Jerry Harris Remodeling puts customer satisfaction first. The initial meetings, then picking out quartz, tile and other materials demonstrated that their primary mission was to deliver the remodeling that we wanted. This included an accurate rendering of the final design, which really helped us see what we were getting. Throughout the demo, the plumbing and electrical work, inspections and installation the foreman was there nearly every day to explain the work being performed, any delays and the projected schedule to completion. We are completely satisfied with Jerry Harris Remodeling. You definitely get what you pay for.

First off, Donald and Chris were great, as were most of their subcontractors. A few small hiccups (supply chain and stuff out of anyone's control) but overall the kitchen turned out really nice! Overall, we are completely satisfied! They do great work!

Our experience with Jerry Harris Remodeling over the past ten years is nothing less than outstanding!! Recently we had our front porch screened in. As a three time repeat customer we feel confident in always receiving value of product, and expert craftsmanship of service.They provide unmatched warranty of service, and stand behind it.
As a customer I experienced the benefit of sage advice from sales representative Chris Hill, and excellent support from project manager Rusty McNair. They were very informative in presenting different proposals, and advice. From conception, through completion they were always prompt, and polite in manner. We had our bathroom totally remodeled. From our first meeting with Chris, everything was done in a professional manner. Kaitlyn’s design was perfect. She took my ideas and created exactly what I wanted. Jason oversaw the project and the result was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Jerry Harris Remodeling.

Jerry Harris’ team alleviated all the stress of remodeling and provided me with a wonderful remodeled bathroom based on my envision. I couldn’t be happier with the remodel outcome. They provided wonderful design assistance with the materials selections; cabinets, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures. Their employees and sub-contractors executed efficient project coordination and workmanship. The end result was well worth the money.
Sometimes it’s the small things that make others stand out above the crowd and I especially liked:
1) They place a company sign in your yard. This lets inspectors, sub-contractors and delivery people know exactly which house they need to be at.
2) 3D renditions of the remodeled designed space with continuous updated drawings during the design phase.
3) Daily projected work scheduling information from the project manager. Some days were non-working days and it gave me the opportunity to run some errands or plan appointments.
4) Accounting transparency of large budgeted items, which also included some credits back to me.

Work package included new roof; new gutters; pressure wash of house prior to replacement of rotten fascia and soffit and painting same; and replacement vinyl tiling of the kitchen floor. Attention to detail, no short cuts, top-notch professionalism in all regards. Production meeting, timelines set, and met, continual communication with and on-site management by the assigned production manager. The high standards set were met to all my expectations. Jerry Harris remodeling did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! From the initial meeting to the final product, they kept my house clean and were committed to helping me find my vision. The project took slightly longer than I anticipated but I’m thrilled with the overall project.

I am a Virginia Beach attorney. We have a screened in porch and when built we used an online company to customize clear vinyl panels over the screens, but the problem with those is that you have to keep them clean and hook them around the windows with enclosures every season you want to put them up, and then remove them for the summer season plus they’re not completely airtight. So we looked into types of windows that slide up or down over the screened area. Jerry Harris has just started (2024) installing sunspace windows systems, all the panels, slide up or down or stay closed, it’s not glass windows. It’s a strong material that is actually better. You can also get it tinted and there are very few replacement parts if something goes wrong. This company is super organized, they came out in advance and went over all the details, they showed up on time as planned, and I couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism. I highly recommend them for renovation project, and I’m attaching a few pictures of the before and after of the sunspace windows.

Jerry Harris Remodeling did a fantastic job on our kitchen and laundry room remodel. The end result is absolutely beautiful, and I very much appreciate the high quality of the work. We had a setback with our flooring, but our PM made sure it was rectified quickly. Overall we are very happy with the final product and would recommend Jerry Harris to others.
