Octavio and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen. I instantly felt comfortable with Octavio. He listened carefully to my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I got the most beautiful kitchen possible. It turned out so much better than I ever imagined. His crew is highly skilled, worked diligently, cleaned up daily and were always polite and on time. I would highly recommend Able Remodeling to anyone that wants their remodel done expertly and efficiently.

I HIGHLY recommend Able Remodeling! We bought a 100 year old craftsman house in Tacoma that needed some updating to make it more functional for us. We wanted to remodel the upstairs including the primary bedroom, bathroom, office, stairs and hallway. We had shopped around and gotten multiple quotes but when I met Octavio, I knew we would go with him and I never had regrets. It was a large project that would take 4 months but Octavio was always honest and upfront about cost and expectations. We had some big ideas that he carefully considered and gave us his thoughts on. We loved working with him and his crew and he was always present and very responsive. We trusted him and the work turned out BEAUTIFULLY! (see before and after photos below) He even came out 3 months after the project finished to check out some minor issues we had in the bathroom and his crew fixed them. Octavio is respectful and kind, listens well and is not a contractor who will talk over you. He truly made our visions for the house come true and we couldn't be happier! We recently completed a full basement remodel with Octavio and his team, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. They were punctual, reliable, and consistently professional. As a Realtor I interact with service professionals of varying quality all the time and Top Line are the very best. They are so good that I’ve used them on two major projects for myself. The crew is incredibly diligent and professional. They are great communicators who clearly define the scope and cost up front and stick to it. I recommend Top Line Remodeling wholeheartedly. We gave them a challenging remodel: a major bathroom update, plus converting a former furnace closet to laundry in a house with a slab and no attic. They needed to reroute electrical and plumbing under difficult circumstances, and pulled it off flawlessly. They are perfectionists. They remodeled our sad-looking ensuite bathroom and performed an exquisite job, particularly with immaculate shower tile installation, turning a drab bathroom into a stunning and relaxing space that really makes a statement. They were kind, professional, and available to cheerfully answer questions clearly and concisely all the way through. They were happy to knock out additional smaller jobs that popped up along the way, too. Just a perfect experience!

Luis and his crew just finished a major renovation of a bathroom at my mom’s house and, as the photos show, it came out looking fabulous!!! For any future renovation project, Top Line Remodeling will definitely be at the top of our list and we’d highly recommend them to others!!!

Highly recommend Top Line Remodeling! Luis and his crew are professional, efficient, cost effective, and do high quality work. Top Line completed a project for us involving interior painting, refinishing our wood floors and cabinets, and remodeling our fireplace.

Luis and Edgar met with us for the initial walk-through consultation, and even from those early stages we were impressed with their knowledge and experience in comparison to other remodeling companies and professionals that we consulted with.

Through each step of our remodel Luis kept us updated on progress with pictures and explanations. Any time we had questions, Luis was quick to answer and address any concerns we had. The team does not hesitate to go above and beyond when they feel it will lead to a better or more reliable result, which we greatly appreciated.

We were so impressed with Top Line we hired them again for another smaller project (replacing lights and toilets, etc.). Big thanks to Eddy for taking extra time to make sure everything was right with those installs. If you have any remodeling work you need done you should seriously consider Top Line Remodeling.

I could not recommend Top Line Remodeling enough! We enlisted them to help with an almost full kitchen remodel (everything except the cupboards) of a very outdated kitchen. They were so professional, friendly, responsive, always on time, and an overall pleasure to work with. There was an open line of communication throughout the entire project and they helped us answer any questions we had along the way. We added a few changes to the project as we went (moving the placement of the oven, cutting down some cupboards to fit a taller fridge, splitting outlets, etc.) and they were incredibly accommodating. My kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful! The backsplash was done perfectly (everyone who comes over is very impressed). I now have new counters, backsplash, appliances, outlets, faucet, garbage disposal, and sink. They are very efficient and there were never any hidden fees or surprises. If you are looking for a contractor for your next project, look no further! I am so happy with not only this company but the final outcome. Luis and Edgar are the best and so knowledgeable!

We came across Top Line by somewhat by accident one day when my wife was throwing out inquiries on Angies List. They responded to our inquiry almost immediately and were able to come out and tour our house the next day to draft an estimate.

We selected them and we are 1000% pleased that we did! Their work is absolutely outstanding, and they were on time and on budget. They don’t change the scope of work on you after you sign the contract, if anything we kept adding to it on our end, and they were happy to accommodate us and fit us into their schedule.

We originally signed with them to renovate our Master and Hall bathrooms. We ended up having them do some HVAC work, some fencing/gates, drywall patching and painting, electrical and plumbing. They also helped replace our water heater and worked with us to find a supplier for an insert for our fireplace.

We have them coming back next month to start the renovation on our third bathroom, do some additional electrical and drywall work (for our living room media closet), and to install some new windows that we desperately need.

I highly recommend giving these guys a call for your next renovation project.

I had a great experience with Edgar and Luis of Top Line Remodeling. Eddy and the rest of the crew are skilled, dependable and nice. They all dealt with a small space, busy condo environment and involved HOA restrictions with aplomb. My small condo has been completely transformed.

They changed the floor of my house which had several contractors who came and did not help me enough, I contacted D&S and it was the best decision of my life, everything was honest and now we will continue with more part to remodel my🏠

Thank you so much to D&S!! Just moved into a new development and home did not come with a downstairs tub. My mother in law needs a tub for health reasons and D&S came to our rescue. My first contact Daniel, he was amazing I felt like we were friends by the end of our conversation. Ben our project manager just as great went over the top for us, answering all questions, helping with ideas and flexibility with schedule. Never a lack of communication on his part. Lastly Danilo who came and installed the tub a true professional!! He was so neat and organized with his work and the finished product is just beautiful. We were all so impressed with his work and work ethic. In todays world you hear horror stories of people getting ripped off by contractors, that isn’t the case here, I would recommend this team to anyone looking to get beautiful work done in their home. Honestly I’ll miss talking to them everyday they were that great. Thank you D&S.

What I like the most about them is that they listen when you point out something that they did not do correctly and they fix it right away.
