This year has been extremely crazy; as a homeowner, you never expect things to break, and all of a sudden, a toilet breaks, wall cracks, and the garage door opener breaks. Well, I'm so glad that I found Awesome Renovations because, don't let the name fool you, they do more than renovations; they also help with all your home fixture needs, and they are very professional from the first call until everything is finished. This is the third large scale remodel at two different homes with BeeTree. The quality and workmanship are exceptional. Every project has set backs and unexpected problems but Katrina's ability to imagine a solution in most cases leaves the home owner with more than they expected which is definitely true in our case.

This is our second project with BeeTree Homes, so when it comes to renovations, this speaks volumes! We had our Master Bath and Closet renovated this time. We could not be happier with how it turned out. It is timeless and truly our oasis. We were very happy for the education received by BeeTree and the exposure to design and materials that we would never have found overselves. When BeeTree speaks of being part of the "BeeTree Family", they truly do mean it. They stand behind their work and you can count on them.

The entire BeeTree Homes team is amazing! They are able to understand exactly what you are looking for in a residential remodeling project and turn it into reality. Just amazing!

They gladly took a $5,000 design retainer, when I asked to phase the work so we could continue to live there, they refused to proceed, after several weeks of me asking for at least the design I paid for, was told they weren't architects and could not provide anything but the concept they provided, no electrical, no structural, no mechanical, no plumbing. I asked for a partial credit, and they became defensive.

Bee Tree has provided awesome service to us, both in re-designing our home, as well as having reliable and excellent subcontractors to complete the work. We highly recommend them.

Bee Tree completed a kitchen renovation for us along with a fireplace reno and it turned out beautiful. The main project coordinator that we worked with was top notch. She was always accessible and had great ideas and perspective to give us on our plans. We could really reach her anytime so we appreciated that. Even after our remodel was complete, when minor issues did pop up (even a year later), they responded to us quickly and came out to resolve the issue. I really wasn't expecting that. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that the project took much longer than originally estimated. There was a worker shortage and this was towards the end of COVID, so that timing wasn't ideal for us. I'm sure that finding good work has been much easier since our project. Had they have stuck to the timeframe as planned, I would rate them 5 star.

After interviewing several GCs about a adding a sunroom & home gym to my 1940's house, I selected BeeTree Homes because of their reputation, great communication, and their process. The contract had very specific milestones, but also allowed for changes and adjustments along the way, which was great because I ended up adding /changing a couple of things once we got started. Were there challenges? Yes, especially with the weather, but nothing directly related to BeeTree's performance.
Their project foreman, Aaron, did a great job of keeping me informed about timelines, which crews would be working on specific days, and how much noise to expect so I could plan accordingly. He was also very prompt and always took time to answer my questions. However, the best part of this entire project was the end result... everything we discussed from the inital interview through the design phase and architectural drawings became a reality! And I am 100% happy!

We couldn’t be happier with our beach condo renovation, thanks to the incredible team at Bee Tree Homes! Katrina, Cindy, and Haley worked together to transform our space with new hardwood flooring, beautiful tile work, custom cabinetry, stylish lighting, and a gorgeous new fireplace that instantly became the focal point of the condo. The finished result feels modern and perfectly suited to our coastal location. I knew I was going to like Bee Tree when I met the owner, Katrina. We hit it off and she was very knowledgeable about her industry. Next we met her daughter, Shelby, who does not fall far from the tree! Shelby and her staff came out and listened to my ideas; told me to share any inspiration pics I had and designed 3 different plans for our bathroom reno. We picked the one that was the most involved and eventually proved to be everything we wanted and more!
Were there delays and other issues—by all means, but Bee Tree and most of their contractors were as kind and considerate as they could be. Our main project is complete…and now I’m renovating even more with Bee Tree—I guess I’m not ready to get rid of them! They are all that nice!
