Super happy with the work they did for us. They did some restoration work for us and it looks better than before our flood.

If you are in doubt about who you should hire for your next home project look no further. Ben and his team are fantastic from start to finish. This is the second project I have had them do for me and they really listened to what we wanted and needed and knocked it out of the park. This project was hampered by delays that were no fault of theirs or ours and the communication on what was going to happen and how to proceed was always prompt and left us feeling very good about a bad situation. The end result is absolutely stunning and I promise that you won’t want to do business with anyone else. Thanks to Ben, JD, Becky, Jay, David and all the other crew that made this project happen.

This company did a fantastic job installing my flooring! The guys were on time, worked really hard, and got the job completed in a day and a half! They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful! I have already got some more things lined up for them to bid! Highly recommend!

Fair & True was great! They responded rapidly via email and phone and stuck to their schedule. They communicated clearly, did everything they were contracted for, and fixed things as new issues popped up. The contract was laid out clearly, with everything itemized.

They also followed up when the job was done. They worked with our engineering report and engineer, which was very reassuring, and began work quickly. The handled all the job components: electrical, paneling, woodwork, painting, etc, so we did not need to call anyone else to touch up anything. We experienced no delays in the work, even when the job became much more difficult due to unforeseen issues. They also worked within our budget and were very mindful of keeping costs down and reusing materials that they could.

I really appreciated their politeness, professionalism, and expertise! Definitely lived up to their name!

Ben and his team are hands down the best construction crew I've run into in Springfield MO. They have such a wide diversity of projects and abilities it's great. They also can think outside the box which you'd be surprised at how important that is. It can make a positive impact for your budget and end product.

I highly recommend Fair and True! We had them build a 3 season room onto our patio. The finished product exceeded our expectations in every way. There were some hiccups, mostly through no fault of their own, but they were handled with great communication and professionalism. Ben, Amanda, JD, Becky and Preston and the rest of the crew were excellent workers, attentive to detail and great communicators. We will definitely use them again if anything comes up. We are enjoying our room immensely!

Cody and his crew just finished replacing a rotting wooden deck with a great Trex alternative. Working up in Redfeather, Colorado, around temporary closures due to nearby wildfires, they did a great job, providing photos of their progress to us. Finally a deck we can be proud of.

I've hired Cody on three separate occasions for general repairs and improvements, including patching a wall, painting, installing cabinet hardware, wall mounting a tv, and hanging pictures. I have used other handymen in the past, but he has been by far the most professional and reliable. I have pretty high expectations as far as quality goes, and he has had no trouble meeting those. Cody and his painter, Brad, pay attention to detail and deliver high-quality results that they stand behind. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Needed a handyman to troubleshoot and fix smoke alarms for my tenants. Cody was super responsive, worked directly with my tenants for scheduling, gave an up front estimate and then completed the work right away. Cody knew the local codes, recommended only what I needed and pricing was fair. My tenants reported back to me that they were fast, efficient and friendly. I hired Cody to fully replace a couple baseboards in my home which were damaged. Cody was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, professional, and did great work. I inquired about the work to several companies and other companies were just interested in the fastest way to get the work done, but not the right way. Cody was the only one interested in doing the job right and could do it at an affordable cost. I was very happy with Cody's work and I will definitely reach out to him first for future home repairs.

We had a long honey-do list, from easy stuff to complicated and challenging. Cody did in a day what would take me weeks, and some of it I didn't know how to do. He rehung doors, replaced light fixtures, installed an unusual sun shade, repaired air leaks on the furnace, installed a new ceiling vent, improved our garage storage, and more. Finding an expert, reliable, thoughtful handyman is like finding gold, and NoCo Home Services is that. Very highly recommended.

Cody and his team were a pleasure to work with. Cody was communicative, timely, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He completed a large fireplace remodel project for us as well as a number of smaller tasks. We were also happy with the team he brought in for tiling, painting, and carpeting. Looking forward to using him for future projects!

Cody and his team have done two projects for us: installing can lights in the ceiling of our kitchen and repainting the entire kitchen-den ceiling; and just this week, renovating my study (replacing wall-to-wall carpet with LVP flooring, painting the walls and ceiling, replacing and painting the baseboards, and installing a new LED light/ceiling fan. His team is entirely hand-picked and has worked with him for years, and they do superb work with great attention to detail. Cody knows all aspects of home construction and modification. And he is honest, reliable, and most affable—an absolute pleasure to work with. We are already planning our third NoCo Home Services project and would not consider any other contractor.
