We worked with Chris on our home remodel. Exterior siding, windows and doors were all replaced, including the bathtub/surround and electrical service upgrade. They use premium windows and doors and I am so happy with the results!

Chris has a vision (with experience to match it) and it really made a difference in my kitchen when he suggested replacing two small windows with one large window. What a view we now have, its wonderful!
Also he had an idea to open up our back porch, and it is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning sunshine.
His electrician was meticulous about rewiring and labeling all the wires, going above and beyond the normal call to upgrade the panel.
Any changes or delays in construction were immediately brought to my attention. I will be remodeling my kitchen soon (guess who I'll be calling) and I would highly recommend Respect Remodel for your construction.

I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling projects you need done. Chris is very hands on and is present the majority of the time supervising his crew. He is quick to deal with any unexpected issues and quite fair with his overall pricing. I am very happy with the windows he installed for us.

Respect Remodel did a great job for us with replacing an entry door and installing a new kitchen floor. In addition to being great craftsmen, Chris and his team were professional, communicative, punctual and helpful. They even took a moment to play with our dog who wouldn't stop interrupting the install.

Respect Remodel just finished a large remodel project on our house. Chris and his team did an amazing job on our house! They even fixed several things that were done by other contractors. Chris is upfront and honest and will work with you on every step of the project. The team is reliable and will show up on time every day.

I had old doors and windows that had lead paint, and they required an expert certified in Lead paint remediation to handle the job properly. Chris helped navigate the lead paint remediation and replacement process of one of the whole houses, which was a very large project.

The project required inspections and coordinating the work with Dane County, and he did so from start to finish, and followed up with everything that was needed to pass inspection.

Matt did outstanding work! He was prompt and clear with communication, he was flexible with scheduling and he completed the project ahead of schedule.

Total bathroom remodel turned out exactly as I envisioned. The attention to detail, coordination and installation for drywall, tile, fixtures, both lighting and plumbing, including a new walk-in shower were amazing. I’m still a bit in awe of the results and would recommend Matt to anyone.

We wanted our bar-height counter lowered, and Matt did what we asked, and also made suggestions to make the outcome better than we imagined.

Highly recommend Matt Cooper for your home improvement and remodeling projects. My wife and I moved to Madison a year ago and began remodeling the house soon after. So far Matt has installed LVP flooring in basement, recessed ceiling lighting in several rooms, remodeled a bathroom and laundry room and installed supplemental heating in basement and garage. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Matt's work. He is dependable, knowledgeable, meticulous, conscientious and easy to work with. Also, he returns phone calls, emails and texts promptly, unlike many trades people. We are not finished yet so will be calling Matt again soon.

We have used Cooper Home improvements twice and have been extremely happy with his work. He is affordable, efficient and has been able to work with our short notice. We would recommend him to anyone with electrical needs, and will continue to work with him in the future.

I hired Matt for a project to replace two pocket doors and do some sealing work. He was great to work with - he provided a simple quote upfront, sourced all the materials (custom doors, hardware, trim), and kept me involved throughout the project. He completed the project on time, with quality workmanship, and took care of everything from framing to finishing work. I would definitely hire Matt again for future projects

Matt did a fantastic job restoring our bathroom after some mold remediation. I appreciated how he explained the different options we have throughout the process and even let us know about city programs we could get a bill credit on. He was easy to communicate with, super responsive, and all around fantastic contractor. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
