Workers on site 29 days out of 30. Got the job done on kitchen remodel.

Called they didn’t seem to want to do the work and definitely didn’t want to quote the job. I was put on hold and hung up on. If this is how they treat potential customers I wouldn’t want to be an actual one.

We have used Samanco for a number of projects on our condo, and the results have all been great. They have given great advice and their contractors have been friendly, professional and efficient.

Had my basement updated 4yrs ago, many compliments about the turnout. Prices are very reasonable, allowed me to purchase materials along side of Robert, the installer. Robert was precise and many ideas I didn't have.

This was a remodel of a finished basement that included demo and update of bathroom, replacement of drop ceiling, removal of old flooring and installation of new, reconstruction of a wall, drywall repair, painting, and construction of a bar. Simply terrific. Samanco was the lowest bid we took. The design was the best of the designs we reviewed. Tomas and Mirek worked Mon-Sat from 7-4 weekdays, 7-12 Saturday. There were no delays, no disappearances. The attention to detail was mind-blowing. Tomas and Mirek were very respectful, like good houseguests, and sensitive about COVID and distancing. Dan is a pure delight to work with and talk to. Strange to say, but we sort of miss having them around. We are so pleased we found them, so delighted with the work. We've already asked for an estimate to update our kitchen. Highest recommendation.

Samanco installed recessed living room lighting, built out a wall upstairs, and made several kitchen updates. They were a pleasure to work with. Work was completed quickly, on-time, and is high quality. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again for future projects.

This business was amazing. They were professional and got the job done under the estimated time. They made sure that my floors around the project were protected. Most important- they cleaned after themselves every day. You will not be tripping over tools, debris, etc left by the crew. I can't wait to have them back to remodel the rest of my house.

My wife and I had the best experience imaginable when remodeling our primary bathroom with Dan, Tommie, and Jacob at Samanco. They were flexible, able to move us up to an earlier time slot for our project when it became available, and seamlessly continued work on the house while we were out of the country for several weeks on vacation. They finished a total remodel including a fully tiled shower (even fixing a prior leak issue), toilet, custom built-in cabinets, sinks and double vanity — all completed on time and within 1% of their quote from two months earlier, even with all the inflation and supply chain madness going on in early 2022. Top notch professionalism and work ethic. We can’t recommend them enough, and will be using them for our downstairs bathroom remodel this fall and our eventual kitchen remodel in the next year or two. After a botched job by another company, I called Samanco. From the time the initial appointment was made through the completion of the project everyone at Samanco performed with skill, care and professionalism. The job, a bedroom repair/remodel, was done in a timely manner, for a fair price and was exactly what I requested. Save yourself the headache and call Samanco first.
I continue to be impressed with Samanco Construction. My second experience confirmed that there is simply no reason to call anyone else. No matter the scope of the job, all at Samanco are time efficient and perform with skill and courtesy.

This summer, we were fortunate to have Dan and his staff remodel our kitchen. They did an impeccable job with the cabinetry, back splashes, counters, sinks, and fixed piping issues. Additionally, the painting they did and LED lights they installed are flawless. Furthermore, they were all professional and patient. And now, we have our dream kitchen! I highly recommend Samanco.

Said it would take two weeks and took six weeks to remodel a 5ft x 5ft bathroom

Based on the other good reviews I clearly got the bottom of the barrel guys.

His contractors are inexperienced and did a poor job remodeling my bathroom.

Installed the toilet without a ring so it was leaking
Installed my shower dial backwards
Yikes on the floor we’re uneven and grout crumbled after four months
Tiles in the shower are uneven
Caulking in the shower looks like someone jammed play dough into the corners
Tiles in the shower are uneven and you can see a clear 45 degree angle along the ceiling

It was my first remodeling experience and I clearly made a wrong decision. But Dan was nice and sent his inexperienced contractors back about 5-6 times to fix the toilet and shower. Still looks poor and I wish I rented some tools from Home Depot and did it myself.

Nice guy to work with even though the work is poor quality.

If you go through this firm, I highly recommend not paying until you’ve had a thorough inspection. I had to learn the hard way.

I worked with Samanco for a very small project for some ceiling repair from water damage. We had some scheduling issues which makes them 4 stars instead of 5, but overall once the project was complete, the quality was obvious. Dan worked with me to work out the scheduling issue, their estimate was WAY cheaper than anyone else and accurate, the ceiling looks great, and they finished the work quickly/efficiently. I would definitely work with them again.

I found Samanco after having a kitchen remodeling project started by a contractor that was recommended by a co-worker. After a terrible start just doing demolition he stopped showing up and became unreachable.
Luckily, after a friend told us about Samanco we were able to get Dan and Tommy out to look at our disaster. We had most of the materials and Dan and his crew moved us up on scheduling to help us out.
What a difference! The guys showed up every morning to work and took care to keep everything clean. We found a number of unknown issues as we progressed and all the changes were handled with very little stress or high costs. They also recommended additional touches that really made a big difference.
I am now cooking and entertaining in my beautiful new kitchen and will be having Samanco do our bathroom next year. I would highly recommend Samanco to anybody that wants to have any remodeling project.

Used Samanco to do both my bathrooms and couldn’t be more pleased. Dan came in and had to completely redo the main bathroom after the original contractor had done a subpar job. The bathroom remodel was fantastic so I immediately had him do our second! I highly recommend.
