Gaston is a a true gentleman. He and his crew did an amazing job creating our driveway. I had also hired him to do painting and remodeling for my employer. He also completed a big job at another commercial property in Denton. He does incredible work. I will use him for all future projects.

Centurion did two jobs for us at Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union. We had a large water damage over a holiday weekend and they were able to coming on a holiday, to start the job. They removed all the water, repaired all damage and did it in a timely manner. Gaston communicated very well and timely. That project proved they could work on a smaller roof water leak that no one else could fix, they were able to solve the problem and repair the damage. They don't just do water repairs, that is just what we used them for. They are a full service general contractor. They are a good and honest company. I will use them again.

Wow! I cannot express how amazing it was to work with Gaston. He was polite, professional and extremely punctual with everything I needed done. He’s also super honest and does all his work with such integrity. I highly recommend him for any home project!! Everything came out perfect on my new carpets installed!!

I have used Gaston and the Centurion contracting crew for the 3+ years and there has not been one time that I have been unhappy with the product/service that has been performed. From renovating entire homes, remodeling a bathroom, or “minor” drywall repair. Doesn’t matter the scope of work is, Gaston is the person to call. Punctual, fair, always responds and easy to work with. 6 stars if I could.

I had shelves added to two of my closets & I am very pleased with the results. I added wider shelves to my kitchen pantry & converted my coat closet to shelves. The shelves were custom built and stained. Thank you to Gaston & your team. Everyone was so professional. I will be using them again for another project later this month.

JDC Build is an awesome company to work with! The team retiled our front door stoop and a full master bathroom remodel (from demo, plumbing, installing a new vanity, building a new wall in shower, etc). We’ll definitely call them for any future housing projects.

Any type of construction project can be stressful, but what made this remodel even easier was the communications, as they were always responsive through phone, text and email which really put my mind at ease.

When reaching out to JDC Construction, my wife and I received a response right away and we met with Jon to go over the project. Jon started working and got us a quote right away because we were eager to start the renovation. Once we agreed on the project, JDC Construction’s portal made signing the contract and making payments easy. This whole process happened in less than a week and they started working immediately.

Once the project was underway, Jon and his team always made themselves available to answer any questions and to ensure the quality that makes this company stand out from of the previous contractors that I worked with.

Everyone that I came across had a very strong attention to detail, and really took pride in the quality of their work. For example, my wife is about 4’ 11” and the plumber called me to make sure that the hand-held shower was reachable for her (without me or my wife prompting them).

If we were unsure of our options we always called or texted a representative and they always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. They always provided us with great options. From our choice of tile, ceiling fan, shower door, shower drain etc everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable of the materials that were used.

JDC construction is the best contractor in San Diego, and I’m not exaggerating. After doing a stellar job converting my detached garage into an ADU back in 2021, Jon and his team were helpful and responsive when three years later SDGE found a very small gas leak in one of the pipes they installed.

Jon was very professional working through the issue with us even though it had been three years! Ultimately, Jon and his team fixed the leak free of charge.

Jon and his team at JDC Build surpassed my expectations, and redefined the ADU concept.

Hours of consultation with the design team created a beautiful blueprint for my new home on property where my daughter and family live.

My home is 825 sq. ft. with vaulted ceilings, surround windows, pocket doors, and carefully selected floors, wooden custom cabinets, and state of the art tile and fixtures, and energy efficient, all electric appliances and HVAC system.

All of the lighting fixtures and ceiling fans were carefully selected to complement the architecture.

A side yard became a beautiful entrance with a Xeriscape landscape, succulents, decorative pots, new wooden gate, fencing, and decking.

The master bedroom has a slider that opens onto a private patio with pony wall, overlooking an orchard on the slope, and a surround view of the horizon.

A pebble path connects the bedroom patio with the side Italian tile patio where there is a bar with large hydraulic window to open for serving from the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a 48” wide peninsula and surrounding counters of callacata quartz.

There is a studio/guest room that contains a storage closet and laundry center, and it has French pocket doors for privacy.

The bathroom has a seamless walk-in shower with slanted floor to the drain and a floating vanity.

Jon and his team are always available to answer questions and explain every aspect of the build. I’ll continue to use his highly trained sub-contractors (plumbing and electrical) projects.

We recently did a master bathroom remodel. It involved demo, new vanity install, bathtub to walk in shower conversion , tile work, drywall repair/finish/paint and recess light installation. Additionally, they also re-tiled my front stoop.

JDC Building is the big company with the small company feel. They were very patient with my homeowner questions and concerns. The online portal made reviewing orders and payments accessible. Everyone was respectful of my home and took care to protect the home and cleaned as they worked.
