Daniel and his team did a great job, so happy to move my bathroom from an 80's flashback in a small space to modern clean lines. Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a while for a company to renovate our kids bathroom. From start to finish D&S were professional, reliable and efficient in every part of the job. From the first meeting with the project manager Ben, to the finishing touches, each team did their job carefully and with attention to detail. Communication and time management were perfection. There was never a moment that I didn’t know exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend using them!

I had an issue with my backyard and pool and wanted to create a nice space for my daughters. I reached out to this company after seeing their advertisement, and I really liked their process. I found D & S Contractors Group in the August 2023 edition of “The Home Mag” we received in the mail. I was attracted to the advertisement because of the clean modern finish of the remodeled bathrooms shown.
We also chose D&S because the price was reasonable; and we have no regrets. Once the down payment was made it was work, work, work. Different experts came and executed their jobs with efficiency and high expertise. They were quiet, quick, and clean. One contractor, Darwin Urrea, deserves special mention because of the variety of skills that he possesses and the high quality of his work. We are very happy with the final results (please see before and after photos below) and would highly recommend D & S Contractors as bathroom remodeling specialists and EXPERTS!!!

Daniel and team were a pleasure to work with. They renovated my guest bath and it was smooth. They were responsive and worked with us when we had delays with materials (through no fault of their own). The work was details and the results turned out great!! I am a first time homeowner and this was my first time doing a remodel project. I live in a high rise condominium in Miami which means that extra steps are required to begin remodel work with association approvals. D&S Contractors educated me on everything from permits to construction plans and made recommendations on how to achieve the best results during construction. It was not easy completing a remodel project during a global pandemic given supply chain challenges and things that were out of our control. Whenever we would run into an issue, we would find a solution to make it work and D&S was in constant communication with me providing the most up to date information. The end result is beautiful - floors, bathrooms, kitchen, fresh paint, blinds, doors - it all came together. D&S Contractors were able to take my initial vision on paper and make it a reality. My Miami condo now feels like home and I can't wait to begin enjoying it with family and friends!

I had an excellent experience with D&S and highly recommend them. I wanted to renovate my half bathroom and convert it to a full bathroom by adding a shower. I called D&S based on all the positive reviews I read and I am so glad that I did. Daniel and his team were fantastic and did an amazing job. The quality of their work was terrific and the end result was beautiful. Daniel’s communication was also terrific. He always kept me informed on what was going on and was quick to answer any questions I had along with doing everything to make sure I was happy.

When the shower floor got saturated with water I decided to call for repair & I called several companies to repair it & decided to hire D&S for the following reasons:-
1-you speak directly with the owner Daniel ( no answering devices) who is very knowledgeable & knows exactly what calling him about
2- no delay of sending another professional ( Benjamin)to assist the damage & quoted you the repair price
3-in the same day I received a phone call from Daniel to let me know that he will send the service man right away for speeding repairs service & his service price was the lowest than other companies ( $ 1000 less)
4- the service man was very professional, experienced & veryCLEAN )
5- my whole shower area was a piece of art with wider tiles ( not to do much grout )
I was happy & satisfied with hiring D&S & I recommend them for any house remodeling

D&S made our bathroom idea a reality. They renovated a 70's style bathroom to a modern one. This included removing the original tub, toilet, 24" high double sink, popcorn ceiling, and almost all the drywall. They were able to complete the job within the projected 2 weeks.

They could improve on giving advance notice on team member arrival times and attention to detail on the aesthetics. Examples: some stray installation marks on tiles, some stray grout on surfaces and lots of dust from plaster/tile as they smoothed walls and fitted tiles.

I would definitely recommend them to other people wanting to remodel their bathroom.

We recently hired D & S for a full bathroom renovation, and overall, we’re very happy with the results. The craftsmanship is solid, especially the tile work and shower installation—definitely a noticeable upgrade from what we had before. The team was professional, polite, and kept the workspace as tidy as possible throughout the project.

There were a few hiccups along the way as is expected with large projects, mostly with scheduling and communication. Some design aesthetics weren’t clearly explained, and we had to follow up a couple of times to get updates. That said, the project manager was always courteous and responsive once we reached out, and they did make an effort to get everything done right.

In the end, the bathroom looks great, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. If you’re considering a renovation, D & S is worth considering.

After deciding to totally renovate our large master bathroom we compared prices and reviews of contractors. This led us to choose D&S to do the work. Their proposal cost was close to others but being able to start project quickly really sold us. Their workers were skilled and by the end of the project we were very pleased with work that was done. Had a few minor issues through the five week project but finally got a beautiful new room that all our friends have seen and are admiring how great it turned out.

We selected D&S Contractors group to completely remodel our master bathroom and they did an excellent job! The quality of work was excellent and Daniel and his team were always available for any questions or concerns we had during the entire process. The remodel was started and completed in the time frame and budget we agreed to. I highly recommend D&S because of the high quality of their workmanship and their excellent customer service.

We hired D&S to repair our concrete patio and hurricane shutters that had been pulled from our house's foundation and exterior wall due to a tree root that had grown under the patio. They were prompt when arriving and completed the work within the estimated time frame. Their work was professionally done and looks great. Ben and Rafael were friendly and explained everything they were doing. We look forward to working with them again in the future for other house projects we're planning.

We worked with Daniel and his team to remodel my dad's bathrooms and they turned out flawless and beautiful. Things took longer than expected and there surely were hiccups along the way, but Daniel always personally worked with us to make sure the work was done well and that the end result was what we wanted. We really appreciated the time and effort he put into understanding what we wanted and making it happen. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone. If we have any work in the future we will definitely reach out to him since we trust the quality of his work and his honesty throughout the entire process.

We hired D&S Contractors Group to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom and turn it into a wet room. We also renovated our master bedroom (new tile, paint, lighting, baseboards, popcorn removal). We are VERY pleased with our new bathroom and bedroom. Rafael was the foreman, but Darwin was the individual who did 99% of the work. Darwin was polite, punctual, hard worker and meticulous. If you are fortunate enough to get Darwin for your job, then you will be very pleased with his work product. Darwin did a great job! Darwin is very particular about his work and he always made sure everything was done correctly and looked good. Both the plumber and electrician they sent were licensed and insured, and they were professional and knew what they were doing. The painters they sent were definitely not the same caliber of worker as Darwin. One recommendation would be to make sure the foreman comes to the site every day, especially if you do not speak Spanish because most of the workers do not speak good English, if they speak any at all. We started using the translate feature on our iPhone, and things went a little more smoothly; having the foreman at the site communicating issues and tasks to the workers makes the job go smoother. Also make sure to keep track of your manuals because they were quick to clean up and put things in the garbage pile. When I said my auto flush wasn't working, they said my Toto did not have it. I paid for the part which I found in the discarded toilet box at the curb. Fortunately the garbage truck had not come yet. Rafael was very nice and picked up our new tile, baseboards and door casings to save us the delivery fee. Make sure you read the contract and that everything you want is included in the contract and do not assume that painting includes scraping and smoothing the walls unless it is written in the contract. Daniel was very nice to deal with and we highly recommend D&S Contractors Group for your next project.

We recently had our bathroom completely remodeled and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The contractor was professional punctual and very detail oriented throughout the entire process. Communication was clear the timeline was respected and the work area was kept clean every day. The quality of craftsmanship really shows from the tile work to the fixtures and finishes. Everything came out exactly how we envisioned it and even better in some areas thanks to their suggestions. If you are looking for a reliable contractor who takes pride in their work I would absolutely recommend them for any bathroom remodel.

I would not recommend this company to do your bathroom or any project . Hired them because of the positive reviews but regretted it after the first day. There’s no communication between the contractors and the workers and also the customer (unless they need money) when it came to my project. I was told I would be able to sleep in my bedroom and also park in my garage. But after the first day of demo my room was left a mess and all the tools and my toilet in the room . All the debris was bagged and left in my garage not removed from the house like majority of contractors would do.Which was not communicated with me and when asked if I didn’t have a garage where the debris would’ve been left my back yard or the side of the house was the response. The tile company sent the wrong tile and due to lack of communication between the contractor and installers or the contractor coming to the site and checking if the tile was correct the wrong tile was installed which set my project back 2 weeks. I ended up firing the company due to poor quality with their workmanship. The use spot bonding to put tiles on the wall which not recommended by National Contractors Association The company doesn’t seem to care much about the customer and only for the money.
