Joe and his team renovated my basement and it turned out fantastic. They built a den, bathroom, and two home offices. He was honest, upfront on pricing, punctual, and flexible when I asked for changes. I would highly recommend him for any home renovations.

Never used Higley for construction but my buddy's dirtbike died on the trail and 4 of them stopped to help & got us out. Would put 6 stars if it were an option.

Higley Construction added on a sunroom and deck to our home. I will say Joe and his team are amazing! We have had other remodel projects done to our home and this by far was the BEST experience! First the communication was spot on. We could always reach someone with questions or concerns which was important to us. I can also say the respect of the team for our property and for us was incredible and so appreciated. The Quality of work is outstanding! This space turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I can’t say enough positive things about Higley Construction. I would and will be recommending them to anyone for their construction needs. Quality Hard working, friendly, helpful crew!

I needed an interior dividing wall to split up my 3-car garage into a 2-car garage and a space for my woodworking shop. Besides constructing the wall, I needed more power outlets, rewiring of the overhead lights, addition of more ceiling lights, addition of a door, and 18" holes in the exterior walls for exhaust fans.
Terri responded quickly to my inquiry She patiently discussed my requirements, including my schedule. Of the three contractors that I interviewed, Terri gave me the most confidence.

The crew worked closely with me regarding major details - location and mounting of the exhaust fans, electrical outlets, switches, the door etc.
The two craftsmen worked with me, asking and answering questions, and offering options on the construction.

I am very pleased with the results! It exceeded my expectations.
No shortcuts were taken, the quality is great.

I would certainly hire SheCan2 for my next project.

This is the 4th time I have used SheCan2 for a home project and they never disappoint. This most recent job was a bathroom remodel and it was done on time and just right.

My husband and I need some remodeling in our kitchen and bath. I called shecan2 on August 10th, Kim came out and took measurements for our bathroom. She was supposed to send us an estimate. Sadly I never received an estimate and no communication. We live in an older home. Are remodeling issues are not easy ones. I felt hopeful for the bathroom and was excited after she left.
Not so hopeful anymore. Not sure why an established company would not have the time to even place a phone call to a client.
Oh yeah the kitchen, I think it was a combination of not enough budget and I believe too hard for them to do. She did mention they've never done a kitchen like mine before. I have a Youngstown sink unit and countertops and cupboards that are not standard. She was so nice I'm not sure what happened maybe just too busy, but if that was the case then a professional would have made a phone call telling the client they are not able to do the job.

Refurbished a kitchen sink for us, clearly explained alternatives and were honest. Looks brand new. Then these hard working people renovated a bathroom. Superior workmanship and quality, worked with us every step of the way. Charming and friendly, purposeful and professional. Highly recommend this company and intend to use them again on several projects.

My house was finished about a month ago. Teri and her team were perfect. They were very patient with me through the entire process. The price for the kitchen was very reasonable, clear for the start with no surprise charges. They helped me with with great kitchen design ideas. Teri and her team were on time to the job, never skipped or rescheduled. They were very detailed and clean throughout the entire job. If there was an issue Teri and her team did everything they could to make it right even when the mistake wasn't a mistake her team made. Overall great company awsome team. My kitchen turned out perfectly looks like a kitchen from a magazine.

I have used SHECan2 for several home improvement projects, including a total bathroom remodel, a collapsed deck repair and repair of a water damaged ceiling. I have found Kim and Company to be thorough and extremely professional, providing a detailed project estimate addressing all costs, materials and labor before any work begins. Everything is professionally laid out with no surprises. Their work is exceptional and they thoroughly discuss issues and options as the project progresses. Their whole crew are craftsmen with a commitment to providing the best product. If you are looking for a quality contractor that provides an excellent product, SHECan2 is at the top of my list. They may not be the cheapest, although they are competitive, but they are the best.

We recently hired SheCan2 to remodel our bathroom and bedroom, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were an absolute joy to work with, professional, friendly, and reliable. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe and on budget, exactly as promised. They did everything they said they would do…and more, and their communication with us throughout the process was outstanding. We are always apprehensive when working with contractors, due to past bad experiences. However, their attention to detail from everyone working on our project was outstanding. They made the entire experience stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a trustworthy team.

Just like the name says they are fair and true! You can trust them! That’s a huge deal these days especially!

Had contract to replace all windows in house, build drawers some trim, replace back door, added French drains, remove carpet and few floor joist, which i paid in full, they pulled up all base molding of house when carpet was removed which they did not replace, did not complete contract, didn't complete interior install or finish wrap of windows, didn't build drawers, also had hard time getting them to show up when I was told

I've worked with a lot of construction companies Fair & True is an EXCELLENT company to work with! They went out of their way to complete my projects! I will for sure use them again!!!

We had new windows installed. Ben and his crew were awesome! Dan and Walter had their work cut out for them because our house is wonky, but they got it done and the windows look great!

These guys went above and beyond to get new windows to fit into my old home. Ben, the owner, heard me when I said I'm picky about the finished product. He put together an amazing crew who made sure not a single detail was overlooked, and all at a price that was lower than we anticipated. Thanks Dan and Walter for the amazing work!

I've never seen a more active crew..they didn't even break for lunch! They took 2 small bedrooms in my house and made one beautiful bedroom! Also made me a new beautiful bathroom from the floor up
