Dan and his crew have remodeled 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and a staircase for us over the past 6 years and we have always been very happy with the service and results. Dan is very honest and straightforward with pricing, outlines and adheres to the arranged schedule, communicates progress and is attentive to workmanship and details. Highly recommend for any project!

Working with Dan @ Samanco was a pleasure. He fit us in his schedule within a week (it’s is nearly impossible to find a contractor to work within a couple months these days). I was unable to be around for the construction — he was fantastic about picking up supplies, including tiles and fixtures, and coordinating the shower door installer. His quote was fair and accurate. I am very happy with outcome.

Couldn't recommend Dan and his crew highly enough. The team was courteous, professional, appropriately priced, and above all, delivered exceptional results. Samanco has completed two projects for me and I could not be more satisfied. My kitchen is beautiful and my bedroom looks like it could be on tv. The workmanship is first rate. I really appreciated their promptness and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone work so hard. There were no cost overruns in the kitchen and I approved a few small enhancements in the bedroom. Dan and Tomie always respond quickly to questions and they are enormously supportive. They are also a great source for ideas. I plan on hiring Samanco again to renovate my den and second bathroom.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dan and his team (Pawel, Mirek, and Matt) at Samanco for our home remodel. We bought a new home that needed some love, and Samanco gutted and beautified our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and family room. This was our first big construction project, and we had no idea what to expect going into it. We quoted out a few companies, and between Dan's price and customer service, Samanco was an easy decision.
Throughout construction, Dan kept me updated daily, and took his time explaining anything we didn't understand, which really helped to put our minds at ease.
Timeline was also a huge factor for us, as we were renting during construction. Samanco worked overtime and weekends to get us moved in as quickly as possible. We were blown away at how fast they got everything done - only 5 weeks from start to finish!
We've since officially moved in, and are SO happy with our home! HUGE thank you to Dan, Pawel, Mirek, and Matt for all your hard work! :)

There are no words to describe how grateful we are for all that Dan and his team did for us this past November. We are very fortunate to have found them and witness their hard & brilliant work with our Basement Renovation. They were always on time, very clean and efficient. Dan since day one provided his honest opinion and suggestions, including a list of what needed to be done to get us finished up. We were in an unfortunate situation and struggling through finding a contractor that was willing to help us out in completing what another contractor had left incomplete. Therefore, we will forever be grateful for all that Samanco did. They left our basement in pristine condition! After two years, we can finally enjoy our space! Samanco helped me transform my bathroom from a shower stall to a high-end primary bathroom (before and after images attached). Dan reconfigured my closet and bathroom space to expand the shower, add an additional sink and include all the luxuries. He was extremely helpful in connecting me with quality suppliers including custom cabinets and beautiful quartz and tile. Pawel is a true craftsman and hard worker. Dan provided good advice and helpful options for our re-design and he is a trustworthy contractor that stuck to our agreed-upon budget and timeline. I would recommend Samanco any home remodeling upgrades.

This was my first time using Dan and his team at Samanco and I definitely will be adding them to my Favorites in my contacts. I remodeled my guest bathroom and the results turned out even better than my expectations. Dan's team worked diligently, quickly and their attention to detail is insane. I designed and sourced all the materials for my remodel myself so I can't speak to that aspect of their services but the execution of their work is flawless. This bathroom had a tub/shower combo but I converted it to just a walk-in shower. When they did the tear down they installed extra studs in the wall where the new glass door was gonna go. I'm pointing this out because I'm sure there are tons of ways to cut corners and get bids down to lower prices, but people, you get what you pay for. Sometimes I just stand in my bathroom and looks at all the tile. These cuts are precision and so amazing. Everything I asked for was executed perfectly. Dan was even able to bump up my project on his schedule. The team was clean, efficient and seriously I am super happy. When one of my neighbors thought there might be a leak associated with my remodel. The team didn't hesitate to try to remedy the situation. Just above and beyond. If you have a project this is the team to execute your dream.

Dan and his team of Jacob and Robert recently completed a gut remodel of our primary bathroom. As an architect, I was anxious to find a contractor who would be able to execute our vision well, while sticking to a schedule and budget. Being in the industry I know how difficult it is to find a reliable contractor. I’m extremely detail oriented and I know I was not the easiest client but am deeply happy with the job Dan and his team did. I came with drawings and a design and they executed it beautifully. He put together a comprehensive proposal when we started the job outlining the proposed cost and what was included. We ran into some strange plumbing and electrical during demo and Dan was open and honest about the rough cost and time addition. To make things more complicated we were expecting a baby so our timeline for the project was firm. Once the project commenced the team was on site daily until it was finished Dan’s team finished up on time and his final price for the extra work came in below his estimate. The results look fantastic and you can tell they really want to do the work right and want it to look nice when it is done. They really take pride in the work they do and it shows. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend their services to others. Photos are before and after shots.

The team at Complete Construction were extremely professional, responsive and courteous at all stages of our kitchen project. We are so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them for projects big and small!

Complete Construction did an outstanding job on my bathrooms! Owner Bob is the master of his craft and even finished up ahead of schedule too. I wouldn't use anyone else, quite frankly. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. Kudos to Bob!

This company is amazing!! I highly recommend them. They turned a loft into a 3rd bedroom in only 3 and 1/2 days. They work quickly with a crew of GREAT guys. I cannot' say enough good things about them. If you are doing a remodel, or really any reconstruction, you need to call them right now. I live in the California Highlands in Dublin.

Bob is at the top of his game!! This guy knows what he is doing having been in the industry nearly 40 years or so.

We have done so many home improvement updates over the last 20 years. We have and will only use Complete Construction!! Bob is a true professional and stands by his work! I cannot recommend him and his crew enough. Timeframes are always adhered to and his work speaks for itself. Love doing business with Bob Brown. He's done a kitchen and bath remodel for us both came out amazing. Always on time, meets deadlines and very clean with his work unlike most contractors I've came across who leave messes. Will have him return to do more remodeling work. From start to finish they were amazing. We called and the next day Bob came out to give us a quote. We accepted the contract and everything went smoothly. They were always responsive within minutes to any questions we had. They were on time daily and cleaned up at the end of each day. They finished the project when they said they would. If we had a problem on our end with a cracked tub, for example, they were ok waiting for the new one and doing other things without charging us extra. I would highly recommend them. We have also used them for a few minor electrical problems and we had the same wonderful experience.

Bob, Brent and their crew finished remodeling our kitchen in a timely manner and we were thrilled with their work. They did a great job in listening to what we wanted and made sure the work is of quality. They were trustworthy & responsive so we didn't really have much miscommunication as I've heard many stories of contractors who don't listen or communicate well. I couldn't have had a better experience in having my home retrofitted for earthquake. Bob Brown and his crew were a pleasure to work with!
Bob inspected my crawlspace and deck supports with me, clearly explaining how he would strengthen the structure and eyeballing the size of the space and walls to calculate materials. He returned a few days later with a very reasonable quote and contract, which he pleasantly detailed with my wife & I around our dinner table. We agreed on a work schedule and Bob clearly set our expectations about the project.
Bob has tons of experience and conveys his knowledge in a very friendly & understandable way. The work was finished ahead of schedule!
Our home is a single level ranch style with a large deck, sitting on a slope. A significant quake would have teetered our home down the hill. Now, we feel so secure now that we happily cancelled our budget-breaking earthquake insurance! What a great contractor!

Robert and his team are true professionals — experienced, responsive, thoughtful, and always punctual. They helped us earlier this year with a seismic retrofit and we had such a good experience we hired them again for a long-delayed bath/kitchen job. They do high quality work, are fair and transparent on pricing, and are flexible on work orders and helping with one-offs that may come up mid-job. All while keeping the work on time and on budget. We cannot recommend Complete Construction highly enough!

We used Robert Brown and his crew from Complete Construction for a significant kitchen remodel/redesign. We were blown away by the quality, attention to detail, and efficiency that they completed the project. One of the main reasons we chose Robert is he is from Castro Valley and knows these homes very well. He knows the ins and outs of how these homes were built and all of the small quality of life upgrades these homes need during a remodeling.

They completed the job on the exact projected date, which can’t be easy to do! From installing a sliding door to replace a stationary door that took up much needed cabinet and counter space, the backsplash, the cabinets, counters, sink, electrical, appliances and the Mexican style tile floor - they did it all with attention to every detail. They were reasonably priced, friendly, hard-working, communicative and even made suggestions on materials or color schemes that would look good. I am so, so satisfied with the finished result! I have a friend who used them to redo two bathrooms. This person was also very pleased with the quality of the work.

After interviewing several contractors and not finding the right fit, I reached out to Bob Brown with Complete Construction about remodeling both our Owner and hall bathrooms. He came to see them, and I got a good feeling from him right away.

We hired him, signed a contract and schedule the work to begin about 6 weeks later (he had other jobs going and we had a travel commitment that led to the wait, with which we were fine).

They ended up starting at the end of August, and both bathrooms were completed 3 weeks later.....including weekends when no work was done!

The quality of their work was outstanding. They arrived in time daily and generally worked to about 3 pm. They did demo, built custom shower pans, laid tile, painted, replaced toilets, countertops, wall heater, sinks, faucets, and even flooring in the Owner bath.

Brent and his team are awesome. Brent clearly takes pride in his work, and answered all our questions, listened to our feedback, and he and his crew were very respectful to our property. They left the bathrooms neat after every day's work and really cleaned up outside every day, where they cut tile, cement board, etc.

They even picked up and stored for us all the tile we purchased, even though that meant keeping it for several weeks.

We wouldn't hesitate to very highly recommending Complete Construction for your home improvement project. They're a wonderful company and great crew!
