It’s been 6 months since install. They promised a 1 year warranty with repairs at 3 mo and 1yrs. I called after 3mo. No responses to emails and voicemails. Finally their glass subcontractor called unannounced and swapped out a chipped door. A few weeks later Randy calls and says he’ll be by tomorrow. He adds grout on top of grout (not a repair) and tells me he cannot fix several of the tile issues because that would be “too big of a job” and he’d have to get approval. He leaves without telling me and I text and call multiple times with no response. See pictures attached. Randy told me the “apprentice” who happens to be co-owners son did all the bathroom tile work. I cannot show in a picture but there are lumps in the shower floor. The black hexagonal tiles are askew because “it’s difficult”. If I had done this job myself, I’d be very happy. Not happy paying a hefty sum with promise of a years warranty on install. They clearly did sloppy tile and grout work.

Do not trust this company Mark Smith, he will take your money and run with the deposit and not complete the work.

Mark is a wonderful worker and does nice work. I will be using him again.

Yolanda and her team are AWESOME! We’ve been working with her for going on three years now. She’s been very flexible with us in our cleaning cadence, and gives us a good price. They always do a FANTASTIC job- super detail-oriented, and makes our whole house feel squeaky clean. We so appreciate all of the work they do for us, and would recommend them to anyone!

Have had them install crown molding and do kitchen repairs (fix faulty dishwasher installation, fix broken cabinet). They have always been communicative, flexible, super efficient, and reasonably priced. Was referred to them by a neighbor and would definitely do the same.

We employed Tall Pines Construction to remodel our master bathroom and they did an outstanding job! Tom Koleszar was the master craftsman that did most of the work. He arrived on time everyday he was scheduled for this job. His attention to details and outstanding craftmanship are his attributes. I can highly recommend Tall Pines Construction for anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

Tall Pines Construction is outstanding! We used them for a small job almost 15 years ago and remembered them when we relocated to the Seattle area and needed a much bigger job done - remodeling 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. They did a great job. Would use them again anytime!

We hired Tall Pines to remodel our main floor (kitchen/dining/living room) and master bath. Tall Pines removed a fireplace and two walls and installed a large support beam - turning three separate rooms into a great room. They installed cabinets, flooring, tile etc. in our kitchen and master bath. Both our kitchen/great room and master bath turned out better than we could have ever imagined - thanks to the advice from Tim, Brian and Kevin along the way. The contractors were very skilled/experienced, on time, reliable, friendly and accommodating to our family of 5 being here during construction, especially to our 4 year old who loves tools and construction. All of the subs Tall Pines uses are also fantastic - electricians, plumber, drywall/painters, countertops, and glass shower doors. We will definitely use Tall Pines again for any future remodeling projects.

Cannot say enough great things about Tim and his crew. We did a kitchen and bathroom combo to our house, with a $100,000 budget and it was not only money well spent but unbelievably easier than I ever imagined as this can be such a disruptive project for a small family! They were amazingly prompt, on time, clean and professional and I always felt that Tall Pines had my best interests in mind when we priced the work, fixtures, materials you name it. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We worked with Tim and his team for remodeling our kitchen and for doing updates throughout our family room and dining room. Tim is professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. One of the things we loved most about Tim is he doesn't pressure you into anything. His priority is making sure it's done correctly and to your satisfaction. We never once felt that he was rushing to finish our project so he could move onto the next. We felt good about every one of Tim's employees being in our home. They were kind, flexible, and thoughtful. Additionally, Tim had so many great referrals for other needs we had that were not within his scope of work. All in all, we would definitely recommend Tall Pines Construction!

I want to encourage anyone who might be considering a bath, kitchen or more major remodel that Tall Pines would be an excellent choice.
They have finished doing my master bath and I am extremely pleased.
The team was very respectful to both me and my home. Most importantly the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Brian was the lead on my bath remodel, so because of the confidence I have with him and the team I am going to now update my kitchen. The attention to detail and execution was outstanding.
To qualify my opinion, I have been around construction and interior design most of my career.
I would also like to mention that the owners Tim and his wife Michelle are a great team. He is the overall construction manager and Michelle is an Interior designer who can assist with working through the details. She was invaluable to me to assess my choices and give me input.
I would also like to mention that their team of subcontractors were also excellent.

We were recommended Tall Pines by our cabinet consultant. We did an entire kitchen remodel and Tim and his team were professional, clean, on time and very personable. Any challenges arisen were addressed with us and we felt confident in the decisions made. We came in on budget. We would highly recommend Tall Pines.

I was in need of some remodeling in my bathrooms and Tall Pines delivered. Their skilled tile layers and electricians were able to do all of my upgrades and remodeling without any issues. The owner, Tim, was very helpful in step-by-step scheduling and everyone showed up on time and completed the work as contracted. I love everything that they did for my townhouse and would highly recommend them for your home improvement projects.

This review is for their cleaning services. They have a team of ladies that did an awesome job cleaning my home. I love that their prices are upfront, they charge a base price and just go by the hour. No extra charges for doing certain tasks etc like other cleaning companies. They even removed my screen and cleaned my windows, dusted all the baseboards, even folding my toilet paper to a nice bow! Attention to details in every corner. I’ve had cleaners before but they are the best I’ve ever encountered. Would highly recommend them.

We were so pleased with the quality of work performed by Tall Pines Construction on our large, extensive bathroom remodel that we hired Tall Pines to install new flooring--engineered acacia wood--throughout our entire home (except for the bathrooms). It was a huge job, but we're so glad we did it. The floors look like a work of art. While doing the floors, Tall Pines also changed all our floor boards and interior trim around windows and doors to give our house a sharp new appearance and feel. The crew were a delight to work with and to have in our home. Late August while having some siding work and shingle replacement done on our exterior, rot was discovered in two areas. We called Tall Pines, and they quickly came out to the house, assessed the damage and repaired it before the rains set it. We believe in relationship building with service companies.Tall Pines is a company you can work with for the long run. We highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tall Pines Construction on our kitchen renovation project. I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Tim, the owner, made us feel very comfortable with the process. His son Matt and daughter-in-law Araceli were also actively involved in the project. It was evident that this is a tight-knit, dedicated team. Their friendly demeanor and punctuality set a positive tone throughout the project and their open communication made me feel involved and informed every step of the way.
The quality of work and attention to detail was definitely at a high level. The craftsmanship they displayed in my opinion was truly impressive.

We had Tall Pines do extensive work for our home remodel last year. Brian was the lead for our crew and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. The work looks great and we are satisfied with how the project turned out. We did have issues with one employee who was subsequently terminated. The owner, Tim was easy to communicate with and listened to our concerns in the situation. The team as a whole is friendly and reliable. Our project had a number of complications for various reasons but Tall Pines was flexible through it all.

Tall Pines remodeled our master bathroom. We are very happy with the results. Even though it is time and materials, the ball park estimate Tim gave was pretty accurate. Ruben and Junior did most of the work and were a pleasure to work with. Overall, the whole team was great.

I really appreciate their attention to detail and expertise. They performed excellent work on a roofing and copper gutter project as well as an efficiency apartment remodel and tile work. I would happily work with them again.

Great experience using Home Services Group! We remodeled our downstairs bathroom - taking it down to the studs to create a space we’d love. They were responsive to our questions, changes and desire to finish quickly before hosting a gathering. The design process was easy as they helped with tile selection and provided practical advice. When the drywall appeared less then smooth, they recanted and painted until it was right. We could not be more pleased and plan to use them again n the future.
