I can't say enough about Tanya at TK Designs and Consulting, LLC. I have had her out to my home 3-4 times for decorating advice. I trust her judgment 100% and she's never let me down. Her prices are reasonable and she is very professional. She will make decisions for you if you want her to, but is never pushy. It's not about her ego, it's about helping you make decisions you will be happy with. She also has great contacts in the community to contractors, suppliers and tradespeople. Call her now! You won't be disappointed.

Working with Tanya from TK Designs was a wonderful experience, especially since she was able to plan and execute the project during a pandemic--she's amazing! With the thousands of decisions and endless coordination needed to do our bathroom remodel, Tanya stayed on top of it all and made sure that we had all the important details in a way that wasn't overwhelming. When any unforeseeable snags came up, she always had great, scalable solutions to offer. She's reliable, has impeccable taste, transparent, and has great attention to detail. We love the final product and highly recommend TK Designs for any remodel projects!

We collected several bids and opinions from other contractors before we opted for Tanya. She was the only one that told us our original idea was not so great for our kitchen layout.

She came up with an alternate plan that was much better and effective for our space and her suggestions, tips and advice were spot-on, and we stayed on budget.

Tanya has assembled a great team of top-notch craftsmen who do excellent work and go above and beyond.

We will be using Tanya for our bathroom remodel in the future.

Tanya and her team were excellent to work with. My goal was to make small updates to our home in order to modernize it. She assisted with picking out new carpeting and paint colors throughout most of the home. She provided great suggestions (that I would have never thought of on my own). She worked closely with us every step of the way from being there to pick out the carpet and bringing all her supplies to pick out the paint. With her help we were able to accomplish the entire project in just 2-3 months; something that would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have spent a lot more money if I would have done it on my own. We love the finished product. It feels like we have a brand new home!

We used TK Designs and Consulting mostly for the design of our kitchen remodel. They did a great job designing our kitchen to be more functional. They were very professional despite even when my husband and I requested changes due to disagreement between us on the design elements. TK Designs provided excellent advice regarding choices in cabinet color, countertops, hardware and flooring. TK Designs also went above and beyond in providing help off-loading the cabinets from the semi at a remote location and transferring them to our house when it was discovered the cabinet company wouldn't deliver to our house. Final result is beautiful.

Tanya was an excellent design partner, helping us clarify our vision and bringing it to life with thoughtful suggestions and new ideas. She and her team then built it out on time and on budget, with great communication and craftsmanship of the highest quality. I wouldn't hesitate to work with TK Designs and Construction again!

We chose TK Designs to remodel our bathroom based on Tanya's experience as both a designer and contractor. Her design surpassed our expectations of what our bathroom could look like. Tanya let us take the lead on product choices but provided her expertise so that we were left with a cohesive, beautiful, custom bathroom. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and was very responsive to our texts and emails, keeping us up to date and our project on time. TK Designs will be the company we choose when the time comes for us to renovate our kitchen in the future.

Tanya and her contractors were great to work with and I highly recommend her for design services. On one project she did for us, I really appreciated that Tanya respected what my vision/idea was and didn't try to talk me out of it. She had great ideas that really enhanced my idea and made it so much better. In another space, I gave Tanya free reign and when she showed me the rendering, there wasn't one thing I changed! The quality/skill/craftsmanship from the carpenter (Steve) is very impressive. Lastly, Tanya was great at setting expectations up front during a really challenging time with significant supply chain issues. I'm so glad I found Tanya and I look forward to future projects at our house with her!

Tanya and her team helped us design our remodel. They came up with creative solutions, great design assistance all within our budget. once construction began they were very detailed oriented, professional and we couldn't be happier with the project. Tanya was so easy to work with and I would recommend her to all who need design/remodeling work done. We are actually going to ask her and her team to help us with another project we have also.

Tanya and her team did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! She gave us ideas and inspiration to design the bathroom, making sure to listen to what we were hoping for. When it came time to complete the remodel, she was very responsive to any of our questions, in constant communication, and made sure to help out wherever she could. All of the workers were professional, timely, and respectful of our home. Next time we do a remodel, we know who to call!

My husband and I were in the process of building a new home. We had an idea of the style we wanted, but of course didn't know where to begin with where to go to get quality products and wanted a person who cares about our goals and budget. When we started working with Tanya, we instantly felt heard and confident she was going to help us create our dream home. She and her whole team were easy to work with, responsive and has your best interests at heart. We get a lot of compliments on our cabinets used and our overall style with our tiles selected and layout. They are beautiful and Tanya stands behind her products and work. She came out during delivery and inspected them after installation to insure quality and satisfaction. She took our vision and helped bring it to life. Not only does Tanya endorse a quality cabinet product, her design and attention to detail is what helped take the weight off our shoulders. I would also add that the renderings built of what our kitchen, laundry and bathrooms would look like on paper, do it no justice of how beautiful the rooms became in reality. I would highly recommend working with Tanya and her team to help bring your vision to life!

We just finished a project with TK Designs & Construction and would highly recommend them. We hired Tanya and her team to finish a room in our basement and they did a wonderful job. The space had a couple of challenges and they were great about discussing ideas and coming up with options. Tanya’s communication and coordination of subs was super. TK Designs & Construction completed a gut remodel of my kitchen, which was stuck in 1957. Tanya is extremely organized and communicates effectively. She has a team of talented trades and had each of them conduct a site visit prior to making a proposal, resulting in no surprises. The project was on time and on budget and the results are stunning.

This is our third remodel project with Tanya at TK Designs and Consulting, LLC and it exceeded our vision and all of our expectations! The main focus was a complete remodel of our son's condo kitchen and dining area with an additional refresh of the powder room. Tanya listened carefully to all of our needs and goals and proposed a fabulously creative and functional design. She heads an outstanding technical crew who are all top-notch skilled craftsmen in their respective fields and are willing to tackle any and every challenge. I would highly recommend working with Tanya and her team at TK Designs! Tanya has a true eye for design and the management skills to get a project through from start to finish. We so appreciated the time Tanya was willing to take to help us become clearer on our vision for our remodel, picking out our cabinetry and colors, and suggesting places to look for our accessories. She helped us transform our playroom into a multipurpose space (office, tv/video game, and craft room) that has brought us back to this previously unused space in a fun and new way! Tanya and her team had such attention to detail, maintained a clean working space during the remodel, answered all our questions, and kept us up to date on progress and any changes that needed to be made. Our room turned out to be more spectacular than we imagined, and we will definitely work with Tanya and her team again when we have another remodeling project we would like to tackle!

Tanya and her crew did a great job of remodeling one of our guest bathroom. Complete tear out except for tub insert and drywall...repainting, replaced floor, vanity/top, toilet, lighting, fixtures and new shelves, picture and shower door. Workmanship was excellent, kept surrounding area clean and looks great! Please check out TK Designs if you are considering bathroom or kitchen remodeling. In the Spring of 2022, Tanya and her crew also remodeled our kitchen...beautiful work...new counter tops, new sink and faucet, new appliances, and new ceiling and under cabinet lights. Got exactly what we wanted and the work was completed in about a week and a half. Another great job.

Bathroom remodel. My master bathroom was extremely out of date. The bathroom was filled with a huge jacuzzi bathtub, one sink and a small shower. Without changing the size of the room I now have a gorgeous shower, double vanity and tons of storage. To top,it off I have a pocket door and heated floors.

This is the second project (kitchen) I have done with TK Designs. Before and after photos attached.Nonce again it was a great experience. Tanya really worked to fulfill my dreams. Her team is an amazing- bunch of perfectionists.
