I've seen this company's work and it was done well. The recent new regarding Edward Cagney Mathews has nothing to do with this company. He hasn't been employed by them for at least 4 years. Please don't blast them for something a former employee did. They have nothing to do with his terrible actions.

I needed to make the rear entrance to my 96 year old mother's house safer. Not only did Nuss accomplish that but it looks fantastic.

If you need any kind of work done on your house, Nuss Construction is the way to go! They remodeled our kitchen and replaced our porch roof. They are the only construction I will ever use!

I had this company come out to give me an estimate on a master bathroom remodel and basement staircase handrail installation. They came out on September 24th. I was told I would have a quote within 10 days. It is now November 4th and I’ve never heard back from them. No quote/estimate, no follow up. If you don’t want to take the job, that’s ok. Then don’t come out to take measurements. But if you come out, I find it appropriate to keep your word and provide your potential customers a quote.

John Colaianni was a top notch Project Manager and Ron Vukicevich (Lead Carpenter) was more than accommodating to our needs. Both John and Ron were always on time and were great with communication. Plus, our dogs loved these guys. That's almost good enough for us. Based on our experience, we'd readily recommend these gentleman.

This is the second time we used Nuss Construction Company for home repair. We ordered a new roof and were pleased with the professional, prompt, and quality service. Our new roof is beautiful!

Nuss Construction is the best. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful- but having them as my contractor really helped alleviate the majority of my concerns and I will definitely be calling them for any future renovation needs. Very high integrity.

We have a 3/4 bath off the master bedroom that was all-original in our older home and over the years had become mismatched and well-worn. A shower stall that eventually failed moved us to do a full remodel. John Colaianni of Nuss Construction helped us through decisions to keep within a reasonable budget and coordinated other contractors, Avalon Tile and Weinstein Plumbing Supplies, and Corey Jamison of Nuss as job foreman. John's advice in adding accessories and selection of options, particularly guiding us through the tile selection and design process, was invaluable. Corey worked with my wife as job boss and implemented innovative adjustments, such as repurposing a grab bar for dual use as a towel rack. The result is a stunning new bathroom with all work very professionally done.

If you want it done right, your way, on a reasonable budget, and you can use professional advice in the design process, AND you expect perfection in execution, this is your team.

After 24 years, our house was in desperate need of being updated. We decided to take the plunge to completely remodel the kitchen, mudroom, and all three bathrooms. After the excellent job Nuss did with replacing our roof and gutters a couple years ago, they were the first contractor that we contacted for this large renovation project.

Before we signed on with Nuss, we met multiple times with John Colaianni from sales. John worked closely with us to fully understand what we were looking for, accessed our lifestyle / needs, and collaborated with us to refine our ideas. John returned with draft designs for all rooms where he provided us with multiple options and trade-offs for all rooms. Once we refined the basic layouts, John accompanied us on multiple visits to subcontractors where we collaboratively, and iteratively, developed the detailed kitchen design, chose our tile and granite, and selected all plumbing fixtures. John was much more than a salesman and designer; he truly partnered with us to evolve the design, and was there for us throughout the entire project.

A couple weeks before the start of this large renovation project, John set up a meeting for us to meet our project manager, Ron Vukicevich. Ron was very personable, and walked us thru exactly what we should expect through the entire project. Prior to any demolition (which was significant), Ron did an excellent job sealing off the construction areas.

During the entire project, Ron worked very closely with us to provide valuable advice, always ensuring that we understood all our options (before it was too late). Ron did an excellent job managing all the subcontractors, and ensured that we were always satisfied with what was being done. Ron is an excellent cabinet-maker and craftsman, and is also very conscientious, creative, and pays attention to detail.

The final results exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is not only very functional, but also elegant and a true showpiece. The three bathrooms are practical and pleasing, and the mudroom has proved to be very practical and a pleasant space.

Many thanks to both John and Ron for teaming with us to make our project a reality. We are very pleased, and will definitely consider Nuss for any future projects.

Kudos to all of the workers who participated in the re-roofing of my house at the Legacy Oaks, especially Matt Thomas who led the roofing crew. He was most conscientious and knowledgeable about the work and commenced when he said, as well as finished when he said. They came, the shingled, they cleaned up, they left.I would most definitely recommend Nuss Construction .I'm not sure that they are the cheapest but, I believe that they are the best. (Especially Matt)

I recently had Nuss Construction do a major renovation on my home which included adding a foundation under an existing 24 x 14 sunroom. The sunroom ridge had sagged and the whole structure had to be squared. Also the roof needed replacing on both the sunroom and the rest of the house including two old skylights. What a recipe for disaster.

My initial contact was with John Colaianni. John spent endless hours with me writing a contract that covered all the work that was needed. His knowledge and professionalism combined with the ease of working with him gave me confidence that Nuss was the right choice.

This confidence was confirmed by the expert work on a consistent schedule of lead carpenter Corey Jamison and his crew. If you’ve had any work done you’ll understand that both the quality and schedule are important. My sunroom is now solid and square with no leaks and looks better than new.

I have had other work done (including the original addition of the sunroom) and my experience with Nuss was by far the best. I would certainly look to John and Corey for any future projects.

We knew we had a leak in the Master Bathroom of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Rectory. Nuss was concerned that there might be more to it than we thought. Thankfully they worked methodically to ascertain the extent of the leak(s). The Master Bath and Main Bath shared two walls. There were leaks in both bathrooms. The decision was to gut both rooms, repair all of the leaks from below the floor and run new piping into the bathrooms. The budget was tight, Nuss worked with us to come up with a revised plan that fit our budget. The work was done expertly, timely, and the finished product is beautiful and clear of all leaks. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nuss Construction for the thoroughness and professional approach to our project. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the bathroom that Nuss remodeled for us. The team was attentive to the details that were important to us, and went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with every phase of the project. We spoke with several companies about this job and we're very glad that we chose Nuss, based on our confidence in John Colaianni, our salesman and Mark Teears the lead carpenter. They were pleasant, professional and patient. We couldn't have asked for more.

Nuss helped with my crawlspace issues. We had a sagging main beam that was creating cracks around doors and windows in my home. There was water in crawlspace. They dug a french drain, installed sump pump , and placed 6 support jacks to support main beam. They were extremely easy to work with from start to finish. They came out, were straightforward, flexible with the scope of the job, and did exactly what they said they would. The quality of workmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to call them again for projects in the future. I have worked with many contractors in the area, and they seem to fall short in one area or another (initial response, delays in work, communication, workmanship, cleanup). Nuss nailed it!
