for us with the addition of an island and cooktop. We couldn’t be happier with the results and, in general, the process of working with the team. Nick was great; he communicated each day, kept me in the loop on everything since I was gone most of the time due to work, sent videos and detailed photos, and addressed my concerns without delay. I could literally text him late in the evening after work, and he would call me back and answer all my questions within minutes, which really impressed me. I ordered everything through RENOVA, and they even threw in free tile for the backsplash. I really appreciate it, Nick! Great kitchen! I was so happy that it was such a hands-off process for me due to my busy schedule; I had nothing to worry about!

We did a kitchen extension, with a buildout above the garage, lots of framework, and exterior work in addition to the kitchen remodel itself. RENOVA did a fantastic job, on Schedule! On budget! Nick was awesome, he was on the job site pretty much every day, delivering cabinets, tile, and shingles, making sure everything was on schedule and going by plan. The plumbing and electrical was done to the highest standard, with all the inspections imaginable. They were a great team to work with on such a huge project that was not easy by any means, lots of moving parts and things to juggle, but Nick and Mike were perfect. I would recommend RENOVA again and again!

We had a great experience with Gary and ACS. Our project involved plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall finishing, tile, and more, and Gary’s team had expertise in all. We especially appreciated their problem solving on a few decisions that helped minimize demolition. Gary was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’re so happy with how our new bathroom and guest room turned out, and would recommend ACS for any project, big or small.

Gary Gutierrez and ACS Seattle did a complete basement remodel for us and while his price was very competitive, unfortunately you get what you pay for.

My biggest complaint is that he just didn't seem to care about doing it right the first time because as long as it was fixed, as per the contract, his attitude was that he was doing his job. He once said to me "I don't care if we have to do it six f***ing times, the contract says we can fix it as many times as we need to"

To his credit Gary was indeed willing to fix things six times over. However, given the volume and nature of the issues, it was hard to want to continue with the process when the same issue was "fixed" over and over again and basic things like a non-level and non-square window, an obviously unlevel floor, or unattached hose bibs needed to be pointed out.

As a first time homebuyer, I knew when I purchased this house I wanted to convert this ~ 100 sqft closet into a 3/4 bathroom. Gary came over, and explained the process, gave me homework on the design, and we were able to work together swimmingly. I even had a family visit while his team worked on the plumbing. I asked him for help installing a garbage disposal, and he mentioned it would be easy to put in a fullsize dishwasher as well. I'm very happy with his work, and I am grateful every morning when I use my new shower with real water pressure now!

Gary is an awesome guy and did a great job working my basement remodel. He's also advised me on other projects for years after the job was complete for basically nothing in return. Even when we disagreed, we had good conversation and arrive at a compromise. I'll work with him again, no problem!
