We had pipes freeze at our mountain home, and Noco Home Services did an outstanding job repairing the damage. I've worked with many contractors over the years, and Cody is definitely someone I would hire again. His clear communication, ability to listen, and follow-through made the whole process smooth.

Finding a bathroom renovation contractor who is trustworthy, affordable, schedules job promptly, and does excellent work seems like an impossible task. However, NoCo Home Services (Cody Van owner) checked off all these requirements “Exceeding Expectations” (company tagline).
Other bidding contractors took weeks to reply, would not do requested key tasks (replace ceiling), required work I did not want, wouldn’t vent fan through roof, didn’t provide an estimate, couldn’t start work for at least 4 months, estimated job to be 3 times longer than Cody, and were too expensive.
Cody Van with NoCo Home Services provides great customer service, is very friendly, a great communicator and listener. He offered many recommended improvements based on his extensive experience (e.g., a curved shower curtain rod, and a timed exhaust fan placed directly over the new bathtub). He was flexible once work started adapting to unexpected issues and gladly added additional work such as working on a half bathroom. They prioritize quality, focusing their attention on detail and customer satisfaction.
NoCo Home Services did an outstanding job installing the Flexstone Royal bathtub wall surround. Cody knew the best places to place grab bars, shelf, and shower head. We continue to enjoy our new tub/shower and new bathroom.

We have done a few projects with Cody and his team, and they continue to go above and beyond our expectations. Cody is a top notch communicator, has fair prices and produces stellar results. Cody and his team completed a basement remodel for us in 2024 (electrical/framing/drywall) and was flexible in completing jobs outside of our scope and allowing us to complete the jobs within our scope. Recently, he installed exterior doors and floating kitchen shelves for us. He is always on time, has amazing attention to detail and leaves the space in a better place than he found it. 1000000/10

We recently wrapped up a major office remodel with NoCo Home Services. Cody was the first contractor we received a bid from and he immediately set the bar high with his creative ideas, professionalism and overall patience. Throughout the project Cody and his team were wonderful to work with. They were communicative, efficient and detail oriented. Our new office space turned out even better than we expected! We are thankful to have found NoCo Home Services and would highly recommend them!!

Cody was very responsive when I contacted him. He installed a dog door from our garage to our dog run. He was efficient and a pleasure to work with, he even did some extra tasks that were not planned. I texted him about his performance… “You demonstrate excellence in your work.”

Cody was amazing to work with. He helped relocate our dining room light and installed a new chimney range hood, and the quality of his work was excellent. He was very affordable, always on time, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We felt confident every step of the way. We will 100% be using Cody again for future home projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

Ed installed a beautiful frameless glass shower door for me and did an excellent job. His work was professional, the price was very reasonable, and everything turned out perfect. He has also done other remodeling in my home over the years, and I’ve always been very pleased. Ed is reliable and does great work. I highly recommend this contractor!

Best place for the price

This place is ALWAYS closed despite hours posted stating they should be open. Would be really convenient since I'm remodeling and it is right around the corner. Oh well will have to try somewhere else

I absolutely loved the work Home Improvement did for my kitchen. I remodeled my kitchen with them entirely. To be quite honest, I am quite the picky person and Ed/Feda (store owners) were not only very helpful with assisting my selections, but most importantly the customer service that was displayed. Prior to having my kitchen, I did not know much about how renovations really work. So I really appreciated how Ed sat with me and patiently explained to me the different products, as well as what best fit for my idea and price range.I had some adjustments while the job was being done, and Ed was more than happy to accommodate everything for my liking and make sure I was more than satisfied. If you want great quality and value for your buck, this is definitely the place to go! If I need any future home renovations done, I am with out a doubt coming here, as well as referring all of my friends, family, and neighbors!! Check them out, they're awesome!

My house had various outside issues needing remediation. The most important issue was the dry rot in the supporting porch beams. I interviewed several contractors and the only person that truly understood the situation and work required was Ed Derweesh of Home Improvement. Ed and his team reviewed all the issues. For the dry rot in the supporting beam and elsewhere, they identified what caused the problems and developed and implemented solutions to prevent the problems from recurring. The team made a plan for every item and seamlessly coordinated their work.
Ed Derweesh was always interested and concerned about any thoughts I had as the project went on. He discussed each situation with me until we reached consensus on a resolution. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ed and his team. My house now looks like an updated well-cared for home and I could not be happier.

They are very reasonable priced and are able to do the job in a timely manner and very well done. We had some work done in our bathroom, they explained the whole process, including possible hiccups or things to look out for. They were able to complete the task in the time frame provided and without any hidden costs. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone in need of a contractor.

This review is long overdue! We bought our home in 2021 and have hired Ed and his team for just about every project since. Ed is wonderful to work with. He takes the time to plan the project out with you to ensure that he is meeting your expectations and is great about communicating throughout the duration of the project. Our home is an older home which came with its own share of issues. When situations cames up, Ed was great at conveying what he is seeing and alternatives we could proceed with. Our goal was to have a cleanly styled but low maintenance home and he worked with us to ensure we met that goal. He has worked with us on redoing our kitchen, our bathroom, our electrical setup, and updating our windows. I recommend him to anyone and everyone that asks. Once we are ready to start our next project, Ed will be our first call.
