We had lance to a remodel on our Gulf Shores house. He did a great job. The quality and communication was great and the project was finished on time and on budget.

Lance is all the things you want in an allaround construction company. I've turned to him and his company for over15 years. His knowledge and experience make it seem easy for him to get the job done.

We had a large project and those are never fun. lance was there every step of the way. He makes it a point of being very responsive to even the smallest question. I don’t think I ever waited over an hour for him to get back to me. We love our addition and we were sure glad he was there to help us along with all the permit and final inspections. His patience is something to be rewarded.

This is the first time we were involved in a building project. To say the least we had no knowledge as to what or how things would be done. We had a lot of questions. Lance was very patient and professional and explained each step. The project was done on time and on budget although we added a few things along the way. We really appreciated the billing cycle which was done monthly and we received copies of all invoices.
The finished product is amazing. We now have our own living space and privacy.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green Coast Living for their services and plan to use them again for future work. Lance and his team were 100% courteous, responsive, and completed the job on-time. I trust him completely without any supervision.

Lance and Green Coast Living did a superb job for us, really even better than expected and as someone who grew up in my fathers high-quality custom building business — it takes a lot for me to exceed my expectations — but they did. I’ve seen their large scale addition renovation jobs prior to using them, so I already knew their work is impeccable. And they were very transparent on the billing, and when we added some things to our project, Lance went over each aspect of cost changes very carefully, very detailed, and more than fair on pricing. That meant a lot and allowed me to enjoy and afford the project beginning to end,, including the last minute upgrades I threw in.

I would use Lance for anything from an exterior upgrade to an addition or kitchen / bath remodel or a large custom home — the attention to every detail with honest and very fair cost information is the ideal combination for building projects of every size. I have worked extensively with Green Coast Living, Inc over the past few years with my business, BC Drafting & Design. This has involved seeing Lance and his team work thru projects starting with the initial concept and following them all the way thru the permitting and inspection process to the final completion.

My husband and I had purchased a beach home in Gulf Shores as an AirBnB property that underwent a complete rehab. The home was 11 hours away from where we lived, which definitely could make the rehab process a headache. Thankfully, we met Lance through a referral and knew we needed someone who was dependable, we could trust, did quality work, and got the jobs completed in a timely manner with us living so far way. He and his crew did just that! He communicated every detail, sent progress photos, answered his phone when I called, and was willing to assist in any way that he could. Along the way, additional things were discovered that the original inspector, before we closed on the home, had missed...Lance identified and communicated the issues, made a plan of action, and made the home safe and sound for us. When the project was completed, it was nothing less than superior work. He expects the best and only has people willing to do that type of work, assisting in completing projects for his company.
Anyone looking to do any type of home renovation work or in need of a home contractor for any projects definitely should look no further. You will not find a better contractor who produces the quality of work that he and his crew do.

We worked with Green Coast Living on a wheel chair ramp adding a cable rail system. Communication was excellent working around other parts of the build to give the home owner the look they wanted. We look forward to working with them again in the future!!

We had the pleasure of working with Lance and his team installing a patio extension and new roof area at our home in Fairhope. Everything from estimate to finish was done in a very professional and conscientious manner - and the quality of the work was outstanding. Lance had the engineering drawings prepared, obtained the necessary permits and scheduled the material deliveries so there were no delays in the project. They performed the concrete work, roof framing and supports, roofing, finish floor tile, electrical and finish trim work all with excellent quality. Even though the bulk of this work was done while we were absent from the home, we were kept up to date with pictures, e-mails and phone calls (when necessary).
These people are very good at what they do. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Lance and Green Coast Living for consideration.

Lance and his team provided excellent service. He was organized and timely. We added a room to our house and also had several rooms updated. The project was completed in about 8 weeks.
