We have had the pleasure of doing a few transactions with Jesse and his team. Jesse and his team are very honest, patient, and priced correctly. He's very direct with no fluff which I appreciate. Look forward to more deals in the future!

I spoke to Jesse about installing my leaf gutters and he was very nice, courteous, understanding, & professional. The whole process was easy, fast, and affordable. The workers were punctual and did a great job plus they were extra careful with my flower gardens and even cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very much appreciate that they left no nails or screws or trash behind unlike other companies that I have dealt with. I highly recommend this company!

Arlington Property Investors did an excellent job rebuilding kitchen cabinets that were damaged by water. Jesse is a very professional and competent general contractor and he communicated better than any other contractor I have worked with in the past. He came on time, picked up the cabinets, took photos that he shared with me, and after the cabinets were repaired delivered them back on time . I will be using his company again for future projects. Very professional and top notch!

I had a bad feeling about mold in our shower, so I called Jesse and left a voicemail. He called me back very quickly and stopped by to give me an estimate. It was much better than a previous "bathroom remodel" (overpriced sales based) company had quoted me. He had the job started three days later. It was a small job, so or was completed and cleaned up within a few hours. I am so glad I called API for a second opinion. I now know who I'm calling when we want to handle the full remodel.

We had a wonderful experience with Jesse Campuzano and API Contracting & Remodeling. They did a fantastic job on an addition plus partial remodel of our small 1950's house including:
> Complete Kitchen Renovation
> Complete Main Bath Renovation
> 150sf Addition including New Space for:
-- Half Bath
-- Laundry Area
-- Butler's Pantry
-- Closet for Additional Clothes Storage

Jesse has a big commitment to keeping his clients aware of all stages of the construction process. Several times a week he'd send progress pictures, starting with the pic of getting the first permits at our city hall. He interacted so well with our city permit office. The inspector was impressed with API's work & we passed all inspections quickly without a hitch.

Jesse worked diligently with us to stay in budget. We wanted a lot & planned to do many minor things ourselves (lights, fans, backsplash, painting, shelving, etc). Many contractors don't like turning "money-saving" tasks over to owners, but API is different. Jesse educated us on activities we were tackling & offered money saving ideas. He repeatedly found ways to increase the value of our Reno/Addition while keeping in our original budget. This included adding square feet to our bath remodel using dead space in the central utility stack area when they could have simply stayed with the original plan. Jesse also went out of his way to find a unique window for our new half bath for an incredible price.

The entire API crew & subcontractors were skilled & committed to finishing on time. We actually had to move in sooner than expected & their people worked through several weekends to meet our new deadline. Everyone was respectful & considerate. All work was done correctly & quickly. We needed to replace/upgrade our electrical panel & had some additional complicated tasks like running complete new lines for 3 mini-splits. The mini-split install required special skills & it was completed perfectly. Jess handled any change orders graciously & even put in several hours of carpentry work himself to complete the changes to achieve our vision.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jess & API for remodels & additions. We'll definitely contact them for any future construction needs!

I was fortunate to find Jesse (at Arlington Property Investors LLC and Remodeling) to help me with a time-sensitive home project. The work involved both interior and exterior items including tree trimming, dry-wall repairs and painting, floors and baseboards repairs, and other miscellaneous items. Jesse was responsive to my inquiry and was very detailed in assessing the repair work. After we agreed on the proposal, he and his team went to work - fast with quality and efficiency. The results were very good!

Jesse sold me a house in Arlington. He was respectful and honest from the beginning. I would buy more houses from him.

Jesse worked with my husband and I on a kitchen remodel turned garage conversion, bathroom addition, and backyard refresh. We work from home, and spent time with Jesse nearly every day. He was absolutely incredible to work with, and we are both feeling legitimately so sad that he will not be coming around a few times a week now that the project is completed.
