We have used Jerry Harris Remodeling for two major projects at our home; remodeling our upstairs bathrooms and repairing and updating our living room wall. On both occasions the professionalism and expertise shown by Jerry and his personnel was quite evident. Constant communication helped us stay aware of the status of the projects. Jerry's team leaders were on site constantly ensuring we were satisfied with the progress of the work. The level of work detail was amazing. Workers took great care to ensure the workplace was cleaned up daily and that tools and materials were stored properly. They wore booties to reduce wear and tear on our floors. After job completion, Jerry himself or his team lead would ensure we were satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry and his folks for any project. Jerry Harris Remodeling redid our Master Bathroom and did an absolutely fantastic job. From their incredibly detailed design process with 3-D life-like drawings of the planned finished product (under the superb supervision of Mr. Chris Williams) to the timeliness of the project completion and exceptional project Management (expertly led by Mr Cord Whitley and Mr. Don Landle), they beat the competition hands down! They take pride in their work and are able to do anything to ensure customer satisfaction. Our project was done on time as promised and on cost! You can't go wrong with this company. The outcome of the project was perfect. We are extremely happy with the results!

We hired Jerry Harris to install 2 lvl beams in our family room to replace 2 load bearing columns. While it doesn’t sound that hard, it was quite the project and we had several companies who did not even want to give us a bid after reviewing the structural engineering plans. We ended up getting estimates from approximately 5 other companies. While Jerry Harris was not the cheapest, we really liked their overall process. We’ve done many renovations before, and it was important that we were kept informed of the progress, any issues, etc. during the duration of the project. From the start, you have an initial meeting with the individuals who are going to be in charge of your project. Our project manager was Rusty, and he was a pleasure to work with. He always kept us informed of what would be happening everyday/who would be showing up to do the various work. He was very responsive to any questions we had and quick to address concerns. Like any project, nothing ever goes 100% smoothly, but we were happy with how issues were handled. We were emailed a progress report every Friday, which showed us exactly what was left to be done and the expected dates they would be finished. Prior to final payment, we did a thorough walk through and were able to make a final checklist of any items we felt needed to be done prior to them wrapping up for good. They completed every single item on the checklist in a very timely manner. Additionally, they do very solid work. They do not cut corners and the quality of their work shows in the end project. Overall, they are a very well run company, very professional and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again.

We chose Jerry Harris Remodeling to remodel the shower in our master bath. We wanted the standard insert pulled out and replaced with a tiled shower. They did an amazing job! Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and listened to what we were looking for. The communication was outstanding! We always knew when they would be working and what they would be working on. They always arrived on time as promised. On one occasion we had a meeting scheduled and Jerry called to say that he would be late, but he was close. He ended up being only 3 minutes late; that’s how attentive this business is. The craftsmanship of the work done was also stellar. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and will definitely use Jerry Harris Remodeling again in the future.

We remodeled our large master bath with Jerry Harris Remodeling and we couldn’t be happier. To start with, this was not a remodel we planned for, our 30 year old tile and fiberglass failed and we found ourselves with water dripping through the downstairs ceiling. I had heard great things about Jerry Harris from my neighbors so I thought I would get a quote — that quote was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Jerry’s construction knowledge is apparent immediately and he’s extremely easy to talk to. He gave me advice, let me know what the process would entail and then explained what products he uses. From start to finish, Jerry and his team made the process easy and seamless. This is the fourth house we have owned and Jerry’s team is by far the most professional we have ever seen. Jerry Harris remodeling did a fantastic job! I had 2 room addition to my house and they did exactly what was originally planned. They were very professional and friendly. I had the peace of mind that my house is safe every time they come in to do some work when I am not around which was the most important thing to me, safety of my family. We encountered a couple of problems but they fixed it right away. They also helped me with my budget, very honest with me. The quality of their work was exceptional. Interior and exterior looks really good and matched my house perfectly. I highly recommend this company!

We had a very positive experience with JHR. Chris and Melody came up with a beautiful design of our backyard deck and patio using composite decking, stamped concrete, and stone knee wall and outdoor fireplace. Rusty executed the plan nicely. As with most projects, there were delays in the project plan due to various reasons, but we are very pleased with the end product and highly recommend their services.

This is a fantastic company to contract with for remodeling. From initial contact to completion, their team stayed on task and coordinated with their subs. My project included painting the entire interior, installing LVT in 2 bathrooms, installing cabinets in the laundry room, reversing a door, and a complete remodel of the master bathroom shower. Cord Whitley, Project Manager, stayed on top of all the subs, resolved any problems the arose, and worked around my vacation. The results far exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for. This is actually my second kitchen remodel with Jerry Harris. We had such a good experience with them the first time, we were excited to use them when we moved.

Cord and Marcus were very easy to work with and they enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the yard 😊. Thanks to their determination, they were able to complete the project earlier than anticipated!

Even though it is a crazy time of year for my job, they were very respectful of my time and always gave me updates on where the project was and what next steps were.

The tilers were amazing and had quite job with this remodel. Everyone who worked the project was professional and did a job well done.

Starting with Chris Hill, the sales manager, who conducted the initial engagement and coherently educated me about the remodeling process without using the usual overzealous sales tactics. Katlyn, the designer, collaborated with me to design my bathroom and even organized visits to several companies to select items such as faucets, tile, and countertops. She is definitely a natural in this position and kept me abreast of what the finished product would entail through her computer-generated renderings. I appreciated how Chris and Katlyn shared their vast knowledge of remodeling processes which was instrumental in my decision-making.

Everyone knows that no All Star Team is complete without an MVP – Bernie is definitely the MVP! He led the team of onsite workers (Nathan, Dakota, and tilers) who delivered a beautifully remodeled bathroom efficiently, professionally, and on time. On a daily basis, Bernie communicated the status of each project component and answered my questions (which were many!). He epitomizes the qualities of a true leader – collaboration, communication, and delegation. On one occasion, I observed Bernie leading the team as they pondered how to resolve an issue with a component of the bathroom remodel – I was impressed with his problem solving approach. Throughout the entire process, he went above and beyond to ensure that my expectations were exceeded. My husband and I appreciated his calm, humorous, and professional demeanor – even my dog was excited to see him each day! Mr. Harris definitely has a “gem” on his team!

We hired Jerry Harris to renovate our Primary Bedroom and Bathroom suite, completely transforming a dated bedroom layout and bathroom layout into a separate bedroom space, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The results were amazing - walking into our bedroom and bathroom area now feels like walking into an upscale spa. They listened to our needs and wants and factored them into every aspect of the original quote, design process, and through the project to the final design. Our project manager Bernie was a trusted resource throughout, keeping in contact with us about every aspect of schedule, decision, updates to the plan, and at decision points. We are more than pleased with the work that was done on our kitchen remodel. Our designer (Kaitlyn) was awesome and listened to every bit of input we had and provided well thought out and beautiful designs. We were provided with fantastic vendors when it came down to choosing fixtures and materials. We even used some of our own vendors if we found something we had to have or were having a hard time finding exactly what we wanted.

Our project manager (David) was fantastic as well. He was attentive and informative through every step of the process. We knew what to expect every day. If we saw something that we had questions about or needed to be addressed, he was quick to provide a solution. He was available to us after hours when necessary to accommodate our work schedules and always responded promptly.

We are extremely pleased with the final result of our home remodel project. The work has completely transformed the look and feel of our home.
