To potential clients of Casa & Co., I would like to strongly recommend Javier Santos and his team of professionals. I have had the honor of working with his organization on two different large projects with my primary residence in Frisco, Tx. Javier has a tremendous network of professionals that he brings into the project that deliver top notch results. He is extremely friendly and always has your family and project as top of mind. He makes himself available at all hours of the day and night to solve whatever problems arise on the project. For example, there was a time that our neighborhood was hit with a terrible hailstorm, and he was there very quickly to ascertain what was needed to minimize the impact to our home and current project. Javier has true compassion for delivering the project on time and within budget. He and his team have great camaraderie when dealing with the City Inspectors. No project goes without bumps in the road. On multiple occasions Javier would effectively communicate the issue at hand and how to best address the challenge. Lastly, I was impressed on how Capital D deals with adversity and does not shy away from difficult situations. We are so proud of the outstanding work done on our 1300 square foot addition to our already beautiful home. The project included the following major items: Window installation; new roof; Indoor and Outdoor Painting; Luxury Bathroom and Shower installation; tile installation; staircase; architecture design; framing; plumbing; mechanical HVAC; bricking; SteamSpa installation; foundation and patio installation and many other items that were all encompassing to the home addition.

Javier and his team did an excellent job in the renovation of our medical office suite. He was very professional and easy to work with. He took our vision for the space and excuted it. I highly recommend his company to handle any of your renovation needs!

The first time was about 4 years ago. My father-in-law lived in VA and had a stroke. He had to come live with us, however, we needed to add an additional bathroom to accommodate his needs in a very short time period. After interviewing several contractors I found Javier. Javier and his team came in and completed the additional bathroom on time and on budget.
This second time my mom’s house needed a complete overhaul for the bank to refinance her loan. Javier and his team did an EXCELLENT job. It’s like walking into a brand new house. All the neighbors, friends and family always comment on how beautiful it turned out.

We had a big electrical upgrade and everything went smoothly and was done on time. Even when the city shut down for Thanksgiving, he was able to make it happen without any delay. We had the pleasure of working with Javier of Casa & Co. during the summer and fall of 2023. When I reached out to Javier he was immediately responsive to my request for a bid and came over quickly to see the potential project.

We underwent an entire kitchen, family room, laundry to pantry conversion and new laundry room build out. When I had a design challenge, Javier came with an innovative, price effective solution. He built out my dream laundry room, kitchen and walk-in pantry. I’m thrilled!

Javier has a completely full-service team. There’s no project too big or too small. They consistently show up each and every day until the project is done. I was kept well informed throughout the project of the timeline.

Javier ALWAYS, and I mean, ALWAYS answers the phone. Whenever I had a concern, Javier eagerly came with a solution and we always resolved any issue to my satisfaction.

After construction was completed I had a question three months later about a particular matter and Javier still responded right away. He was willing to bring the team to fix my concern if needed. Turns out it had nothing to do with our project, but again Javier answered the call.

I joked with Javier that we got to know one another well throughout this project and that he’d be thrilled to have a break from me. I would absolutely look to hire Javier and his team again in the future when the need arises.

Highly recommend Javier and the casa and co teams. They worked on bathroom projects a couple of years ago and the quality is lasting and proven over time and usage. So when we unexpected got water damage incident, we asked Javier for help. He was prompt and made helpful suggestions and able to work within the time frame and budget. Excellent project management with connections to the best professionals in the area.

Mr. Javier did our renovation project at our Allen campus. He is very professional, and his team is very reliable. We strongly recommend his team if you have a residential or a commercial project!

Based on the recommendation from a friend in our Bible study class, my wife and I made the right choice and hired Casa & Co., to replace our cracked and dated Corian type counters with quartz and also replace the backsplash. Javier managed the work and he was very attentive to our wants and dates for completion. The countertop demo and replacement was handled in a single day and the backsplash was a couple days due to the nature of laying tile. We also had our sink replaced which included all the plumbing hook-ups. The entire team worked great and only took lunch breaks. Painting the cabinets white is next, but my wife and I will tackle that job. The pictures with the gray countertops are the after photos.

We recently hired Javier to remodel our master bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We had a very small shower area and a large bathtub that we never used. Javier was able to completely transform the space — he took advantage of every inch, giving us a modern, functional, and beautiful new bathroom.

During the remodel, he discovered some mold issues we didn’t know about and immediately took both remedial and preventative measures to ensure our home was safe. Throughout the process, we changed our minds a couple of times about certain design elements, and Javier was extremely patient and accommodating, making each change seamlessly.

His pricing was fair and transparent, and he gave us a realistic timeline that he stayed true to. His team was always professional, respectful, and kept the workspace clean. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

FYI JACKONT did a complete roof replacement on my house. My house just turned 100 years old THIS YEAR, it hasn't had a new roof since the 80's when my GRANDMOTHER last did it. don’t usually write reviews, but these guys honestly deserve one. I had my entire roof replaced, and from start to finish they were professional, quick, and super easy to deal with. The crew showed up on time every day, kept everything clean, and actually finished earlier than expected which never happens with home projects.

The owner personally checked in to make sure everything looked right, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. My roof looks great, no leaks even after a few heavy rains, and they handled all the cleanup like they were never there. The price was fair, and they explained everything clearly before starting no hidden costs or surprises.

If you need a roof replacement, seriously, just go with them. Reliable, honest, and they actually care about doing the job right
