I needed a remodeling of my living room floor and they quoted me a reasonable price compared to other similar ones, the work was excellent and met all my expectations...highly recommended...!!

I will start with RUN! Dont work with Jorge, under any given circumstances. He can come across like a good guy, but the second he enters your house you’re done. True colors comes out. A very rude person, lack of professionalism. Jorge and his “crew” (after speaking with them it turns out Jorge hires them from neighbors friend. they haven’t work with him previously and he doesn’t really know how they work). This I know since they came knocking on my door asking for their payment, saying Jorge never payed them, stop answering the phone calls, a little more talking and all the details came out. They came to my house, Jorge said they will be wrapping and taping the house with plastic in order to keep the house as clean as possible since we have kids. That never happened, in fact Jorge asked to leave the trash on our garage (its still there) since he didn’t bring a dumpster. But he did charged me for one.
Coming across while Jorge was doing the bathroom with my concerns and questions thats when Jorge became rude claiming let me finish my work. But along the way we are seeing that he is skipping steps for example waterproof, taking measurements of the wall and floor and calculating. NOTHING WAS UP TO CODE! He did everything as he thought right to do.
He didn’t use spacers on the tiles, he literally just put one on top of the other. And if you look at the pictures you can see HOW BAAAAD it looks! He took pieces and placed them anywhere like a very cheap and bad puzzle.
Jorge said he will come and complete his job, in which he didn’t. He left us for 3 weeks without a bathroom, ohhh how can I forget. When it was time to try the drains of the bath Jorge realized he did something wrong (when he placed the tub he needed to run the water to make sure its good to go) since it didn’t work Jorge made a HOLE ON my wall… at my dinning room.!
Jorge needed to come fix up all the details, we also hire him for painting our house… please note pictures.
Jorge is a scammer, first on the fact that hes no contractor, he’s good talking but he is not a contractor, he is FULL OF EXCUSES! and everything that goes wrong be prepared to hear is your house walls, is your home and whatever it is but a mistake or something he did wrong. Jorge used our hardware like drill, etc… we still have pieces missing.
Its a long review but when it comes to doing home remodeling and doing such investment I think people should know what to really expect from the project and the person you are letting into your home.
I have asked from Jorge many times to fix the damages he left in my house and he doesn’t answer. At this point I need to redo the whole bathroom and hire someone else.
Also after doing a checkup on the provided license. ITS NOT HIS!

I’m so happy to had Jorge and his team to do the work. They were puntual, serious and focus in their job. Totally recommend to my friends and who ever need to repair or do some stuffs at their place
