Simon remodeled the whole inside of our house and has also done a lot of work on the outside. We continue to hire him for all of our home projects because we are always pleased with the quality of his work, he cares deeply about customer service and satisfaction, and he completes the work on time. His communication during the project is excellent.

Outstanding Home Repair Service from Genescrop, Inc. – Highly Recommended!

I recently hired Genescrop Inc. for a series of home repairs, and I am beyond impressed with their work, professionalism, and attention to detail. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

One of the major tasks they completed was replacing our old water heater with a brand new unit. The team arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and installed the new water heater seamlessly. They ensured everything was working perfectly and even took the time to explain the new system to us.

In addition to the water heater replacement, Genecrop repaired a set of broken stairs that had become a safety hazard. The craftsmanship was excellent — sturdy, secure, and visually appealing. They matched the design with the rest of the home, making it look like it was always part of the original build.

They also tackled several other household repairs, including replacing a light fixture and fixing damaged drywall. Each task was completed with precision and care. The new light fixture was installed perfectly, and the wall repairs were so well done you can’t even tell there was ever any damage.

The crew was courteous, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Communication was clear throughout the project, and the pricing was fair and transparent.

I bought a dryer for the first time. I had to get it installed. I met the Jerry Harris rep at a Home Show and was impressed on how interested he was on helping me with my "small" job. As it was I needed a new circuit box to handle the dryer. I was worried that the wires in my house were also old but they checked it all out and said they would not leave until it was all safe and up to code. All my paperwork was up front including the costs. They were very friendly and efficient. Made me feel like I was their most important customer that they had even though my job was small. I would use Jerry Harris again.

We are very pleased with the results of our construction project which included the installation of a lift style elevator and remodeling the master bath to make it barrier free. Rusty McNair proved to be a very capable project foreman with great skills and excellent communication practices. We really enjoyed working with Rusty and would not hesitate to work with him in the future. We also enjoyed working with Josh K who also had great skills and an outstanding work ethic. The Jerry Harris Remodeling team were very knowledgeable and easy to work with answering the many questions I had during the design phase.
I had about 1200 sq.ft. of decking removed and a Sunroom addition added on with a complete kitchen remodel with structural changes. Wallpaper removal, plaster repair, carpet removal and new vinyl flooring and painting with additional remodeling throughout the home. Chris did an outstanding job overseeing this work and always answering my calls.

We went with Jerry Harris Remodeling for our Sun room addition (which also included changing out windows in our Master to accommodate the new roof line, as well as replacing the double doors at the back of our home and replacing some floor where the old door had leaked). They were very accommodating of our desires and incorporated them into the design. Excellent communication throughout the entire experience by the entire team. Their attitude the whole time was always, "If there's a problem, we'll make it right", and they came through in spades. They also managed to stay on budget despite a few changes that were made during construction! 😀 We are very pleased with the work, and happily recommend them for any of your remodel needs.

Exceeded expectations for direct ship cabinets! We wanted a Waypoint dealer and did not have one in our area so I took a gamble and ordered direct ship with Jerry Harris Remodeling since he had such great reviews. Not only did they make our remodel a reality, but they came in 38% cheaper than a ½ dozen other estimates. We had two cabinets swapped out with minor flaws, no charge and received within a week. The designer covered the unexpected by ordering several filler pieces for us so I could have flawless custom final product. Cabinets are GORGEOUS and complete the mid-century modern look I was going for. My wife and I are very pleased and highly recommend.

Jerry Harris and his team did an awesome job for me!!! I live in a condo and so that presented additional challenges for my project - but Jerry's entire team was professional!!! They worked efficiently and as quickly as they could. The follow-up has been great1 I was given a 5 - year guarantee for their work - and sure enough, through the five years there have been little things like caulk that settled, or a nail pop here and there and they were right on top of it! I would highly recommend them!

We had called several contractors to get a quote to update our kitchen. We had worked with Jerry Harris Remodeling before to fix another "contractors" work and while they were not the cheapest they had the reputation and genuineness we felt comfortable with. There were a few bumps along the way but none of them were from Jerry Harris' team but their vendors. While I would have preferred a schedule or timeline of the work so I could be prepared (WFH w/ pets) they were very communicative and kept us updated with everything. Everyone was very nice and didn't show their annoyance with all my questions or indecision when picking out pieces. Our kitchen is beautiful and we will definitely be calling them again with future work.
