Highly recommend… I’ve used this company several times both when I need planned to work done, and when I have An unexpected problem in my home. Every time they have done very good work and in the rare occasion where there’s a small issue, as soon as I mention it to them It is taken care of right away. Special shout out to his Tile Guy For going over and above! I had left him alone in my home while I had a very sick dog. I had a mean boss at the time that wouldn’t let me take any time off work so the gentleman doing my tile agreed to go over and above his job by helping me with my sick dog as well. He was so sweet with my dog. He helped him get outside regularly and would carry him back in.

Great work and great people.

We have used Home Services Group many times over the years (in their previous incarnation as the David Hazen Group and now as Home Services Group). They recently installed gutter covers, repaired a woodpecker hole, and fixed a kitchen cabinet. Their work was flawless and the price was reasonable. They are very professional and really easy to work with around getting estimates and scheduling the work. In the past, they have installed flooring, repaired tiling in a shower, and did many other major and minor projects for us (including a snow shoveling service for our driveway and front walkway).

Formerly known as David Hazen, I have had multiple projects, both large and small with Home Services through at least 10 years. Each of them have exceeded my expectations. Also, sometimes I have had small "emergencies", and they were quickly addressed by Home Services. I like that the core team has remained the same.

We have used Home Services Group (formerly David Hazen Group) for several projects over the last 10 years. We have been very pleased with all the work, and the relationship with Duane and his staff.

Home Services Group, LLC has blown my mind regarding total business structure. The initial contact for soffit repair initially info to Albert & Boyd doing the repair schedule by Shane. Albert handled repair perfectly but then he spotted in issue with gutter by patio. I had just had a new roof installed. Not sure why roofers didn't say anything? Then Boyd explained the problem even drew a picture...then they came out to install added new gutters downspouts absolutely looks like art sculpture these three are my heroes: Albert, Boyd & Seth. They solved major front yard downspout issue all other people would do is snake the spout pipe. Plus they trusted me put payment in the mail. Lynda Smock & Stephanie are great in the office.
But that Boyd sure knows his stuff this company is phenomenal so glad I found them online with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

I highly recommend Home Services Group to all my friends on Indy’s north side! I have used them for a number of home projects over the years —roof repairs, gutter repairs and cleaning, downspout problems, brick work on my front porch. They always come out promptly to diagnose the problem and then are able to get qualified professionals to do the job quickly and correctly.
They are reliable, communicate well, clean up their messes and make home repairs as painless as possible!
The only downside is that the initial quote is usually only a base price and then they end up finding more things that need to be repaired once they dig in. So be prepared for the price to go up—that can be a little disappointing. But I am grateful to have a company around that can handle so many different repairs and do them all well! So it ends up being worth paying a little more.

Our HOA uses Home Services Group to clean our gutters and unclog downspouts. All of the work performed has been excellent and the crews have been exceptionally friendly.

Gary just completed our kitchen remodel and it is fabulous! He listen to our needs and truly made the whole vision come together. His work is amazing!! He uses top notch suppliers and materials. Was always on time, cleaned up every day and even had no problem with a couple extra “asks” - like building a handrail in our garage and rescreening our back patio door.

Truly a craftsman and takes pride in his work! Gary has a great work ethic and a desire to deliver perfection. He makes sure every detail of the project is discussed during each step of the process. It’s a family business and everyone works hard to complete the job. As a designer and someone who works in the trade, I will ALWAYS recommend Gary and his team!

Gary made extensive repairs to the slate roof on our house/garage. Always very communicative and willing to talk through anything unexpected that arises and work collaboratively to find a solution. A true craftsman who clearly takes pride in his work. Will definitely be using Gary for routine roof maintenance and other future projects.

Gary and his crew did an amazing job converting one of our bedrooms into two for the girls' rooms!

He was great at communicating the cost and diligent about what the project was going to entail. He not only completed the project on time and within budget, but came back to install a light fixture that we originally asked about but were missing a vital part, charging no additional fee.

Gary was great about setting expectations, communicating when he would arrive and ensuring we understood the work that was performed at the end of the day. Along with a detailed plan for the next day.

He also gave suggestions on certain design elements that would allow us to save money, but still be within code restrictions.

The girls love their new bedrooms! The quality of work Gary and his team brought into the project was top notch.

Gary completed a bathroom remodel and was very easy to work with. Early in the process, he sat down with us to make sure we had all the right products to get the bathroom to the way we liked. Throughout the process, there was a lot of great communication about timelines and whenever something unexpected arose. The finished product turned out amazing. We would definitely work with Gary again!

Gary and his crew turned my screened in porch into a three season room. I am impressed with his creativity and dedication to doing the job right. I've included a picture of before and after. I know I will enjoy this room for years to come!

Even before I signed the contract, Gary spent a number of hours with me talking through what this major renovation would include, what was important to me, and what it would cost. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with what he was going to do.

He started and finished the project within the time line agreed upon. Even when the project expanded, he worked to make sure everything progressed as quickly as possible.

Everyday during the renovation, he would text when he was going to arrive and confirmed with me at the end of the day the work that was completed and what to expect the next day.

Gary also provided guidance about what would look good and what options I could explore that I had not considered.

The kitchen is absolutely incredible and I am so impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the work of Gary and the subcontractors he brought into the project. After two months, I truly felt that Gary and his team was a part of the family.

I guess the best review I could give, is that I am already saving up for the next project I will complete with Gary!
