I worked with Moe from 448 Developments. I recently purchased a home in DFW, and the property needed some work. I received a free estimate the same day and Moe called me and walked me through the process. I needed some flooring work, 2 remodeled bathrooms and a complete kitchen remodel. I had the pleasure of working with 488 Development on a recent home project, and I can honestly say Moe and his team did not disappoint. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

After I contacted them, Moe came out quickly, assessed the space, provided a fair bid, and gave me a clear timeline for the project. Not only did they meet expectations, but they actually finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus.

The scope of work was pretty extensive. They demolished 6 closets, painted two of my closets along with the ceilings, installed 7 bidets throughout my bathrooms, replaced 2 shower heads with upgraded systems, replaced a sink, added multiple electrical outlets in two main closets, turned my attic into a functional storage room, and completed touch-up work throughout the house.

For about five days, my home was definitely a construction zone, but what impressed me most was how respectful and careful the team was with my space. They protected everything so well and cleaned up so thoroughly that when the job was finished, it honestly looked like no one had even been there.

One thing that really stood out to me was Moe’s attention to detail and honesty. While working on the attic, he suggested upgrading the wood flooring to something smoother, sturdier, and better for protecting stored items. I’m so glad I took his advice because it made a huge difference.
