Good is not the right word, needs to be Outstanding, Top Tier, Great, Fantastic.

We have used them for a few jobs now and he has came in clutch every time we have needed him. First was last year with a water leak from a fridge line that ended up damaging some sheet rock among other items. We were in the middle of repairs on other items, and needed some sheetrock/texture repairs done. Sean came out, did a look through and knew exactly what we needed to do for repairs. It had ran under the wall to our entry way so it damaged two sides and a corner with a cove; not a lot but not exactly a simple repair. He not only got to us fast working within our schedule of the week, but him and his crew knocked out the full repair in one day plus matching our particular difficult textured type.

We are now getting our house ready to sell and needed some poorly repaired wall damage from previous owners and new from life with kids taken care of. He had his guys come make those repairs for us as well and again can’t even tell the damage was there. The biggest part of this is we had some trim that had been messed up by animals, and is not easily found. He took the time searching for the same trim we have so that the repairs all match as with selling and wanted it to be all done right. He searched all over until he was able to finally find some so we could get that done as well, a step far above and beyond. I wish I had take pictures to show what it was to what it is now to show the quality in the work.

He is truly a great contractor and company to work with who relates to the owner not just the pay day. That is rare these days, he had the understanding that when things like this happen it’s about helping not about the money. We have several more jobs on the horizon with the new house and absolutely will use him for our work. All of your hard work and dedication to the task at hand is beyond grateful.

Hired this contractor do finish some repairs that another contractor did not do and after meeting with Sean he quoted me the a vert reasonable price for the work and after the job was completed I was very satisfied and his employees are excellent and very knowledgeable and they did a excellent job.i could not be more satisfied with them.
I wish I knew this contractor before I started my kitchen remodel.

Sean and his various crews performed an extensive rennovation on a 5,000+ sqft house that we purchased as a foreclosure. The work was complicated and the timelines were tight but SCS came through and delivered to our expectations. Sean was sensitive to our needs and did not stop until we were entirely satisfied. We would recommend SCS to anyone trying to get a big job (with lots of moving parts) performed in as simple a way as possible.

The absolute best. I spoke with so many contractors before I count SCS for the company that I work for. They were very informative and professional and also dependable. They did the job in record time even with the major and minor hiccups that they ran into (Not their fault). The owner was amazing very patient with us. I’m very appreciative of SCS. SCS Contracting did a pool house/garage conversion for us into an in-law suite, including master bedroom and ADA compliant bath, closet, laundry room, reading nook, entry way and a second guest bath. He did various customizations, outside the original quote and was very fair. He and his crew did great work and I would recommend them and use them for any future projects.

I needed accommodations added for my elderly parent. They did excellent work, were very professional people, quick response time, and great communication throughout…would highly recommend!!

Had Sean and crew replace a section of damaged ceiling. Matching the existing texture is an art form that the crew performed perfectly. They arrived, I showed them the ceiling and got out of their way. The work area was surrounded with plastic and the floors covered with tarp. Six hours later they told me the work was done. It was a rainy day, so I had the crew use the garage to stage tools and work in. At the end of the day they swept out the entire garage, not just their area. At the end of the day, the house was cleaner than when they arrived. Will call them again for work around the house.

Sean and his crew were outstanding. He removed 2 load bearing walls by adding beams in the attic, repaired the drywall and textured the entire space. We love the new open floor concept.

Great local company right here in Midlothian that makes sure the job is done right. I used SCS contracting for our exterior house painting project and they did a great job fixing all the numerous dry rot issues, replacing the old plywood skirt on the wrap around porch, and prepping and painting the entire exterior of our 30 year old 3-story house and porch. It was a big project that the crew finished in just over a week despite dealing with weather. Very impressed with how hard and skillfully every worked and also with the fact that they guarantee their work with a 5 year labor warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

We reached out to Sean from SCS Construction in desperation, seeking a well-qualified local contractor. Our previous contractor in Midlothian had completely messed up our master bathroom project. Sean and his team performed a miracle and built the bathroom of our dreams.

My roofs on my home, barn and back porch had been damaged by the early March storms. I filed a claim with my insurance company and by the time they calculated and subtracted depreciation and my deductible, I wasn't sure if I could afford a new roof.
But, I jumped on line and inquired looking for roofers in my area, Sean immediately responded to me, made an appointment, came out assessed the damages, did some measurement, took a copy of the insurance report and had me a quote, inline with the insurance payment within 24 hours.
When his crew removed the old roofing we discovered that alot of the decking had also been damaged. Something that had not been taken into considered by my insurance company! The decking was to have been done when the roof was replaced 7 years ago.
Without any hesitation, this team ordered up decking materials and other required materials to repair my roof properly and professionally!! They went above and beyond the details and prices quoted!
I am proud to give them a 100% rating on a job well done. And will refer him to others and, if I have other jobs to be done I be will contacting this company again! Thank you Sean and crew!
