Gothart homes did an amazing jobs on our attic addition. They were extremely punctual and professional. All communication was done through an app in which all
Parties could see and respond. That was extremely helpful! I would 1000% recommend. The end project was absolutely beautiful and done exactly the way we wanted. They ensured I was completely happy before they were done!

Chris and his crews have done two projects for us over the past year. The first was a complete and extensive upgrade to our master bathroom, master bedroom, and upstairs bathroom. The second was the take down of our deck, and the construction of a larger screened-in porch, with vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling fireplace, composite flooring, a faux stone wall, and French door installation. Minor challenges and hiccups were dealt with quickly and without fanfare. The pictures speak for themselves. I have recommended Chris to other neighbors and friends. Enough said.

We had our basement finished out and turned into a studio apartment. Gothart homes was professional, timely, and had amazing customer service. We highly recommend them.

Second remodel with Gothart Homes. Professionals yet they feel like good friends! Our new kitchen is everything and more we had hoped for! We were updated weekly on progress, knew who and when our sub contractors would be at the house, knew that if there was a stumbled they would find a way to work it out for us. I used Gothart’s for a master bathroom remodel. Chris, Steven, and Kristen were a joy to work with. They are professional - yet feel like family! This professional also includes their subcontractors. They cleaned up everything before they left every day. The entire team was pleasant to work with and super quick to respond to text messages at all times. Having Kristen help with the bathroom design also sets Gothart’s standards above all other remodeling contractors! She set up all appointments for tile, countertop, vanity, etc. and guided me through each decision. Words that come to mind to describe Gothart’s team are: trustworthy, honest, conscientious, easy to communicate with, professional, top quality, on time, experienced, responsive, dependable, pleasant. I will definitely use this team again for any future projects!

Gothart Homes completed a whole house renovation for us and built a bedroom/bathroom in the second story space of our two story living room. Other contractors shied away from flooring in our 20 foot ceilings, but Chris Gothart made me feel optimistic and confident about the job after the very first meeting. While we were at it, we expanded and completely remodeled the kitchen, as well as the existing 3 bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful home! Gothart is very responsive, professional, trustworthy, and just a great company to work with. We highly recommend Gothart for any remodel or new build!

Gothart Homes has done a lot of work on our home from putting in new windows with custom trim to a complete kitchen remodel including taking out a wall to adding a partially covered patio to our back yard. Most recently we had a water leak in our primary shower (they did not install the original shower) and Chris went above and beyond with our insurance company to get us reimbursed and completely redid our beautiful new shower. Would we use them again? Absolutely! And we recommend them to all our friends.

Gothart Homes and Renovations are the absolute best. They completely renovated our home and after working with them I strongly recommend you hire them for your next project. The work they did was of the highest quality, the communication was great from start to finish, and they made the renovation a really enjoyable experience.

Chris and his subcontractors did an excellent job on our new porch addition! They replaced a dilapidated wood porch, added a roof, gutters, downspout drains, a brick and concrete porch, and a big wrap-around concrete patio. They installed new electrical, fans, and canned lights too. I work from home so I was able to catch a few potential mistakes with framing, concrete, and drainage before they occurred. I have no doubt Chris would make it right had I not been home. I did have a couple call-backs to get some vinyl work repaired (wavy ceiling and a couple ugly joints). Chris had recently lost his screen contractor so I had to find one myself. BLT did an excellent job for me. I had to install my own stair rails as well, which I purchased through Home Depot after tons of research (Peak Aluminum Deck Railing). I also did my own landscaping with top soil and sod to finish it off.
The concrete contractor did not cover my brick when pouring, so I ended up with a good bit of splatters across the back of the house. That’s the one mistake I wish we had avoided. Chris paid a pressure washer to come do his best to remedy it, but it was mostly permanent.
Chris’ communication was great. He helped me finalize my design with a future pool in mind. I thought he was fair on price as well. I would definitely do business with Chris again!

Employing Chris Gothart and his team of subcontractors at my recent renovation and home addition was one of the best experiences and choices I have made in my renovation experiences. Our family has done multiple renovations around the country in our travels and have been impressed with the professionalism of Chris and his crew. They have consistently arrived on time as promised, met or underran every budget item, delivered a top-notch custom product and were totally committed to providing the best customer service in the business. Gothart Homes built our forever home for my family in 2023, and we are still amazed nearly 3 years later. Typically new construction, or any home project for that matter, comes with a lot of stress and turmoil but with Chris and his team, we honestly didnt feel any of that. When things came up, it was handled with the swiftness and care that can only be appreciated if you experience it. Their processes from start to finish moved liked clockwork, and they made sure we were satisfied at every turn. The subcontractors were a joy to work with as well. After all was said and done, we ended up with a beautiful home, and a bunch of folks i consider friends. Chris and I still call and catch up with each other often, so their service doesnt end upon completion. Good man, great company!

Mike and his crew did an excellent remodel of our master bath. We are very pleased with remodel. We would certainly use this company again for remodeling any other rooms in our house.

Trades by Taylor modified the double patio door into a single door with a half glass so l can remodel kitchen with more counter space.
The work was completed on time and within budget. Tradesman were very professional and friendly. Quality of work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike and his crew did a great job with exterior updates and paint for our 25 year old home. The added trim details have made the front porch a peaceful place to relax! Mike and his crew have great attention to detail and go the extra mile to make sure we are pleased. We have used Trades by Taylor several times for major updates and renovations and will definitely hire Mike for future projects.
